Claims (14)

  1. Coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') pour une porte levante-coulissante, destiné à être fixé sur un cadre de battant (18) de la porte levante-coulissante, en particulier un cadre profilé creux exempt d'acier, et à coopérer avec un profilé de guidage (28), lequel profilé de guidage est disposé ou doit être disposé sur un dormant (29) de la porte levante-coulissante, présentant :
    une première branche (2) ;
    une deuxième branche (3), qui s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement à la première branche, de sorte qu'une face intérieure (4) de la première branche forme un angle sensiblement droit avec une face intérieure (5) de la deuxième branche ;
    un tenon de guidage (10), qui est disposé de préférence centralement sur un côté extérieur (9) de la première branche (2) et s'étend transversalement à celle-ci ;
    une ouverture (14) dans la deuxième branche (3), laquelle ouverture est disposée et configurée de telle sorte qu'un moyen de fixation (25), de préférence une vis, peut être introduit à travers l'ouverture pour fixer à force et/ou par engagement positif le coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') sur le cadre de battant (18),
    caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') présente un tenon de fixation (6), qui est disposé sur le côté intérieur de la première branche (2) et s'étend transversalement à celle-ci ;
    et en ce que le tenon de fixation (6) est réalisé de manière à pouvoir être écarté et/ou agrandi quant à sa section par le moyen de fixation (25), de préférence en prévoyant des structures correspondantes (7, 8) et/ou par un choix de matériau correspondant, sachant que le tenon de fixation (6) présente un logement, en particulier un interstice ou une fente (7) ou un perçage, dans lequel le moyen de fixation (25) peut être introduit afin d'écarter le tenon de fixation (6).
  2. Coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (14) est disposée approximativement à hauteur du tenon de fixation (6), de sorte que le moyen de fixation (25) peut être introduit approximativement parallèlement à la première branche (2) afin de coopérer avec le tenon de fixation (6).
  3. Coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une deuxième ouverture (15) est prévue dans la deuxième branche (3) afin d'introduire un autre moyen de fixation (25'), de préférence une vis.
  4. Coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la première ouverture (14) et/ou, en référence à la revendication 3, la deuxième ouverture (15) est réalisée ouverte latéralement dans la direction de développement longitudinal de la deuxième branche (3), de préférence afin d'écarter la branche concernée (3) lors de l'introduction du moyen de fixation (25, 25'), sachant que, d'une manière la plus préférée, la première ouverture (14) et/ou la deuxième ouverture (15) sont façonnées (16, 17) de manière à recevoir une vis à tête fraisée.
  5. Coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que des saillies latérales (12) sont prévues sur le tenon de guidage (10), de préférence sur des faces de guidage latérales (11) s'étendant dans la direction de développement longitudinal de la première branche (2), d'une manière la plus préférée au moins deux saillies (12) par côté, lesquelles saillies (12) sont prévues pour une fixation en position latérale du tenon de guidage (10) dans le profilé de guidage (28).
  6. Coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le tenon de guidage (10) est réalisé oblong, avec une dimension en longueur plus grande que sa dimension en largeur définie transversalement à la première branche (2).
  7. Porte levante-coulissante dotée d'un cadre de battant (18), en particulier un cadre de battant creux exempt d'acier, d'un dormant (29) et d'un profilé de guidage (28), lequel profilé de guidage (28) est disposé sur le dormant (29),
    caractérisée en ce que le cadre de battant (18) coopère avec le profilé de guidage (28) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, fixé sur le cadre de battant.
  8. Porte levante-coulissante selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 est disposé dans chacun des deux coins supérieurs du cadre de battant (18).
  9. Porte levante-coulissante selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que, afin de fixer le coulisseau de guidage au moins unique (1, 1') sur le cadre de battant (18) dans un montant (19) du cadre de battant, une ouverture (22) pour le tenon de fixation (6) est prévue dans une paroi profilée correspondante (21) du cadre de battant, ouverture (22) dans laquelle s'engage le tenon de fixation (6), sachant qu'il traverse la paroi profilée (21) de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, et en ce qu'un moyen de fixation (25) est introduit dans l'ouverture (14) de la deuxième branche (3) du coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') de telle sorte qu'il coopère sur un côté intérieur de la paroi profilée (21) avec le tenon de fixation (6), de sorte que celui-ci est déformé et coopère à force et/ou par engagement positif avec le cadre de battant (18) afin de fixer en position le coulisseau de guidage (1, 1').
  10. Porte levante-coulissante selon au moins une des revendications 7 à 9 en référence à la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le profilé de guidage (28) est configuré de telle sorte, de préférence sous forme de profilé en C, et est disposé par rapport au cadre de battant (18) de telle sorte, de préférence au-dessus de et parallèlement à un montant horizontal supérieur (19) du cadre de battant (18), que les saillies latérales (12) du tenon de guidage (10) sont, dans un état abaissé de la porte levante-coulissante, maintenues en ajustement de précision entre des structures profilées (32) du profilé de guidage (28), et que les saillies latérales (12) sont, dans un état relevé de la porte levante-coulissante, essentiellement libres à l'intérieur du profilé de guidage (28).
  11. Porte levante-coulissante selon au moins une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la première branche (2) et/ou la deuxième branche (3) du coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') s'applique par sa face intérieure respective (4, 5) à plat contre le cadre de battant (18) dans une rainure (20), de préférence une rainure périphérique s'étendant sur toute la périphérie de celui-ci.
  12. Porte levante-coulissante selon au moins la revendication 11 en référence à la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') est, par écartement de la deuxième branche (3), bloqué par serrage à l'intérieur de la rainure (20) par le moyen de fixation au moins unique introduit (25, 25').
  13. Procédé de fixation d'un coulisseau de guidage (1, 1') selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 sur un cadre profilé (18), de préférence un cadre profilé creux exempt d'acier, d'une manière la plus préférée un cadre de battant,
    selon lequel
    a) le coulisseau de guidage, par sa première branche (2) et par sa deuxième branche (3) qui s'étend essentiellement perpendiculairement à la première branche, de sorte qu'une face intérieure (4) de la première branche (2) forme un angle sensiblement droit avec une face intérieure (5) de la deuxième branche (3), est appliqué dans la région périphérique contre le cadre de battant (18) dans une région de coin de celui-ci, sachant que la première branche (2) s'applique contre un premier montant (19) du cadre profilé et la deuxième branche (3) contre un deuxième montant (24) du cadre profilé ;
    b) sachant qu'un tenon de fixation (6), qui est disposé sur le côté intérieur de la première branche (2) et s'étend transversalement à celle-ci, est amené en engagement avec une ouverture associée (22) dans une paroi profilée (21) du cadre profilé, de sorte qu'il traverse la paroi profilée (21) de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, laquelle ouverture (22) est de préférence créée avant l'étape a) dans le cadre profilé (18), d'une manière la plus préférée en perçant celui-ci ;
    c) à la suite de quoi un moyen de fixation (25), de préférence une vis, d'une manière la plus préférée une vis à tête fraisée, est, par une ouverture (14) dans la deuxième branche, introduite dans le cadre profilé (18) jusqu'à ce qu'elle coopère mécaniquement avec la partie du tenon de fixation (6) qui traverse la paroi profilée (21) ;
    caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fixation (25) déforme, de préférence élargit ou écarte, ladite partie du tenon de fixation (6) afin de fixer à force et/ou par engagement positif le coulisseau de guidage sur le cadre profilé (18).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau de guidage est disposé par au moins une de ses branches (2, 3), de préférence au moins la deuxième branche (3), d'une manière la plus préférée les deux branches, dans une rainure (20) du cadre profilé (18), de préférence une rainure périphérique s'étendant sur toute la périphérie, sachant que le moyen de fixation (25) est introduit dans l'ouverture (14) de la deuxième branche (3) de telle sorte, et optionnellement encore au moins un autre moyen de fixation (25') dans une autre ouverture (15) dans la deuxième branche (3), que la deuxième branche (3) est bloquée par serrage dans la rainure concernée (20) par écartement latéral.
