Claims (6)

  1. Installation de traitement de surfaces avec une station de distribution (4), un dispositif de prétraitement (5) pour le prétraitement aqueux de pièces à revêtir et avec un dispositif de transport (2), qui transporte les pièces à revêtir (3) de la station de distribution (4) à un dispositif de revêtement (1) en passant par le dispositif de prétraitement (5), sachant que le dispositif de prétraitement présente un dispositif d'alimentation pour l'alimentation des chambres de prétraitement en moyen de prétraitement,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de prétraitement (5) comprend une pluralité de chambres de prétraitement (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d), connectées en parallèle, sachant que le dispositif de transport (2) se divise, en amont du dispositif de prétraitement (5), en au moins deux voies de transport (2a, 2b), qui conduisent chacune à différentes chambres de prétraitement (5a, 5b), disposées parallèlement, et sachant que le dispositif d'alimentation présente, pour au moins deux chambres de prétraitement connectées parallèlement, une seule installation de transport, sachant que le dispositif d'alimentation (7) est aménagé de manière à ce que seules la / les chambre (s) de prétraitement de l'une des voie de transport (2a) ou celle(s) de l'autre voie de transport (2b) soit / soient alimentée(s) alternativement en moyen de traitement.
  2. Installation de traitement de surfaces selon la revendication 1
    présentant de plus un dispositif de revêtement (1) pour le revêtement des pièces à revêtir (3) prétraitées.
  3. Installation de traitement de surfaces selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les au moins deux voies de transport (2a, 2b) sont de nouveau réassemblées en un dispositif de transport (2) en aval du dispositif de prétraitement (5) et en amont du dispositif de revêtement (1).
  4. Installation de traitement de surfaces selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    chaque voie de transport (2a, 2b) traverse une pluralité de chambres de prétraitement (5a, 5c ; 5b, 5d) connectées en série.
  5. Installation de traitement de surfaces selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif d'alimentation (7) présente, au moins pour deux chambres de prétraitement (5a, 5b) connectées parallèlement, une seule installation de transport (7a) et des conduites de transport (7b, 7c) qui, à partir de celle-ci conduisent à chaque chambre de prétraitement (5a, 5b), sachant qu'une installation d'obturation (7d, 7e) est prévue dans chaque conduite de transport (7b, 7c).
  6. Installation de traitement de surfaces selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    celle-ci présente un système de commande qui est destiné à démarrer et à terminer les processus de prétraitement exécutés dans les chambres de prétraitement (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) et / ou à ouvrir et à fermer les chambres de prétraitement (5a, 5c ; 5b, 5d) pour l'entrée et la sortie des pièces (3) à prétraiter.
