- Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'enregistrement et/ou la couche de recouvrement sont semi-transparentes, de préférence respectivement avec une perméabilité à la lumière comprise entre 20% et 90%.
- Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la couche de recouvrement et/ou la couche d'enregistrement sont formées par un élément à couche mince avec effet de basculement chromatique, et/ ou en ce que la couche de recouvrement et/ou la couche d'enregistrement sont formées par une couche colorée sensible aux lasers.
- Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la couche de recouvrement et la couche d'enregistrement sont de même couleur, en particulier en ce que la couche de recouvrement et la couche d'enregistrement se composent du même matériau, en particulier du même métal.
- Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la couche de recouvrement est une couche transparente qui modifie le rayon de courbure des microlentilles au moins de 50%, en particulier une couche transparente qui nivelle les microlentilles, en ce qu'en particulier l'indice de réfraction de la couche de recouvrement transparente diffère de 0,3 ou moins de l'indice de réfraction des microlentilles.
- Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que les micro-marques sont formées par des micro-trous dans la couche d'enregistrement et en ce qu'une couche de réflexion ou une couche d'impression est disposée sur la couche d'enregistrement, en particulier en ce que la couche de réflexion ou la couche d'impression ne présente pas de micro-trous.
- Support de données avec un élément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 18.
- Support de données selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité est disposé dans une zone de fenêtre ou une ouverture traversante du support de données ou à l'intérieur de celle-ci, ou bien en ce que le support de données contient un substrat de support de données qui présente une zone de marquage générée sous l'effet d'un rayonnement laser, laquelle est adjacente à au moins l'un des évidements générés par rayonnement laser de l'élément de sécurité et est en repérage avec celui-ci, en particulier en ce que, dans la zone de marquage, sous l'effet d'un rayonnement laser, des composantes chromatiques ou substances métalliques sont éliminées du substrat du support de données ou bien en ce que le substrat de support de données est moussé.
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un élément de sécurité variable optiquement pour des papiers de sécurité, documents de valeur et autres supports de données, dans lequel- un support sensiblement transparent avec des première et deuxième surfaces principales situées en vis-à-vis est mis à disposition, dans lequel un agencement de microlentilles est disposé sur la première surface principale du support,- une couche d'enregistrement sensible aux lasers étant disposée sur la deuxième surface principale,- l'agencement de microlentilles étant doté d'une couche de recouvrement sensible aux lasers,- au moins un évidement étant généré sous l'effet d'un rayonnement laser dans la couche de recouvrement sensible aux lasers, lequel s'étend sur plusieurs microlentilles,- dans la couche d'enregistrement sensible aux lasers, sous l'effet d'un rayonnement laser, une pluralité de micro-marques étant générées, dans lequel chaque micro-marque est associée à une microlentille et est visible lors de l'observation de l'élément de sécurité à travers la microlentille associée, et- la pluralité des micro-marques étant disposées sur le support de manière parfaitement repérée directement en vis-à-vis de l'au moins un évidement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que les évidements dans la couche de recouvrement sensible aux lasers et les micro-marques situées en vis-à-vis dans la couche d'enregistrement sensible aux lasers sont généré(e)s par le même faisceau laser lors de la même opération, et/ ou en ce que les micro-marques sont générées à partir d'au moins deux directions différentes à travers l'agencement de microlentilles dans la couche d'enregistrement.
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un support de données selon la revendication 20, dans lequel- un substrat de support de données est mis à disposition,- un support sensiblement transparent avec des première et deuxième surfaces principales situées en vis-à-vis étant mis à disposition, dans lequel, sur la première surface principale du support, un agencement de microlentilles est disposé,- sur la deuxième surface principale du support, une couche d'enregistrement sensible aux lasers étant disposée,- l'agencement de microlentilles étant doté d'une couche de recouvrement sensible aux lasers,- le support avec la couche d'enregistrement sensible aux lasers, l'agencement de microlentilles et la couche de recouvrement sensible aux lasers, étant appliqué sur le substrat de support de données, et- au cours de la même opération, grâce au même faisceau laser, sous l'effet du rayonnement laser,a) dans la couche de recouvrement sensible aux lasers, au moins un évidement étant généré, lequel s'étend sur plusieurs microlentilles,b) dans la couche d'enregistrement sensible aux lasers, une pluralité de micro-marques étant générées, dans lequel chaque micro-marque est associée à une microlentille et est visible lors de l'observation de l'élément de sécurité à travers la microlentille associée, dans lequel la pluralité des micro-marques est disposée sur le support de manière parfaitement repérée directement en vis-à-vis de l'au moins un évidement, etc) dans le substrat de support de données, en-dehors de la zone dans laquelle le support avec la couche d'enregistrement, l'agencement de microlentilles et la couche de recouvrement est appliqué sur le substrat de support de données, une zone de marquage étant générée, laquelle est adjacente à au moins l'un des évidements de la couche de recouvrement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone de marquage, sous l'effet d'un rayonnement laser, des composantes chromatiques ou substances métalliques sont éliminées du substrat de support de données, ou bien en ce que le substrat de support de données est moussé.
