Claims (8)
- Uhrenfedergehäuse (1) zur schwenkbaren Montage zwischen einer Platine (9) und einer Brücke (5), das wenigstens eine Hauptfeder (7) umfasst, die zwischen einer schwenkbaren Trommel (6) und einem Deckel (8) aufgenommen ist und zwischen der Trommel (6) und einer Welle (3), die um eine Drehachse (D) mit einem Sperrrad (2), das das Federgehäuse (1) aufweist, drehfest angeordnet ist, an seinem äußeren Ende bzw. an seinem inneren Ende eingehakt ist, wobei die Welle (3) um einen Zylinderschaft (31) längs der Drehachse (D) einerseits einen vorstehenden Haken (32) zum Einhaken der Hauptfeder (7) und andererseits zurückgezogene Drehantriebsmittel (42), die mit komplementären Antriebsmitteln (23) zusammenwirken, die das Sperrrad (2) aufweist, um dieses rotatorisch anzutreiben, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die komplementären Mittel (23) des Sperrrades (2) wenigstens aus einem Federplättchen bestehen, das das Aufschieben des Federrades (2) auf die Welle (3) zulässt und gleichermaßen den rotatorischen Antrieb gewährleistet, und außerdem dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptfeder (7) aus einer mehrphasigen Legierung auf Kobalt-Nickel-Chrom-Basis verwirklicht ist, die 44 bis 46 % Kobalt, 20 bis 22 % Nickel, 17 bis 19 % Chrom, 4 bis 6 % Eisen, 3 bis 5 % Wolfram, 3 bis 5 % Molybdän, 0 bis 2 % Titan und 0 bis 1 % Beryllium enthält, einen Young-Modul besitzt, der im Bereich von 200 bis 240 GPa liegt, und einen Scherungsmodul besitzt, der im Bereich von 80 bis 100 GPa liegt, dass die Hauptfeder (7) ein Breiten/Dicken-Verhältnis im Bereich von 3 bis 23 besitzt und dass das Verhältnis zwischen dem maximalen Radius eines Abstützbereichs (31) der Feder der Welle (3) und der Dicke der Hauptfeder (7) im Bereich von 3 bis 9 liegt.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehantriebsmittel (42) einen axialen Anschlag des Sperrrades (2) längs der Drehachse (D) bilden, dass die Welle (3) auf Höhe eines oberen Bereichs (13) in einer Bohrung (51) der Brücke (5) oder eines Steins (52), den die Brücke (5) aufweist, drehbar ist und dass das Sperrrad (2) ein oberes Abstützleiste (24) aufweist, dessen Bahn durch eine untere Oberfläche (53) der Brücke (5) oder des Steins (52) begrenzt ist, wobei das Sperrrad (2) zwischen der Brücke (5) und einer oberen Oberfläche (61), die die Trommel (6) gegenüber einer unteren Oberfläche (22) des Sperrrades (2) aufweist, enthalten ist und dass sich die Trommel (6) auf Höhe einer Bohrung (62), die sie auf dem Zylinderschaft (31) aufweist, dreht.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptfeder (7) in der axialen Richtung der Drehachse (D) einen vorstehenden oberen Teil (71), der dafür ausgelegt ist, sich auf einer inneren Oberfläche (65) der Trommel (6) abzustützen, und einen vorstehenden unteren Teil (72), der dafür ausgelegt ist, sich auf einem oberen Teil (85) des Deckels (8) abzustützen, umfasst.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (6) einen Deckel (8) trägt, der mit der Trommel (6) drehfest verbunden ist und wovon eine Bohrung (81) mit dem Zylinderschaft (31) der Welle (3) zusammenwirkt, und dass eine untere Oberfläche (82) des Deckels (8) hinsichtlich ihres Ausschlags durch eine obere Oberfläche (93) der Platine (9) oder eines Steins (92), der in der Platine (9) aufgenommen ist, begrenzt ist, wobei eine Bohrung (91) der Platine (9) oder des Steins (92) als Drehzentrum um den Zylinderschaft (31) der Welle (3) dient.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spiel der Trommel (6) bei ihrer unteren Abstützung in Bezug auf das Sperrrad (2) durch eine obere Oberfläche (61) der Trommel (6) begrenzt ist, die durch eine untere Oberfläche (22) des Sperrrades (2) begrenzt ist, dass das Spiel des Sperrrades in ihrer unteren Abstützung in Bezug auf die Brücke (5) durch eine Leiste (24) des Sperrrades (2) begrenzt ist, das durch eine untere Oberfläche (53) der Brücke (5) oder eines Steins (52), den die Brücke (5) aufweist, begrenzt ist, und dass das Spiel des Deckels (8) in seiner oberen Abstützung in Bezug auf die Platine (9) durch eine untere Oberfläche (82) des Deckels (8) begrenzt ist, die durch eine obere Oberfläche (93) der Platine (9) oder eines Steins (91), den die Platine aufweist, begrenzt ist.
- Uhrwerk (100), das wenigstens eine Platine (9) und eine Brücke (5) und ein Federgehäuse (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
- Werk (100) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brücke (5) eine obere Anschlagplatte (56) umfasst, deren untere Oberfläche (57) dafür ausgelegt ist, den axialen Ausschlag der Welle (3) zu begrenzen, und dass die Platine (9) eine untere Anschlagplatte (96) aufweist, deren obere Oberfläche (97) dafür ausgelegt ist, den axialen Ausschlag der Welle (3) zu begrenzen.
- Uhr (200), die ein Werk (100) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7 umfasst.
