Abstract
1,044,852. Bearings. GLASHœTTTER UHRENBETRIEBE VEB. May 10, 1965, No. 19534/65. Heading F2A. [Also in Division G3] In a spring barrel arrangement fo a self-winding watch, a ratchetwheel 7 is positioned adjacent an open side of the barrel 6. The barrel is rotatably mounted on two bearing surfaces 5 on the barrel shaft 4 and a third bearing surface 5 on this shaft rotatably mounts the ratchet-wheel. The ends of the shaft are a transition fit in support plates 1, 2 from which the shaft is withdrawable on removing a securing plate 8. Plate 2 is provided with supporting members 3 in the form of jewels against which the ratchet-wheel can bear and which prevent rocking of the wheel.
