Definitions
- insoles of lace shoes consist of several layers of different materials, such as cardboard, volcanic fever and leather, which are glued together, nailed or sewn in different lengths.
- Our German utility model (No. 20 2011 004 126.3 - spine sole) already describes a vertebral structure of the insole, whereby it is possible to individually control important functional areas.
- the spine is defined by a tough but inelastic material (U) to which the conical vertebrae (V) are firmly connected.
- the insertion or removal of discs (S) defines the bending behavior of the sole.
- the lower material (L) is tough but elastic (e.g., rubber).
- the sole becomes bendable upwards, but downwards its flexibility becomes definable by the vertebrae (V) and intervertebral discs (S).
- the “intelligent spine functional system” ( Fig.2 ) consists of at least two, in the best case, however, of three basic functional components that are “married” together in the pure composite form without fasteners or adhesives and accordingly easy to assemble or change.
- the "spine” ( Figure 3 ) mainly characterizes a juxtaposition of vertebral bodies (V), which may be conical both straight and at a defined angle.
- the interspaces (I) of the vertebral bodies allow the spine to bend freely upwards.
- the bendability downwards is limited only by the straight or conical shape of the vertebral bodies, whose legs abut against each other at a definable maximum bending and do not allow further bending ( Figure 4 - aA).
- the "spine” is defined above by a very resilient, flexible but inelastic material ( Figure 4 - aU), with the vertebral bodies, depending on the production process, firmly connected or shed directly.
- the lower material, the "rubber layer” ( Fig.6 - R ) is resistant and resistant to the top layer ( Figure 4 - U) but elastic. It is fixed at defined points of the "spine".
- the integrated "rubber layer” engages here with corresponding ribs ( Fig.2 - F ) Like a muscle in every single vertebral body, which are provided with corresponding receiving bays. Now the "rubber layer” with its elastic control can synchronize the individual vertebrae.
- the integrated "rubber layer” also acts as a mechanical and safe Lock against lateral slippage of "sticks", which are provided with corresponding bays for the “rubber layer” ( Figure 5 - RS).
- the “rubber layer” is introduced in the stretched state in the “spine” and allows a bias of the sole. As a result, the “spine” in the areas without “sticks” already slightly bent and nestles to the natural curvature of the sole. This is especially helpful when free stretching the foot!
- the "spine” obtains even without “rubber layer” and “sticks” limited functionality by predefining the angles of the vertebral bodies and the possible bending behavior, but excluding the possibility that the customer later the sole to his foot shape and the required bending resistance can adjust ( Fig.4 - c ).
- the material thickness of the "spine” is chosen so that the sole has a relative stiffness, ie that when defined by the body weight forces the insole in both directions is virtually inflexible.
- the “intelligent spine functional system” also offers innovative solutions for easy installation with the complete pointe shoe.
- the outer pointe shoe is attached to the last with all layers and cap assemblies on a thin and flexible mounting sole ( Fig.7 - a ) attached.
- This inner mounting sole is z. B. with a click rail ( Fig.7 - c ) Mistake.
- the outsole is glued in the known method on the mounting base and finally presses all layers firmly between the mounting sole and outsole. The last is removed.
- a corresponding leadership in the "spine” ( Fig.2 - C) now allows to insert the completely assembled "spine system” into the finished pointe shoe and push it over the click rail.
- the "spine” audibly snaps into the click fastener, it is firmly connected to the outer pointe shoe.
- the specific technical design of this system for locking can vary.
- the "spine” characterizes a series of vertebral bodies ( Figure 3 - V).
- the sole is easily bendable as the vertebral bodies move away from each other in their angular rotation, and it is difficult or inflexible when the legs of the vertebral bodies meet in their angular rotation ( Fig.4 - a ).
- the insertion of corresponding "sticks" (S) ( Fig.4 - b ) allows you to control the bending points.
- the elastic pad (L) ( Fig.4 - a ) provides the necessary counter tension of the sole.

Abstract
Description
Fig.1 ) - Das "intelligente Wirbelsohlen Funktionssystem" (
Fig.4 - c ).
Fig.7 - a ) befestigt.

Fig.3 - V).
