Definitions
- insoles of lace shoes consist of several layers of different materials, such as cardboard, vulcanized fiber and leather, which are glued together, nailed or sewn in different lengths.
- the German utility model (No. 20 2011 004 126 - spine sole) already describes a vertebral structure of the insole, it being possible to control important functional areas individually (Fig. State of the art).
- the spine is defined by a tough but inelastic material (U), to which the conical vertebrae (V) are firmly attached.
- the insertion or removal of discs (S) defines the bending behavior of the sole.
- the lower material (L) is tough but elastic (e.g., rubber).
- the sole becomes bendable upwards, but downwards its flexibility becomes definable by the vertebrae (V) and intervertebral discs (S).
- insole of pointe shoes is also called the backbone of the pointe shoe.
- This idea has been consistently pursued in order to make what has been used by nature over millions of years of evolution technologically usable.
- the structures developed so far have been optimized to a revolutionary improvement in the tip shoe function and its medical concerns.
- the result of this work is an easy-to-install, form-connected intelligent spine functional system as an insole, in particular for pointe shoes, having the features of claim 1 (US Pat. Fig. 1 ).
- the intelligent spine functional system ( Fig.2 ) consists of at least two, but in the best case of three basic functional components that are connected together in pure form composite without fasteners or adhesives and are accordingly easy to assemble or change.
- the spine ( Figure 3 ) mainly characterizes a juxtaposition of vertebral bodies (V), which may be conical both straight and at a defined angle.
- the interspaces (I) of the vertebral bodies allow the spine to bend freely upwards.
- the bendability downwards is limited only by the straight or conical shape of the vertebral bodies, whose legs abut against each other at a definable maximum bending and do not allow further bending ( 4 - aA ).
- the spine is defined above by a very resilient, flexible but inelastic material ( Fig.4 - aU ), with which the vertebral bodies, depending on the production process, are firmly connected or directly potted.
- the sticks act like an intervertebral disc in the spine.
- a stick between two vertebrae causes the spine at this point, although still able to bend upwards but not further down ( Fig.4 - a ).
- the spine now follows the individually bent anatomy of the sole of the foot and remains in other places, eg under the forefoot or behind the heel ( Fig.1 - c ). The following sentence is irrelevant and does not apply.
- Elastic sticks in the forefoot area provide a noise and shock reducing effect for standing on top or jumping.
- Elastic sticks can now also tolerate the angular rotations of the vertebral bodies. Instead of completely removing a stick in the heel area, an elastic stick can also be used to create a variable and shock absorbing back pressure under the heel flex.
- the sticks are now diluted in our version in the middle area, so that the rubber layer ( Fig.6 - R ) in these bays ( Figure 5 - RS) engages and lateral slipping of the sticks is prevented.
- the lower material, the rubber layer ( Fig.6 - R ) is resistant and resistant to the top layer ( Fig.4 - U ) but elastic. It is fixed at defined points of the spine.
- a pure molding compound of the rubber layer with the spine ( Fig.2 ).
- the integrated rubber layer engages here with corresponding ribs ( Fig.2 - F )
- the rubber layer with its elastic control can synchronize the individual vertebrae with each other. If the spine is bent upwards while walking or in the Demi Pointe, the train on the rubber layer results in a uniform bending of the whole sole ( Fig.1 - b ).
- the mold compound of the rubber layer with the spine without gluing or mechanical screw, nail or other fasteners, allow a dancer with a few simple steps rubber layers with alternative Shore hardness in their sole yourself, which represents a previously unattained relief especially for professional dancers.
- the integrated rubber layer absorbs even more dynamic force compared to flat glued or screwed rubber underlays, which noticeably returns to the foot when jumping or when moving to the top level (kangaroo effect).
- the integrated rubber layer also acts as a mechanical and secure barrier against the lateral slippage of the sticks, which are provided with corresponding bays for the rubber layer ( Figure 5 - RS).
- the rubber layer is in the stretched state in the spine introduced and allows a bias of the sole. As a result, the spine in the areas without sticks already slightly bent and clings to the natural curvature of the sole of the foot. This is especially helpful in free stretching of the foot.
- the spine gets a limited functionality even without rubber layer and sticks, by predefining the angles of the vertebral bodies and the possible bending behavior, but excluding the possibility that the customer can later adjust the sole to his foot shape and the required bending resistance ( Fig.4 - c ).
- the material thickness of the spine is chosen so that the sole has a relative rigidity, ie that when defined by the body weight forces the insole is practically inflexible in both directions. If the material of the spine now slotted or toothed with intervertebral disc areas, the material is now relatively flexible in these vortex areas in the opposite direction of the slits and is only the other direction by the meeting of the vertebral bodies ( Fig.4 - c ) limited.
- the intelligent spine functional system also offers innovative solutions for easy assembly with the complete pointe shoe.
- the outer pointe shoe is attached to the last with all layers and cap assemblies on a thin and flexible mounting sole ( Fig.7 - a ) attached.
- This inner mounting sole is z. B. with a click rail ( Fig.7 - c ) Mistake.
- the outsole is glued in the known method on the mounting base and finally presses all layers firmly between the mounting sole and outsole. The last is removed.
- a corresponding guide in the spine ( Fig.2 - C ) now allows the fully assembled spine system to be inserted into the finished pointe shoe and pushed over the click bar. When the spine audibly snaps into the click fastener, it is firmly connected to the outer pointe shoe.
- the specific technical design of this system for locking can vary.
- the spine as a functional intelligent system of insoles is conceivable for a number of applications in general, orthopedic or in the sports shoe sector. Whenever comfortable flexibility is needed in conjunction with clearly definable endpoints of flexibility, the modified system spine would be an obvious solution. Also the o.g. Kangaroo effect is associated with the ply structure of a spine, e.g. also conceivable for sports and running shoes.

Description
Fig. 1 ).
Fig.4 - c ).
Fig.7 - a ) befestigt.
