Description
Klarspül- und Reinigungsmittel
Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft Mittel zum Klarspülen und zur Reinigung von Geschirr. Insbesondere betrifft diese Anmeldung flüssige Mittel für die maschinelle Geschirreinigung sowie deren Verwendung zum Klarspülen und zur Reinigung von Geschirr.
Geschirrspülmittel stehen dem Verbraucher in einer Vielzahl von Angebotsformen zur Verfügung. Neben den traditionellen flüssigen Handgeschirrspülmitteln haben mit der Verbreitung von Haushaltsgeschirrspülmaschinen insbesondere die maschinellen Geschirrspülmittel eine große Bedeutung erlangt. Diese maschinellen Geschirrspülmittel werden dem Verbraucher typischerweise in fester Form, beispielsweise als Pulver oder als Tabletten, angeboten.
Eines der Hauptziele der Hersteller maschineller Reinigungsmittel besteht neben der Verbesserung der Reinigungsleistung dieser Mittel insbesondere auch darin, die Klarspülleistung dieser Mittel zu verbessern, wobei in jüngster Zeit ein verstärktes Augenmerk auf die Reinigungsleistung und Klarspülleistung bei Niedrigtemperatur-Reinigungsgängen bzw. in Reinigungsgängen mit verringertem Wasserverbrauch gelegt wird.
Zur Steigerung der Klarspülleistung wurden den Reinigungsmitteln vorzugsweise neue Inhaltsstoffe, beispielsweise wirksamere Tenside oder Polymere zugesetzt. Da neue Inhaltsstoffe jedoch nur in begrenztem Umfang zur Verfügung stehen und die pro Reinigungsgang eingesetzte Menge der Inhaltsstoffe aus ökologischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht in beliebigem Maße erhöht werden kann, sind diesem Lösungsansatz natürliche Grenzen gesetzt.
Dieser Anmeldung lag daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Reinigungsmittel für die Geschirreinigung bereitzustellen, das sich gegenüber herkömmlichen Geschirreinigungsmitteln, vorzugsweise auch bei Niedrigtemperatur-Reinigungsgängen und/oder bei Reinigungsgängen mit geringem Wasserverbrauch, durch eine verbesserte Klarspülleistung, insbesondere durch eine effektive Verhinderung der Fleckenbildung, auszeichnet.
Überraschenderweise wurde erfindungsgemäß herausgefunden, dass Polymere, enthaltend
a) mindestens ein Monomer gemäß Formel (I)

sehr gute Klarspülergebnisse liefern und hierbei insbesondere die Fleckenbildung vermindern.
Der Einsatz derartiger Polymere in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln wird in den Offenlegungsschriften WO 2010/107554 und WO 2010/000629 bereits beschrieben. Allerdings wird hier lediglich die Eignung dieser Polymere als Soil-Release-Wirkstoffe sowie zur Beschleunigung der Trocknung des gespülten Geschirrs offenbart.
Ein erster Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher die Verwendung von Polymeren, enthaltend
a) mindestens ein Monomer gemäß Formel (I)

R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander für Ci_6-Alkyl, Hydroxy-Ci_6-alkyl oder Amino-
Ci-6-alkyl stehen;
x und y unabhängig voneinander für einen Wert von 1 bis 3 stehen; X" für ein Gegenion steht;
b) mindestens ein hydrophiles Monomer, das mindestens eine Säure-Gruppe trägt; c) mindestens ein hydrophiles nichtionisches Monomer;
als Klarspülmittel, insbesondere in einem maschinellen Geschirrspülverfahren, vor allem zur Verminderung der Belags- und/oder Fleckenbildung auf Geschirr.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher auch ein vorzugsweise maschinelles Geschirrspülverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens einem Verfahrensschritt ein solches Polymer als Klarspülmittel, insbesondere zur Vermeidung der Belags- und/oder Fleckenbildung, zum Einsatz kommt.
Erfindungsgemäß wurde überraschenderweise festgestellt, dass die erfindungsgemäß beobachtete Wirkung besonders gut durch ein Kombinationsprodukt erzielt werden kann, das ein Verpackungsmittel und mindestens zwei in diesem Verpackungsmittel befindliche, voneinander getrennte flüssige Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel enthält.
Weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher ebenfalls ein Kombinationsprodukt, umfassend ein Verpackungsmittel und mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise genau zwei, in diesem Verpackungsmittel befindliche, voneinander getrennte flüssige Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel A und B der Zusammensetzung:
A: - 10 bis 75 Gew.-% Gerüststoff(e);
- 0, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Enzym(e);
- 24,9 bis 89,9 Gew.-% Wasser; und

wobei das flüssige Reinigungsmittel A einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 6 und 9 aufweist und das flüssige Reinigungsmittel B einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 9 und 14 aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel A und B ein Polymer enthält, das folgende Monomere umfasst:
a) mindestens ein Monomer gemäß Formel (I)

R-i und R4 unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder C -6-Alkyl stehen;
R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander für C -6-Alkyl, Hydroxy-C-|.6-alkyl oder Amino-C-|.6-alkyl stehen;
x und y unabhängig voneinander für einen Wert von 1 bis 3 stehen;
X" für ein Gegenion steht;
b) mindestens ein hydrophiles Monomer, das mindestens eine Säure-Gruppe trägt;
c) mindestens ein hydrophiles nichtionisches Monomer.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher ebenso ein vorzugsweise maschinelles Geschirrspülverfahren, bei welchem ein erfindungsgemäßes Kombinationsprodukt zum Einsatz
kommt, insbesondere zur Verminderung der Belags- und/oder Fleckenbildung auf dem Geschirr.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung ist weiterhin die Verwendung eines erfindungsgemäßen Kombinationsproduktes als Reinigungs- und Klarspülmittel für harte Oberflächen, vor allem zur Verminderung der Belags- und/oder Fleckenbildung auf Geschirr, insbesondere beim maschinellen Geschirrspülen.
Der Anteil des Monomers (a) am Polymer beträgt vorzugsweise 10-30 %, besonders bevorzugt 15- 25 %, bezogen auf die Gesamtzahl der Monomere.
Bei dem hydrophilen Monomer (b) handelt es sich erfindungsgemäß vorzugsweise um Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure. Der Anteil des Monomers (b) am Polymer beträgt vorzugsweise weniger als 15 %, besonders bevorzugt weniger als 10 %, insbesondere 3-6 %, bezogen auf die Gesamtzahl der Monomere.
Bei dem hydrophilen nichtionischem Monomer (c) handelt es sich erfindungsgemäß vorzugsweise um am Stickstoff-Atom gegebenenfalls ein- oder zweifach durch Ci_6-Alkyl substituiertes Acrylamid, wobei in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform unsubstituiertes Acrylamid eingesetzt wird. Der Anteil des Monomers (c) am Polymer beträgt vorzugsweise mindestens 50 %, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 65 %, insbesondere 75-85 %, bezogen auf die Gesamtzahl der Monomere.
Die in den erfindungsgemäßen Kombinationsprodukten getrennt voneinander vorliegenden flüssigen Reinigungsmittel A und B enthalten neben weiteren wasch- oder reinigungsaktiven Inhaltsstoffen Gerüststoffe. Zu den Gerüststoffe zählen dabei insbesondere die Zeolithe, amorphe Silikate, kristalline Schichtsilikate, Carbonate, organische Cobuilder und -wo keine ökologischen Vorurteile gegen ihren Einsatz bestehen- auch die Phosphate.
Unter der Vielzahl der kommerziell erhältlichen Phosphate sind in der Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel-Industrie technisch besonders wichtige Phosphate das Pentanatriumtriphosphat, Na5P3O10 (Natriumtripolyphosphat) sowie das entsprechende Kaliumsalz Pentakaliumtriphosphat, K5P3O-10 (Kaliumtripolyphosphat). Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt eingesetzt werden weiterhin die Natriumkali- umtripolyphosphate.
Werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Anmeldung Phosphate als wasch- oder reinigungsaktive Substanzen in den flüssigen Reinigungsmitteln A und/oder B eingesetzt, so enthalten bevorzugte Kombinationsprodukte diese(s) Phosphat(e), vorzugsweise Alkalimetallphosphat(e), besonders bevorzugt Pentanatrium- bzw. Pentakaliumtriphosphat (Natrium- bzw. Kaliumtripolyphosphat), in Mengen von 5 bis 60 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 15 bis 45 Gew.-% uns insbesondere von 20 bis
40 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des jeweiligen Reinigungsmittels A oder B, enthalten sind.
Als organische Cobuilder sind insbesondere Polycarboxylate / Polycarbonsäuren, polymere Poly- carboxylate, Asparaginsäure, Polyacetale, Dextrine, weitere organische Cobuilder sowie Phospho- nate zu nennen. Diese Stoffklassen werden nachfolgend beschrieben.
Brauchbare organische Gerüstsubstanzen sind beispielsweise die in Form der freien Säure und/oder ihrer Natriumsalze einsetzbaren Polycarbonsäuren, wobei unter Polycarbonsäuren solche Carbonsäuren verstanden werden, die mehr als eine Säurefunktion tragen. Beispielsweise sind dies Citronensäure, Adipinsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Äpfelsäure, Weinsäure, Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure, Zuckersäuren, Aminocarbonsäuren, Nitrilotriessigsäure (NTA), sofern ein derartiger Einsatz aus ökologischen Gründen nicht zu beanstanden ist, sowie Mischungen aus diesen. Die freien Säuren besitzen neben ihrer Builderwirkung typischerweise auch die Eigenschaft einer Säuerungskomponente und dienen somit auch zur Einstellung eines niedrigeren und milderen pH- Wertes von Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln. Insbesondere sind hierbei Citronensäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Adipinsäure, Gluconsäure und beliebige Mischungen aus diesen zu nennen. Ein Kombinationsprodukt, welches Citronensäure oder ein Salz der Citronensäure enthält, wobei der Gewichtsanteil der Citronensäure oder des Salzes der Citronensäure, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Kombinationsprodukts, zwischen 0,2 und 12 Gew.-%, bevorzugt zwischen 0,2 und 8 Gew.-% und insbesondere zwischen 0,2 und 6 Gew.-% beträgt, wird erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Eine weitere bedeutende Klasse der phosphatfreien Gerüststoffe stellen Aminocarbonsäuren und/oder ihre Salze dar. Kombinationsprodukte, welche Methylglycindiessigsäure oder ihre Salze und/oder Glutamindiessigsäure oder ihre Salze enthalten, wobei der Gewichtsanteil von MGDA oder GLDA, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Kombinationsprodukts, zwischen 0,2 und 12 Gew.-%, bevorzugt zwischen 0,2 und 8 Gew.-% und insbesondere zwischen 0,2 und 6 Gew.-% beträgt, werden erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Als Gerüststoffe sind weiter polymere Polycarboxylate geeignet, dies sind beispielsweise die Alkalimetallsalze der Polyacrylsäure oder der Polymethacrylsäure, beispielsweise solche mit einer relativen Molekülmasse von 500 bis 70000 g/mol.
Darüber hinaus können alle Verbindungen, die in der Lage sind, Komplexe mit Erdalkaliionen auszubilden, als Gerüststoffe eingesetzt werden.
Als weiteren Bestandteil enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Kombinationsprodukte zur Steigerung
der Wasch- beziehungsweise Reinigungsleistung Enzyme. Hierzu gehören insbesondere Proteasen, Amylasen, Lipasen, Cutinasen, Hemicellulasen, zu denen insbesondere Mannanasen, Xanthanlyasen, Pektinlyasen, Pektinesterasen, Pektathlyasen, Xyloglucanasen, Pullulanasen und ß-Glucanasen zählen, Cellulasen oder Oxidoreduktasen, sowie vorzugsweise deren Gemische. Diese Enzyme sind im Prinzip natürlichen Ursprungs; ausgehend von den natürlichen Molekülen stehen für den Einsatz in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln verbesserte Varianten zur Verfügung, die entsprechend bevorzugt eingesetzt werden. Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel enthalten Enzyme vorzugsweise in Gesamtmengen von 1 x 10~6 bis 5 Gew.-% bezogen auf aktives Protein. Die Proteinkonzentration kann mit Hilfe bekannter Methoden, zum Beispiel dem BCA-Verfahren oder dem Biu- ret-Verfahren bestimmt werden.
Unter den Proteasen sind solche vom Subtilisin-Typ bevorzugt.
Beispiele für einsetzbare Amylasen sind die α-Amylasen aus Bacillus licheniformis, aus ß. amyloliquefaciens, aus ß. stearothermophilus, aus Aspergillus niger und A. oryzae sowie die für den Einsatz in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln verbesserten Weiterentwicklungen der vorgenannten Amylasen. Desweiteren sind für diesen Zweck die α-Amylase aus Bacillus sp. A 7-7 (DSM 12368) und die Cyclodextrin-Glucanotransferase (CGTase) aus ß. agaradherens (DSM 9948) hervorzuheben.
Die Enzyme können in jeder nach dem Stand der Technik etablierten Form eingesetzt werden. Hierzu gehören beispielsweise die durch Granulation, Extrusion oder Lyophilisierung erhaltenen festen Präparationen oder, insbesondere bei flüssigen oder gelförmigen Mitteln, Lösungen der Enzyme, vorteilhafterweise möglichst konzentriert, wasserarm und/oder mit Stabilisatoren versetzt.
Weiterhin ist es möglich, zwei oder mehrere Enzyme zusammen zu konfektionieren, so dass ein einzelnes Granulat mehrere Enzymaktivitäten aufweist.
Der Gewichtsanteil der Enzyme am Gesamtgewicht des flüssigen Reinigungsmittel A kann 0, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% betragen. In besonders bevorzugten Kombinationsprodukten beträgt der Gewichtsanteil des Enzyms am Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungsmittels A 0,2 bis 9 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,5 bis 8 Gew.-%.
Obgleich das flüssige Reinigungsmittel B selbstverständlich auch Enzyme enthalten kann, ist es doch bevorzugt, dass der Enzymgehalt des Reinigungsmittels B weniger als 2 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise weniger als 1 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt weniger als 0,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere weniger als 0,1 Gew.-% beträgt. Besonders bevorzugte Kombinationsprodukte sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flüssige Reinigungsmittel B keine Enzyme enthält.
Bevorzugt werden ein oder mehrere Enzyme und/oder Enzymzubereitungen, vorzugsweise feste oder flüssige Protease-Zubereitungen und/oder Amylase-Zubereitungen eingesetzt. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das flüssige Reinigungsmittel A eine Kombination von Protease- und Amylase-Zubereitungen auf.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Kombinationsprodukte enthalten vorzugsweise weniger als 2 Gew.-% Bleichmittel und können auch frei von Bleichmittel sein.
Die Einstellung der pH-Werte der flüssigen Reinigungsmittel A und B ist für die Reinigungsleistung des resultierenden Kombinationsproduktes von Bedeutung. Besonders bevorzugt werden Kombinationsprodukte, bei denen der pH-Wert (20°C) des flüssigen Reinigungsmittels A zwischen 6,5 und 8,5 und insbesondere zwischen 7 und 8 beträgt. Der pH-Wert (20°C) des flüssigen Reinigungsmittels B beträgt dagegen vorzugsweise zwischen 9,5 und 13 und insbesondere zwischen 10 und 12.
Besonders bevorzugt werden Kombinationsprodukte, bei denen sich der pH-Wert (20°C) des flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels A vom pH-Wert (20°C) des flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels B um mindestens zwei Einheiten unterscheidet.
Zu Einstellung der pH-Werte und zur Verbesserung der Reinigungsleistung enthalten in einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform die flüssigen Reinigungsmittel B zusätzlich Alkaliträger. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung ist daher ein Kombinationsprodukt, umfassend ein Verpackungsmittel mit zwei voneinander getrennten Aufnahmekammern, sowie zwei in diesen Aufnahmenkammern befindlichen, voneinander getrennten flüssigen Reinigungsmitteln A und B der Zusammensetzung:
A: - 10 bis 75 Gew.-% Gerüststoff(e);
- 0, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Enzym(e);
- 24,9 bis 89,9 Gew.-% Wasser; und
B: - 10 bis 74,9 Gew.% Gerüststoff(e);
- 0, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Alkaliträger;
- 25 bis 89,9 Gew.-% Wasser;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flüssige Reinigungsmittel A einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 6 und 9 aufweist, während das flüssige Reinigungsmittel B einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 9 und 14 aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel A und B ein Polymer enthält, das folgende Monomere umfasst:
a) mindestens ein Monomer gemäß Formel (I)
R-i und R4 unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder Ci_6-Alkyl stehen;
R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander für C -6-Alkyl, Hydroxy-C-|.6-alkyl oder Amino-C-|.6-alkyl stehen;
x und y unabhängig voneinander für einen Wert von 1 bis 3 stehen;
X" für ein Gegenion steht;
b) mindestens ein hydrophiles Monomer, das mindestens eine Säure-Gruppe trägt;
c) mindestens ein hydrophiles nichtionisches Monomer.
Als Alkaliträger gelten beispielsweise die Hydroxide, vorzugsweise Alkalimetallhydroxide, die Car- bonate, Hydrogencarbonate oder Sesquicarbonate, vorzugsweise Alkalimetallcarbonate bzw. Alka- limetallhydrogencarbonate oder Alkalimetallsesquicarbonate, wobei im Sinne dieser Erfindung bevorzugt die Alkalimetallhydroxide und Alkalicarbonate, insbesondere Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxide, Natriumcarbonat, Natriumhydrogencarbonat oder Natriumsesquicarbonat eingesetzt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Kombinationsprodukte zeichnen sich neben einer sehr guten Klarspülleistung insbesondere durch eine verbesserte Reinigungsleistung an eingetrockneten und/oder eingebrannten Anschmutzungen auf harten Oberflächen aus, vor allem beim automatischen Geschirrspülen.
Zur Gruppe der eingetrockneten oder angebrannten Anschmutzungen zählen beispielsweise angetrocknete Stärkeanschmutzungen, beispielsweise von Haferflocken, oder angebrannte Rückstände von Aufläufen, die beispielsweise neben Stärkeanteilen wie Nudeln oder Kartoffeln weiterhin auch Fleischreste umfassen.
Überraschenderweise wurde festgestellt, dass sich die Reinigungsleistung erfindungsgemäßer Kombinationsprodukte durch den Zusatz organischer Lösungsmittel verbessern läßt. Bevorzugter Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung sind daher weiterhin erfindungsgemäße Kombinationsprodukte, in denen mindestens eines der Reinigungsmittel A oder B weiterhin ein organisches Lösungsmittel enthält.
Diese organischen Lösungsmittel stammen beispielsweise aus den Gruppen der Mono-Alkohole, Diole, Triole bzw. Polyole, der Ether, Ester und/oder Amide. Besonders bevorzugt sind dabei orga-
nische Lösungsmittel, die wasserlöslich sind, wobei„wasserlösliche" Lösungsmittel im Sinne der vorliegenden Anmeldung Lösungsmittel sind, die bei Raumtemperatur mit Wasser vollständig, d.h. ohne Mischungslücke, mischbar sind.
Organische Lösungsmittel, die in den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln eingesetzt werden können, stammen vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe ein- oder mehrwertigen Alkohole, Alkanolamine oder Gly- kolether, sofern sie im angegebenen Konzentrationsbereich mit Wasser mischbar sind. Vorzugsweise werden die Lösungsmittel ausgewählt aus Ethanol, n- oder i-Propanol, Butanolen, Glykol, Propan- oder Butandiol, Glycerin, Diglykol, Propyl- oder Butyldiglykol, Hexylenglycol, Ethylengly- kolmethylether, Ethylenglykolethylether, Ethylenglykolpropylether, Ethylenglykolmono-n-butylether, Diethylenglykolmethylether, Di-ethylenglykolethylether, Propylenglykolmethyl-, -ethyl- oder - propylether, Dipropylenglykolmethyl-, oder -ethylether, Methoxy-, Ethoxy- oder Butoxytriglykol, 1 - Butoxyethoxy-2-propanol, 3-Methyl-3-methoxybutanol, Propylen-glykol-t-butylether sowie Mischungen dieser Lösungsmittel.
Als besonders wirkungsvoll im Hinblick auf die Reinigungsleistung und hier wiederum hinsichtlich der Reinigungsleistung an bleichbaren Anschmutzungen, insbesondere an Teeanschmutzungen, haben sich die organischen Lösungsmittel aus der Gruppe der organischen Amine und/oder der Alkanolamine erwiesen.
Besonders bevorzugte Kombinationsprodukte enthalten, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Kombinationsproduktes, zwischen 0,1 und 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 8 Gew.-% und insbesondere zwischen 1 ,5 und 6 Gew.% eines organischen Lösungsmittels aus der Gruppe der organischen Amine und der Alkanolamine. Besonders bevorzugt werden Kombinationsprodukte deren flüssiges Reinigungsmittel B, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungsmittels B, einen Gewichtsanteil eines organischen Lösungsmittels aus der Gruppe der organischen Amine und der Alkanolamine zwischen 0, 1 und 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 8 Gew.-% und insbesondere zwischen 1 ,5 und 6 Gew.% aufweist, während der Gewichtsanteil an organischem Lösungsmittel aus der Gruppe der organischen Amine und der Alkanolamine in dem flüssigen Reinigungsmittel A, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungsmittels A, bevorzugt weniger als 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise weniger als 3 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt weniger als 1 Gew.% und ganz besonders bevorzugt weniger als 0,1 Gew.-% beträgt und insbesondere kein organischen Lösungsmittel aus der Gruppe der organischen Amine und der Alkanolamine in dem Reinigungsmittel A enthalten ist.
Die zuvor beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Mittel können neben den zuvor beschriebenen Inhaltsstoffen weitere wasch- und reinigungsaktive Substanzen enthalten, vorzugsweise wasch- und reinigungsaktive Substanzen aus der Gruppe der Tenside, Polymere, Bleichaktivatoren, Glaskorro-
sionsinhibitoren, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Desintegrationshilfsmittel, Duftstoffe und Parfümträger, Farbstoffen und Konservierungsmittel. Diese bevorzugten Inhaltsstoffe werden in der Folge näher beschrieben.
Zur Gruppe der Tenside werden die nichtionischen, die anionischen, die kationischen und die amphoteren Tenside gezählt.
Als nichtionische Tenside können alle dem Fachmann bekannten nichtionischen Tenside eingesetzt werden.
Zu diesen zählen beispielsweise alkoxylierte, vorzugsweise ethoxylierte oder ethoxylierte und pro- poxylierte Alkohole oder Fettalkohole wie auch nichtionische Tenside vom Typ der Aminoxide und der Fettsäurealkanolamide.
Niotenside aus der Gruppe der alkoxylierten Alkohole, besonders bevorzugt aus der Gruppe der gemischt alkoxylierten Alkohole und insbesondere aus der Gruppe der EO-AO-EO-Niotenside, werden ebenfalls mit besonderem Vorzug eingesetzt.
Das bei Raumtemperatur feste Niotensid besitzt vorzugsweise Propylenoxideinheiten im Molekül. Vorzugsweise machen solche PO-Einheiten bis zu 25 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt bis zu 20 Gew.-% und insbesondere bis zu 15 Gew.-% der gesamten Molmasse des nichtionischen Tensids aus. Besonders bevorzugte nichtionische Tenside sind ethoxylierte Monohydroxyalkanole oder Al- kylphenole, die zusätzlich Polyoxyethylen-Polyoxypropylen Blockcopolymereinheiten aufweisen. Der Alkohol- bzw. Alkylphenolteil solcher Niotensidmoleküle macht dabei vorzugsweise mehr als 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt mehr als 50 Gew.-% und insbesondere mehr als 70 Gew.-% der gesamten Molmasse solcher Niotenside aus. Bevorzugte Mittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ethoxylierte und propoxylierte Niotenside enthalten, bei denen die Propylenoxideinheiten im Molekül bis zu 25 Gew.-%, bevorzugt bis zu 20 Gew.-% und insbesondere bis zu 15 Gew.-% der gesamten Molmasse des nichtionischen Tensids ausmachen.
Bevorzugt einzusetzende Tenside stammen aus den Gruppen der alkoxylierten Niotenside, insbesondere der ethoxylierten primären Alkohole und Mischungen dieser Tenside mit strukturell komplizierter aufgebauten Tensiden wie Polyoxypropylen/Polyoxyethylen/Polyoxypropylen
((PO/EO/PO)-Tenside). Solche (PO/EO/PO)-Niotenside zeichnen sich darüber hinaus durch gute Schaumkontrolle aus.
Weitere besonders bevorzugt einzusetzende Niotenside mit Schmelzpunkten oberhalb Raumtemperatur enthalten 40 bis 70% eines Polyoxypropylen/Polyoxyethylen/Polyoxypropylen-
Blockpolymerblends, der 75 Gew.-% eines umgekehrten Block-Copolymers von Polyoxyethylen und Polyoxypropylen mit 17 Mol Ethylenoxid und 44 Mol Propylenoxid und 25 Gew.-% eines Block- Copolymers von Polyoxyethylen und Polyoxypropylen, initiiert mit Trimethylolpropan und enthaltend 24 Mol Ethylenoxid und 99 Mol Propylenoxid pro Mol Trimethylolpropan, enthält.
Als besonders bevorzugte Niotenside haben sich im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung schwachschäumende Niotenside erwiesen, welche alternierende Ethylenoxid- und Alkylenoxidein- heiten aufweisen. Unter diesen sind wiederum Tenside mit EO-AO-EO-AO-Blöcken bevorzugt, wobei jeweils eine bis zehn EO- bzw. AO-Gruppen aneinander gebunden sind, bevor ein Block aus den jeweils anderen Gruppen folgt. Hier sind nichionische Tenside der allgemeinen Formel

R2 R3 bevorzugt, in der R für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten C6-24-Alkyl- oder -Alkenylrest steht; jede Gruppe R2 bzw. R3 unabhängig voneinander ausgewählt ist aus -CH3, -CH2CH3, -CH2CH2-CH3, CH(CH3)2 und die Indizes w, x, y, z unabhängig voneinander für ganze Zahlen von 1 bis 6 stehen.
Die bevorzugten Niotenside der vorstehenden Formel lassen sich durch bekannte Methoden aus den entsprechenden Alkoholen R -OH und Ethylen- bzw. Alkylenoxid herstellen. Der Rest R in der vorstehenden Formel kann je nach Herkunft des Alkohols variieren. Werden native Quellen genutzt, weist der Rest R eine gerade Anzahl von Kohlenstoffatomen auf und ist in der Regel unverzweigt, wobei die linearen Reste aus Alkoholen nativen Ursprungs mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, z.B. aus Ko- kos-, Palm-, Talgfett- oder Oleylalkohol, bevorzugt sind. Aus synthetischen Quellen zugängliche Alkohole sind beispielsweise die Guerbetalkohole oder in 2-Stellung methylverzweigte bzw. lineare und methylverzweigte Reste im Gemisch, so wie sie üblicherweise in Oxoalkoholresten vorliegen. Unabhängig von der Art des zur Herstellung der in den Mitteln enthaltenen Niotenside eingesetzten Alkohols sind Niotenside bevorzugt, bei denen R in der vorstehenden Formel für einen Alkylrest mit 6 bis 24, vorzugsweise 8 bis 20, besonders bevorzugt 9 bis 15 und insbesondere 9 bis 1 1 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
Zusammenfassend sind insbesondere nichtionische Tenside bevorzugt, die einen C9.i5-Alkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Ethylenoxideinheiten, gefolgt von 1 bis 4 Propylenoxideinheiten, gefolgt von 1 bis 4 E- thylenoxideinheiten, gefolgt von1 bis 4 Propylenoxideinheiten aufweisen. Diese Tenside weisen in wässriger Lösung die erforderliche niedrige Viskosität auf und sind erfindungsgemäß mit besonderem Vorzug einsetzbar.
Tenside der allgemeinen Formel
R -CH(OH)CH20-(AO)w-(A'0)x-(A"0)y-(A"O)z-R2 , in der
R und R2 unabhängig voneinander für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten C2-4o-Alkyl- oder -Alkenylrest steht; A, A, A" und A'" unabhängig voneinander für einen Rest aus der Gruppe -CH2CH2, -CH2CH2-CH2, -CH2-CH(CH3), -CH2-CH2- CH2-CH2, -CH2-CH(CH3)-CH2-, -CH2-CH(CH2-CH3) steht; und w, x, y und z für Werte zwischen 0,5 und 90 stehen, wobei x, y und/oder z auch 0 sein können sind erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Bevorzugt werden insbesondere solche endgruppenverschlossene poly(oxyalkylierten) Niotenside, die gemäß der Formel
R 0[CH2CH20]xCH2CH(OH)R2 neben einem Rest R , welcher für lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte, aliphatische oder aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 2 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, weiterhin einen linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten, aliphatischen oder aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest R2 mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisen, wobei x für Werte zwischen 1 und 90, vorzugsweise für Werte zwischen 40 und 80 und insbesondere für Werte zwischen 40 und 60 steht.
Besonders bevorzugt sind Tenside der Formel R 0[CH2CH(CH3)0]x[CH2CH20]yCH2CH(OH)R2 , in der R für einen linearen oder verzweigten aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 4 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Mischungen hieraus steht, R2 einen linearen oder verzweigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 2 bis 26 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Mischungen hieraus bezeichnet und x für Werte zwischen 0,5 und 1 ,5 sowie y für einen Wert von mindestens 15 steht.
Besonders bevorzugt werden weiterhin solche endgruppenverschlossene poly(oxyalkylierten) Niotenside der Formel
R 0[CH2CH20]x[CH2CH(R3)0]yCH2CH(OH)R2
in der R und R2 unabhängig voneinander für einen linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 2 bis 26 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, R3 unabhängig voneinander ausgewählt ist aus -CH3, -CH2CH3, -CH2CH2-CH3, CH(CH3)2, vorzugsweise jedoch für -CH3 steht, und x und y unabhängig voneinander für Werte zwischen 1 und 32 stehen, wobei Niotenside mit R3 = -CH3 und Werten für x von 15 bis 32 und y von 0,5 und 1 ,5 ganz besonders bevorzugt sind.
Weitere bevorzugt einsetzbare Niotenside sind die endgruppenverschlossenen poly(oxyalkylierten) Niotenside der Formel
R 0[CH2CH(R3)0]x[CH2]kCH(OH)[CH2]jOR2 , in der R und R2 für lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte, aliphatische oder aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen, R3 für H oder einen Methyl-, Ethyl-, n-Propyl-, iso-Propyl, n-Butyl-, 2-Butyl- oder 2-Methyl-2-Butylrest steht, x für Werte zwischen 1 und 30, k und j für Werte zwischen 1 und 12, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 5 stehen. Wenn der Wert x > 2 ist, kann jedes R3 in der obenstehenden Formel
R 0[CH2CH(R3)0]x[CH2]kCH(OH)[CH2]jOR2 unterschiedlich sein. R und R2 sind vorzugsweise lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte, aliphatische oder aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei Reste mit 8 bis 18 C-Atomen besonders bevorzugt sind. Für den Rest R3 sind H, -CH3 oder -CH2CH3 besonders bevorzugt. Besonders bevorzugte Werte für x liegen im Bereich von 1 bis 20, insbesondere von 6 bis 15.
Wie vorstehend beschrieben, kann jedes R3 in der obenstehenden Formel unterschiedlich sein, falls x > 2 ist. Hierdurch kann die Alkylenoxideinheit in der eckigen Klammer variiert werden. Steht x beispielsweise für 3, kann der Rest R3 ausgewählt werden, um Ethylenoxid- (R3 = H) oder Propy- lenoxid- (R3 = CH3) Einheiten zu bilden, die in jedweder Reihenfolge aneinandergefügt sein können, beispielsweise (EO)(PO)(EO), (EO)(EO)(PO), (EO)(EO)(EO), (PO)(EO)(PO), (PO)(PO)(EO) und (PO)(PO)(PO). Der Wert 3 für x ist hierbei beispielhaft gewählt worden und kann durchaus größer sein, wobei die Variationsbreite mit steigenden x-Werten zunimmt und beispielsweise eine große Anzahl (EO)-Gruppen, kombiniert mit einer geringen Anzahl (PO)-Gruppen einschließt, oder umgekehrt.
Besonders bevorzugte endgruppenverschlossene poly(oxyalkylierte) Alkohole der obenstehenden Formel weisen Werte von k = 1 und j = 1 auf, so dass sich die vorstehende Formel zu
R 0[CH2CH(R3)0]xCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2
vereinfacht. In der letztgenannten Formel sind R , R2 und R3 wie oben definiert und x steht für Zahlen von 1 bis 30, vorzugsweise von 1 bis 20 und insbesondere von 6 bis 18. Besonders bevorzugt sind Tenside, bei denen die Reste R und R2 9 bis 14 C-Atome aufweisen, R3 für H steht und x Werte von 6 bis 15 annimmt.
Die angegebenen C-Kettenlängen sowie Ethoxylierungsgrade bzw. Alkoxylierungsgrade der vorgenannten Niotenside stellen statistische Mittelwerte dar, die für ein spezielles Produkt eine ganze oder eine gebrochene Zahl sein können. Aufgrund der Herste II verfahren bestehen Handelsprodukte der genannten Formeln zumeist nicht aus einem individuellen Vertreter, sondern aus Gemischen, wodurch sich sowohl für die C-Kettenlängen als auch für die Ethoxylierungsgrade bzw. Alkoxylierungsgrade Mittelwerte und daraus folgend gebrochene Zahlen ergeben können.
Selbstverständlich können die vorgenannten nichtionischen Tenside nicht nur als Einzelsubstanzen, sondern auch als Tensidgemische aus zwei, drei, vier oder mehr Tensiden eingesetzt werden. Als Tensidgemische werden dabei nicht Mischungen nichtionischer Tenside bezeichnet, die in ihrer Gesamtheit unter eine der oben genannten allgemeinen Formeln fallen, sondern vielmehr solche Mischungen, die zwei, drei, vier oder mehr nichtionische Tenside enthalten, die durch unterschiedliche der vorgenannten allgemeinen Formeln beschrieben werden können.
Kombinationsprodukte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel A weiterhin 0,2 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,4 bis 7 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,6 bis 4 Gew.-% nichtionische Tenside enthält, werden erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
An Stelle der genannten Tenside oder in Verbindung mit ihnen können auch kationische und/oder amphotere Tenside eingesetzt werden.
Zur Gruppe der Polymere zählen insbesondere die wasch- oder reinigungsaktiven Polymere, beispielsweise die Klarspülpolymere und/oder als Enthärter wirksame Polymere. Generell sind in Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln neben nichtionischen Polymeren auch kationische, anionische und amphotere Polymere einsetzbar.
„Amphotere Polymere" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung weisen neben einer positiv geladenen Gruppe in der Polymerkette weiterhin auch negativ geladenen Gruppen bzw. Monomereinheiten auf. Bei diesen Gruppen kann es sich beispielsweise um Carbonsäuren, Sulfonsäuren oder Phosphonsäuren handeln.
Bevorzugte Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, insbesondere bevorzugte maschinelle Geschirrspülmittel, sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Polymer a) enthalten, welches Monomereinheiten
der Formel R R2C=CR3R4 aufweist, in der jeder Rest R , R2, R3, R4 unabhängig voneinander ausgewählt ist aus Wasserstoff, derivatisierter Hydroxygruppe, Ci.30 linearen oder verzweigten Al- kylgruppen, Aryl, Aryl substitutierten Ci.30 linearen oder verzweigten Alkylgruppen, polyalkoyxylierte Alkylgruppen, heteroatomaren organischen Gruppen mit mindestens einer positiven Ladung ohne geladenen Stickstoff, mindestens ein quaterniertes N-Atom oder mindestens eine Aminogruppe mit einer positiven Ladung im Teilbereich des pH-Bereichs von 2 bis 1 1 , oder Salze hiervon, mit der Maßgabe, dass mindestens ein Rest R , R2, R3, R4 eine heteroatomare organische Gruppe mit mindestens einer positiven Ladung ohne geladenen Stickstoff, mindestens ein quaterniertes N- Atom oder mindestens eine Aminogruppe mit einer positiven Ladung ist.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Anmeldung besonders bevorzugte kationische oder amphotere Polymere enthalten als Monomereinheit eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel
bei der R und R4 unabhängig voneinander für H oder einen linearen oder verzweigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht; R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander für eine Alkyl-, Hydroxyalkyl-, oder Aminoalkylgruppe stehen, in denen der Alkylrest linear oder verzweigt ist und zwischen 1 und 6 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweist, wobei es sich vorzugsweise um eine Methylgruppe handelt; x und y unabhängig voneinander für ganze Zahlen zwischen 1 und 3 stehen. X repräsentiert ein Gegenion, vorzugsweise ein Gegenion aus der Gruppe Chlorid, Bromid, lodid, Sulfat, Hydrogensulfat, Methosulfat, Laurylsulfat, Dodecylbenzolsulfonat, p-Toluolsulfonat (Tosylat), Cu- molsulfonat, Xylolsulfonat, Phosphat, Citrat, Formiat, Acetat oder deren Mischungen.
Bevorzugte Reste R und R4 in der vorstehenden Formel sind ausgewählt aus -CH3, -CH2-CH3, - CH2-CH2-CH3, -CH(CH3)-CH3, -CH2-OH, -CH2-CH2-OH, -CH(OH)-CH3, -CH2-CH2-CH2-OH, -CH2- CH(OH)-CH3, -CH(OH)-CH2-CH3, und -(CH2CH2-0)nH.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt werden Polymere, welche eine kationische Monomereinheit der vorstehenden allgemeinen Formel aufweisen, bei der R und R4 für H stehen, R2 und R3 für Methyl stehen und x und y jeweils 1 sind. Die entsprechenden Monomereinheit der Formel

Ganz besonders bevorzugt werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Anmeldung Polymere, welche eine kationsche Monomereinheit der vorstehenden allgemeinen Formel aufweisen, bei der R für H und R2, R3, R4 und R5 für Methyl stehen und x für 3 steht. Die entsprechenden Monomereinheiten der Formel

X" werden im Falle von X = Chlorid auch als MAPTAC (Methyacrylamidopropyl-trimethylammonium- Chlorid) bezeichnet.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt werden Polymere eingesetzt, die als Monomereinheiten Diallyldi- methylammoniumsalze und/oder Acrylamidopropyltrimethylammoniumsalze enthalten.
Die zuvor erwähnten amphoteren Polymere weisen nicht nur kationische Gruppen, sondern auch anionische Gruppen bzw. Monomereinheiten auf. Derartige anionischen Monomereinheiten stammen beispielsweise aus der Gruppe der linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Carboxylate, der linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Phosphonate, der linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Sulfate oder der linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Sulfonate. Bevorzugte Monomereinheiten sind die Acrylsäure, die (Meth)acrylsäure, die (Dimethyl)acrylsäure, die (Ethyl)acrylsäure, die Cyanoacrylsäure, die Viny- lessingsäure, die Allylessigsäure, die Crotonsäure, die Maleinsäure, die Fumarsäure, die Zimtsäure
und ihre Derivate, die Allylsulfonsäuren, wie beispielsweise Allyloxybenzolsulfonsäure und Methal- lylsulfonsäure oder die Allylphosphonsäuren.
Bevorzugte einsetzbare amphotere Polymere stammen aus der Gruppe der Alkylacryla- mid/Acrylsäure-Copolymere, der Alkylacrylamid/Methacrylsäure-Copolymere, der Alkylacryla- mid/Methylmethacrylsäure-Copolymere, der Alkylacrylamid/Acrylsäure/Alkyl- aminoalkyl(meth)acrylsäure-Copolymere, der Alkylacryla- mid/Methacrylsäure/Alkylaminoalkyl(meth)-acrylsäure-Copolymere, der Alkylacryla- mid/Methylmethacrylsäure/Alkylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylsäure-Copolymere, der Alkylacryl- amid/Alkymethacrylat/Alkylaminoethylmethacrylat/Alkylmethacrylat-Copolymere sowie der Copo- lymere aus ungesättigten Carbonsäuren, kationisch derivatisierten ungesättigten Carbonsäuren und gegebenenfalls weiteren ionischen oder nichtionogenen Monomeren.
Bevorzugt einsetzbare zwitterionische Polymere stammen aus der Gruppe der Acrylamidoalkyltri- alkylammoniumchlorid/Acrylsäure-Copolymere sowie deren Alkali- und Ammoniumsalze, der Acry- lamidoalkyltrialkylammoniumchlorid/Methacrylsäure-Copolymere sowie deren Alkali- und Ammoniumsalze und der Methacroylethylbetain/Methacrylat-Copolymere.
Bevorzugt werden weiterhin amphotere Polymere, welche neben einem oder mehreren anionischen Monomeren als kationische Monomere Methacrylamidoalkyl-trialkylammoniumchlorid und Dimethyl(diallyl)ammoniumchlorid umfassen.
Besonders bevorzugte amphotere Polymere stammen aus der Gruppe der Methacrylamidoalkyl- trialkylammoniumchlorid/Dimethyl(diallyl)ammoniumchlorid/Acrylsäure-Copolymere, der Methacryl- amidoalkyltrialkylammoniumchlorid/Dimethyl(diallyl)ammoniumchlorid/Methacrylsäure-Copolymere und der Methacrylamidoalkyltrialkylammoniumchlorid/Dimethyl(diallyl)ammoniumchlorid/Alkyl- (meth)acrylsäure-Copolymere sowie deren Alkali- und Ammoniumsalze.
Insbesondere bevorzugt werden amphotere Polymere aus der Gruppe der Methacrylamidopro- pyltrimethylammoniumchlorid/Dimethyl(diallyl)ammoniumchlorid/Acrylsäure-Copolymere, der Me- thacrylamidopropyltrimethylammoniumchlorid/Dimethyl(diallyl)ammonium-chlorid/Acrylsäure- Copolymere und der Methacrylamidopropyltrimethylammonium- chlorid/Dimethyl(diallyl)ammoniumchlorid/Alkyl(meth)acrylsäure-Copolymere sowie deren Alkali- und Ammoniumsalze.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung liegen die Polymere in vorkonfektionierter Form vor. Zur Konfektionierung der Polymere eignet sich dabei u.a.
die Verkapselung der Polymere mittels wasserlöslicher oder wasserdispergierbarer Be- schichtungsmittel, vorzugsweise mittels wasserlöslicher oder wasserdispergierbarer natürlicher oder synthetischer Polymere;
die Verkapselung der Polymere mittels wasserunlöslicher, schmelzbarer Beschichtungs- mittel, vorzugsweise mittels wasserunlöslicher Beschichtungsmittel aus der Gruppe der Wachse oder Paraffine mit einem Schmelzpunkt oberhalb 30°C;
die Cogranulation der Polymere mit inerten Trägermaterialien, vorzugsweise mit Trägermaterialien aus der Gruppe der wasch- oder reinigungsaktiven Substanzen, besonders bevorzugt aus der Gruppe der Builder (Gerüststoffe) oder Cobuilder.
Bevorzugte Kombinationsprodukte enthalten die vorgenannten kationischen und/oder amphoteren Polymere vorzugsweise in Mengen zwischen 0,01 und 8 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Kombinationsprodukts. Bevorzugt werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Anmeldung jedoch solche Kombinationsprodukte, bei denen der Gewichtsanteil der kationischen und/oder amphoteren Polymere zwischen 0,01 und 6 Gew.-%, bevorzugt zwischen 0,01 und 4 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 0,01 und 2 Gew.-% und insbesondere zwischen 0,01 und 1 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Kombinationsprodukts, beträgt.
Als Enthärter wirksame Polymere sind beispielsweise die Sulfonsäuregruppen-haltigen Polymere, welche mit besonderem Vorzug eingesetzt werden.
Besonders bevorzugt als Sulfonsäuregruppen-haltige Polymere einsetzbar sind Copolymere aus ungesättigten Carbonsäuren, Sulfonsäuregruppen-haltigen Monomeren und gegebenenfalls weiteren ionogenen oder nichtionogenen Monomeren.
Bei den Sulfonsäuregruppen-haltigen Monomeren sind solche der Formel R5(R6)C=C(R7)-X-S03H bevorzugt, in der R5 bis R7 unabhängig voneinander für -H, -CH3, einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten gesättigten Alkylrest mit 2 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, ein- oder mehrfach ungesättigten Alkenylrest mit 2 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, mit -NH2, -OH oder -COOH substituierte Alkyl- oder Alkenylreste oder für -COOH oder -COOR4 steht, wobei R4 ein gesättigter oder ungesättigter, geradkettigter oder verzweigter Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, und X für eine optional vorhandene Spacergruppe steht, die ausgewählt ist aus -(CH2)n- mit n = 0 bis 4, -COO-(CH2)k- mit k = 1 bis 6, -C(0)-NH-C(CH3)2- und -C(0)-NH- CH(CH2CH3)-.
Unter diesen Monomeren bevorzugt sind solche der Formeln

H03S-X-(R6)C=C(R7)-X-S03H in denen R6 und R7 unabhängig voneinander ausgewählt sind aus -H, -CH3, -
CH2CH3, -CH2CH2CI-I3, -CH(CH3)2 und X für eine optional vorhandene Spacergruppe steht, die ausgewählt ist aus -(CH2)n- mit n = 0 bis 4, -COO-(CH2)k- mit k = 1 bis 6, -C(0)-NH-C(CH3)2- und -
C(0)-NH-CH(CH2CH3)-.
Besonders bevorzugte Sulfonsäuregruppen-haltige Monomere sind dabei 1-Acrylamido-1- propansulfonsäure, 2-Acrylamido-2-propansulfonsäure, 2-Acrylamido-2-methyl-1 - propansulfonsäure, 2-Methacrylamido-2-methyl-1-propansulfonsäure, 3-Methacrylamido-2- hydroxy-propansulfonsäure, Allylsulfonsäure, Methallylsulfonsäure, Allyloxybenzolsulfonsäure, Me- thallyloxybenzolsulfonsäure, 2-Hydroxy-3-(2-propenyloxy)propansulfonsäure, 2-Methyl-2-propen1- sulfonsäure, Styrolsulfonsäure, Vinylsulfonsäure, 3-Sulfopropylacrylat, 3-Sulfopropylmethacrylat, Sulfomethacrylamid, Sulfomethylmethacrylamid sowie wasserlösliche Salze der genannten Säuren.
Als weitere ionogene oder nichtionogene Monomere kommen insbesondere ethylenisch ungesättigte Verbindungen in Betracht. Vorzugsweise beträgt der Gehalt der eingesetzten Polymere an diesen weiteren ionogene oder nichtionogenen Monomeren weniger als 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Polymer. Besonders bevorzugt zu verwendende Polymere bestehen lediglich aus Monomeren der Formel R (R2)C=C(R3)COOH und Monomeren der Formel R5(R6)C=C(R7)-X-S03H.
In den Polymeren können die Sulfonsäuregruppen ganz oder teilweise in neutralisierter Form vorliegen, d.h. dass das acide Wasserstoffatom der Sulfonsäuregruppe in einigen oder allen Sulfonsäuregruppen gegen Metallionen, vorzugsweise Alkalimetallionen und insbesondere gegen Natriumionen, ausgetauscht sein kann. Der Einsatz von teil- oder vollneutralisierten sulfonsäuregrup- penhaltigen Copolymeren ist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Die Molmasse der erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt eingesetzten Sulfo-Copolymere kann variiert werden, um die Eigenschaften der Polymere dem gewünschten Verwendungszweck anzupassen. Bevorzugte Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Copolymere Molmassen von 2000 bis 200.000 gmol 1 , vorzugsweise von 4000 bis 25.000 gmol 1 und insbesondere von 5000 bis 15.000 gmol"1 aufweisen.
Kombinationsprodukte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungsmittel A und/oder das Reinigungsmittel B weiterhin bezogen aus das Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungsmittels A bzw. B 0,01 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,02 bis 12 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,1 bis 8 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer wasch- oder reinigungsaktiver Polymere enthält, werden erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Glaskorrosionsinhibitoren verhindern das Auftreten von Trübungen, Schlieren und Kratzern aber auch das Irisieren der Glasoberfläche von maschinell gereinigten Gläsern. Bevorzugte Glaskorrosionsinhibitoren stammen aus der Gruppe der Magnesium- und/oder Zinksalze und/oder Magnesium- und/oder Zinkkomplexe.
Als Parfümöle bzw. Duftstoffe können im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung einzelne Riechstoffverbindungen, z.B. die synthetischen Produkte vom Typ der Ester, Ether, Aldehyde, Ketone, Alkohole und Kohlenwasserstoffe verwendet werden. Bevorzugt werden jedoch Mischungen verschiedener Riechstoffe verwendet, die gemeinsam eine ansprechende Duftnote erzeugen. Solche Parfümöle können auch natürliche Riechstoffgemische enthalten, wie sie aus pflanzlichen Quellen zugänglich sind, z.B. Pine-, Citrus-, Jasmin-, Patchouly-, Rosen- oder Ylang-Ylang-Öl.
Hinsichtlich ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit und Lagerstabilität haben sich eine Reihe von Kombinationsprodukten als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen:

Hinsichtlich ihrer Abfüllbarkeit und Dosierbarkeit haben sich solche Kombinationsprodukte als vorteilhaft erwiesen, bei denen mindestens eines der Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel A oder B eine Viskosität von mehr als 10000 mPas, vorzugsweise mehr als 50000 mPas und insbesondere mehr als 100000 mPas aufweist. Kombinationsprodukte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Viskosität (Brookfield-Viskosimeter LVT-II bei 20 U/min und 20°C, Spindel 3) mindestens einer der Waschoder Reinigungsmittel A oder B zwischen 200 und 10000 mPas, vorzugsweise zwischen 500 und 7000 mPas und insbesondere zwischen 1000 und 4000 mPas beträgt, werden erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Die Viskosität (Brookfield-Viskosimeter LVT-II bei 20 U/min und 20°C, Spindel 3) besonders bevorzugter Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel liegt oberhalb 500 mPas, vorzugsweise oberhalb 1000 mPas und insbesondere oberhalb 2000 mPas.
Um die gewünschte Viskosität der erfindungsgemäßen Wasch- und Reinigungsmittelform (Löslichkeit, Wasch- und Reinigungsleistung, Stabilität des Gels) zu erreichen, können den Mitteln Verdickungsmittel bekannter Art zugegeben werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Kombinationsprodukte umfassen neben den beiden flüssigen Reinigungsmitteln A und B weiterhin ein Verpackungsmittel. In diesem Verpackungsmittel liegen die beiden Reinigungsmittel A und B voneinander getrennt vor, das heißt, sie bilden keine gemeinsame Phasengrenze aus, sondern befinden sich vielmehr in voneinander getrennten Bereichen des
Verpackungsmittels.
Als ein solches Verpackungsmittel ist beispielsweise ein wasserunlöslicher Zwei- oder Mehrkammerbehälter geeignet. Ein solcher Zwei- oder Mehrkammerbehälter weist typischerweise ein Gesamtvolumen zwischen 100 und 5000 ml, vorzugsweise zwischen 200 und 2000 ml aufweisen. Das Volumen der einzelnen Kammern beträgt vorzugsweise zwischen 50 und 2000 ml, bevorzugt zwischen 100 und 1000 ml. Bevorzugte Zwei- oder Mehrkammerbehälter weisen eine Flaschenform auf.
Zur Dosierung der flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel verfügt der Zwei- oder Mehrkammerbehälter vorzugsweise über mindestens einen Ausguß, der beispielsweise in Form eines gemeinsamen Ausgusses für alle in der Flasche enthaltenen Mittel ausgestaltet sein kann. Bevorzugt werden jedoch solche Zwei- oder Mehrkammerbehälter, bei denen jede der Aufnahmekammern des Behälters über einen eigenen Ausguß verfügt. Durch eine solche Ausgestaltung wird beispielsweise eine Kontamination einzelner Kammern durch Inhaltsstoffe aus einer anderen Kammer vermieden.
In einer alternativen Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei dem Verpackungsmittel um einen wasserlöslichen Zwei- oder Mehrkammerbehälter, beispielsweise einen wasserlöslichen Beutel mit zwei oder mehr voneinander getrennten Aufnahmekammern.
Die Tiefziehkörper können zwei, drei oder mehr Aufnahmekammern aufweisen. Diese Aufnahmekammern können in dem Tiefziehteil nebeneinander und/oder übereinander und/oder ineinander angeordnet sein.
Als Verpackungsmaterialien für die wasserlöslichen Behälter eignen sich insbesondere wasserlösliche Polymere wie beispielsweise Celluloseether, Pektine, Polyethylenglycole, Polyvinylalkohole, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Alginate, Gelatine oder Stärke.
Die Dosierung der beiden flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel A und B kann beispielsweise in die Dosierkammer in der Tür oder einen zusätzlichen Dosierbehälter im Innenraum der Geschirrspülmaschine oder direkt auf das verschmutzte Geschirr erfolgen. Alternativ können die beiden Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel auch auf eine der Innenwände der Geschirrspülmaschine, beispielsweise die Innenseite der Tür, dosiert werden.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur maschinellen Reinigung von Geschirr in einer Geschirrspülmaschine dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Verlauf eines Reinigungsprogramms, welches einen Vorspülgang und einen Reinigungsgang umfasst, in
diesem Reinigungsgang an zwei aufeinander folgenden Zeitpunkten t1 und t2 zwei flüssige Reinigungsmittel A und B der Zusammensetzung:
A: - 10 bis 75 Gew.-% Gerüststoff(e);
- 0, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Enzym(e);
- 24,9 bis 89,9 Gew.-% Lösungsmittel; und
B: - 10 bis 74,9 Gew.% Gerüststoff(e);

in den Innenraum der Geschirrspülmaschine eindosiert werden, wobei das flüssige Reinigungsmittel A einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 6 und 9 aufweist und zum Zeitpunkt t1 eindosiert wird, während das flüssige Reinigungsmittel B einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 9 und 14 aufweist und zum Zeitpunkt t2 eindosiert wird und wobei mindestens eines der Reinigungsmittel A oder B ein Polymer enthält, das folgende Monomere umfasst:

R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander für Ci_6-Alkyl, Hydroxy-Ci_6-alkyl oder Amino-
C-i-6-alkyl stehen;
x und y unabhängig voneinander für einen Wert von 1 bis 3 stehen; X" für ein Gegenion steht;
b) mindestens ein hydrophiles Monomer, das mindestens eine Säure-Gruppe trägt; c) mindestens ein hydrophiles nichtionisches Monomer.
Die Durchführung dieses erfindungsgemäß bevorzugten Verfahrens erfolgt im Innenraum einer handelsüblichen Geschirrspülmaschine. Das Reinigungsprogramm kann bei einer Geschirrspülmaschine in der Regel vor Durchführung des Geschirrspülverfahrens durch den Verbraucher gewählt und festgelegt werden. Das in diesem erfindungsgemäß bevorzugten Verfahren eingesetzte Reinigungsprogramm der Geschirrspülmaschine umfasst dabei mindestens einen Vorspülgang und einen Reinigungsgang. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt werden Reinigungsprogramme, die weitere Reinigungs- oder Spülgänge, beispielsweise einen Klarspülgang umfassen. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist also nicht auf solche Reinigungsprogramme beschränkt, die ausschließlich aus einem Vorspülgang und einem Reinigungsgang bestehen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist mit besonderem Vorzug Bestandteil eines Reinigungsprogramms, umfassend einen Vorspülgang, einen Reinigungsgang sowie einen Klarspülgang. Die Reinigungsprogramme von automatischen Geschirrspülmaschinen können sich hinsichtlich ihrer
Dauer, ihres Wasserverbrauchs und der Temperatur der Reinigungsflotte unterscheiden. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird bevorzugt in Verbindung mit solchen Reinigungsprogrammen eingesetzt, bei denen die Waschflotte im Verlauf des Reinigungsgangs erwärmt wird.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ist der Reinigungsgang, in dessen Verlauf die Reinigungsmittel A und B in den Innenraum der Geschirrspülmaschine eindosiert werden dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in seinem Verlauf die Temperatur der Reinigungsflotte auf werte oberhalb 30°C, vorzugsweise oberhalb 40°C und insbesondere oberhalb 50°C ansteigt.
Die Temperatur der Waschflotte zum Zeitpunkt t1 beträgt in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform zwischen 12 und 45°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 15 und 40°C und insbesondere zwischen 20 und 35°C, während die Temperatur der Waschflotte zum Zeitpunkt t2 bevorzugt zwischen 30 und 65°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 35 und 60°C und insbesondere zwischen 40 und 55°C beträgt.
Zum Zeitpunkt der Dosierung der Reinigungsmittel A und B kann die Waschflotte die gleichen oder unterschiedliche Temperaturen aufweisen. Bevorzugt ist die Temperatur der Waschflotte zum Zeitpunkt t1 von der Temperatur der Waschflotte zum Zeitpunkt t2 verschieden, wobei die Temperatur zum Zeitpunkt t1 oberhalb oder unterhalb der Temperatur zum Zeitpunkt t2 liegen kann. Besonders vorteilhafte Reinigungsergebnisse konnten in erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erzielt werden, bei denen die Temperatur der Waschflotte zum Zeitpunkt t1 unterhalb der Temperatur der Waschflotte zum Zeitpunkt t2 lag. Entsprechende Verfahren werden daher bevorzugt.
Zur Optimierung der Reinigungsleistung in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens liegt die Temperatur der Waschflotte zum Zeitpunkt t2 vorzugsweise mindestens 5°C, bevorzugt mindestens 10°C und insbesondere zwischen 10 und 40°C, ganz besonders jedoch zwischen 10 und 20°C oberhalb der Temperatur der Waschflotte zum Zeitpunkt t1.
Die Dosierung der beiden flüssigen Reinigungsmittel A und B erfolgt im Verlauf des Reinigungsgangs an zwei aufeinander folgenden Zeitpunkten t1 und t2, wobei das Reinigungsmittel A zum Zeitpunkt t1 und das Reinigungsmittel B zum Zeitpunkt t2 eindosiert wird und der Zeitpunkt t1 zeitlich vor dem Zeitpunkt t2 liegt.
Der Zeitpunkt t1 liegt vorzugsweise innerhalb der ersten zehn Minuten nach Beginn des Reinigungsgangs, bevorzugt innerhalb der ersten acht Minuten nach Beginn des Reinigungsgangs und insbesondere innerhalb der ersten fünf Minuten nach Beginn des Reinigungsgangs.
Die zeitliche Differenz zwischen den Zeitpunkten t1 und t2 beträgt vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und
30 Minuten, bevorzugt zwischen 4 und 25 Minuten und insbesondere zwischen 6 und 20 Minuten.
Beispiele
Terpolymer A: Terpolymer aus Acrylamid, DADMAC und Acrylsäure im Mischungsverhältnis 75,6 : 20 : 4,4
Terpolymer B: Terpolymer aus Ν,Ν-Dimethylacrylamid, DADMAC und Acrylsäure im Mischungsverhältnis 75,6 : 20 : 4,4
Zu der alkalischen Phase eines handelsüblichen zweiphasigen flüssigen Geschirrspülreinigers, der eine alkalische und eine enzymhaltige Phase umfasst, wurden jeweils 0,19 Gew.-% (bezogen auf die Gesamtrezeptur) des Terpolymers A (Rezeptur II) bzw. des Terpolymers B (Rezeptur III) hinzugegeben und anschließend die Klarspülleistung untersucht. Vergleichsversuche wurden durchgeführt mit der Rezeptur ohne Terpolymer (Rezeptur I). Die Versuche wurden durchgeführt in einer Geschirrspülmaschine Miele 698 SC bei 50°C mit Wasser einer Härte von 21 °dH. Vor Beginn des Geschirrspülprogramms wurden jeweils 19,3 Gramm der beiden Phasen in die Dosierkammer der Geschirrspülmaschine dosiert.
Die Klarspülleistung wurde untersucht an Glas (Willybecher, Whiskeybecher); Porzellan (Dessertel- ler, schwarz; Frieslandteller); Plastik (Melaminteller; blaue Plastikteller) sowie an Edelstahl (Messer, Butterdose, Serviertablett). Es wurden insgesamt 3 Bestimmungen durchgeführt und anschließend der Mittelwert gebildet. Die schlechteste Note ist 0, die beste Note ist 10. Bestimmt wurde zum einen die Belagsbildung, zum anderen die Fleckenbildung.

Es ist zu erkennen, dass beide Terpolymere die Fleckenbildung auf Glas reduzieren, wobei das Terpolymer A höhere Wirksamkeit zeigt als das Terpolymer B. Weiterhin ist bei Verwendung des Terpolymers A auch noch eine deutlich geringere Fleckenbildung an Porzellan zu erkennen.
Tabelle 2: Belagsbildung
Hinsichtlich der Belagsbildung ist zu erkennen, dass bei Anwesenheit der Terpolymers A eine leichte Verschlechterung der Belagsbildung an Glas auftritt, während das Terpolymer B im Gegenteil an Glas eine Verbesserung der Belagsinhibierung an Glas bewirkt. Das Terpolymer B bewirkt auch eine Verbesserung der Belagsinhibierung an Porzellan.
Claims
1. Verwendung eines Polymers umfassend
a) mindestens ein Monomer gemäß Formel (I)
wobei
R-i und R4 unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder Ci_6-Alkyl stehen;
R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander für Ci_6-Alkyl, Hydroxy-Ci_6-alkyl oder Amino-
Ci_6-alkyl stehen;
x und y unabhängig voneinander für einen Wert von 1 bis 3 stehen; X" für ein Gegenion steht;
b) mindestens ein hydrophiles Monomer, das mindestens eine Säure-Gruppe trägt; c) mindestens ein hydrophiles nichtionisches Monomer;
als Klarspülmittel, insbesondere zur Verminderung der Belags- und/oder Fleckenbildung auf dem Geschirr.
2. Ausführungsform nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem
hydrophilen Monomer (b) um Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure handelt.
3. Ausführungsform nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem hydrophilen nichtionischem Monomer (c) um am Stickstoff-Atom gegebenenfalls ein- oder zweifach durch Ci_6-Alkyl substituiertes Acrylamid handelt, wobei in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform unsubstituiertes Acrylamid eingesetzt wird.
4. Ausführungsform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil des Monomers (a) am Polymer 10-30 %, vorzugsweise 15-25 %, bezogen auf die Gesamtzahl der Monomere, beträgt.
5. Ausführungsform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil des Monomers (b) am Polymer weniger als 15 %, vorzugsweise weniger als 10 %, insbesondere 3-6 %, bezogen auf die Gesamtzahl der Monomere, beträgt.
6. Ausführungsform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil des Monomers (c) am Polymer mindestens 50 %, vorzugsweise mindestens 65 %, insbesondere 75-85 %, bezogen auf die Gesamtzahl der Monomere, beträgt.
7. Maschinelles Geschirrspülverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in mindestens einem Verfahrensschritt ein Polymer umfassend
a) mindestens ein Monomer gemäß Formel (I)
wobei
R-i und R4 unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder Ci_6-Alkyl stehen;
R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander für Ci_6-Alkyl, Hydroxy-Ci_6-alkyl oder Amino-
Ci_6-alkyl stehen;
x und y unabhängig voneinander für einen Wert von 1 bis 3 stehen; X" für ein Gegenion steht;
b) mindestens ein hydrophiles Monomer, das mindestens eine Säure-Gruppe trägt; c) mindestens ein hydrophiles nichtionisches Monomer;
als Klarspülmittel, insbesondere zur Verminderung der Belags- und/oder Fleckenbildung, eingesetzt wird.
8. Maschinelles Geschirrspülverfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polymer in mindestens einem Reinigungsmittel eines Kombinationsprodukts eingesetzt wird, wobei das Kombinationsprodukt ein Verpackungsmittel und zwei in diesem Verpackungsmittel befindliche Reinigungsmittel A und B folgender Zusammensetzung umfasst:
A: - 10 bis 75 Gew.-% Gerüststoff(e);
- 0, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Enzym(e);
- 24,9 bis 89,9 Gew.-% Wasser; und
B: - 10 bis 75 Gew.% Gerüststoff(e);
- 25 bis 90 Gew.-% Wasser;
und wobei das flüssige Reinigungsmittel A einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 6 und 9 aufweist und das flüssige Reinigungsmittel B einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 9 und 14 aufweist.
9. Kombinationsprodukt, umfassend ein Verpackungsmittel und zwei in diesem Verpackungsmittel befindliche voneinander getrennte flüssige Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel A und B der Zusammensetzung
A: - 10 bis 75 Gew.-% Gerüststoff(e);
- 0, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Enzym(e);
- 24,9 bis 89,9 Gew.-% Wasser; und
B: - 10 bis 75 Gew.% Gerüststoff(e);
- 25 bis 90 Gew.-% Wasser; wobei das flüssige Reinigungsmittel A einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 6 und 9 aufweist und das flüssige Reinigungsmittel B einen pH-Wert (20°C) zwischen 9 und 14 aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Reinigungsmittel A und/oder B ein Polymer enthält, das folgende Monomere umfasst:
a) mindestens ein Monomer gemäß Formel (I)
R-i und R4 unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder Ci_6-Alkyl stehen;
R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander für Ci_6-Alkyl, Hydroxy-Ci_6-alkyl oder Amino-
C-i-6-alkyl stehen;
x und y unabhängig voneinander für einen Wert von 1 bis 3 stehen; X" für ein Gegenion steht;
b) mindestens ein hydrophiles Monomer, das mindestens eine Säure-Gruppe trägt; c) mindestens ein hydrophiles nichtionisches Monomer.
10. Verwendung eines Kombinationsprodukts nach Anspruch 9 als Reinigungs- und Klarspülmittel für harte Oberflächen, vorzugsweise zur Verminderung der Belags- und/oder Fleckenbildung auf Geschirr, insbesondere beim maschinellen Geschirrspülen.
