Claims (10)

  1. Verschlusselement (C), welches dazu gedacht ist, zwischen zwei Folien (F1, F2) eines Behälters für ein fluides Produkt (R) eingeschlossen zu sein, wobei das Element (C) folgendes aufweist:
    - einen Grundkörper (1), der eine Vorderseite (1 a), eine Rückseite (1b), einen Innenrand (1c) und einen Außenrand (1d) definiert, wobei der Körper (1) eine Ausgabeöffnung für fluides Produkt (11) bildet, welche von der Rückseite (1b) zur Vorderseite (1 a) durch den Körper hindurchgeht, wobei die Vorderseite (1a) und Rückseite (1b) jeweils für die beiden Folien (F1, F2) des Behälters (R) einen vorderen (14) und einen hinteren (15) Schweißbereich bilden, wobei die Vorderseite (1a) einen Auffangbereich für fluides Produkt (12) auf Höhe der Ausgabeöffnung (11) definiert und die Rückseite (1 b) einen Zufuhrkanal für fluides Produkt (10) definiert, welcher über seine Länge geöffnet ist und sich von der Ausgabeöffnung (11) bis zum Innenrand (1c) des Grundkörpers (1) erstreckt,
    - einen Verschlussdeckel (2) zum Verschließen der Ausgabeöffnung (11)
    des Grundkörpers (1) auf der Vorderseite (1 a),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Deckel (2) durch ein Gelenk (22) einstückig mit dem Außenrand (1d) verbunden ist,
    - der Körper (1) seitliche gegenüberliegende, sich verjüngende Kanten (1 e) definiert, an welchen der vordere (14) und der hintere (15) Schweißbereich aneinander angrenzen, und
    - die Vorderseite (1a) und die Rückseite (1b) derart ausgebaucht sind, dass sie eine maximale Dicke des Körpers definieren, an der die Ausgabeöffnung (11), der Zufuhrkanal (10) und ein Teil des Auffangbereichs (12) gebildet sind.
  2. Verschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, wobei der vordere (14) und der hintere (15) Schweißbereich jeweils den Auffangbereich (12) und den Zufuhrkanal (10) umgeben.
  3. Verschlusselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Auffangbereich (12) in Bezug auf den vorderen Schweißbereich (14) hohl ist.
  4. Verschlusselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Zufuhrkanal (10) in Bezug auf den hinteren Schweißbereich (15) hohl ist.
  5. Verschlusselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die maximale Dicke des Körpers (1) unter 5 mm beträgt.
  6. Verschlusselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Deckel (2) im Wesentlichen den gesamten Auffangbereich (12) bedeckt und vorteilhafterweise mit der Vorderseite (1a) in Verbindung steht.
  7. Verschlusselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorderseite (1 a) eine vorspringende Wulst (13) definiert, die den vorderen Schweißbereich (14) des Auffangbereichs (12) trennt, wobei die Wulst (13) vorteilhafterweise derart lokal unterbrochen ist, dass sie einen Zugang (13a) zum Ergreifen des Deckels (2) definiert.
  8. Verschlusselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Zufuhrkanal (10) eine Breite im Bereich von 2 bis 7 mm, vorteilhafterweise 4 bis 5 mm aufweist.
  9. Spender für ein fluides Produkt, aufweisend:
    - einen Behälter für fluides Produkt (R), aufweisend zwei flexible Folien (F1, F2), und
    - ein Verschlusselement (C) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die flexiblen Folien (F1, F2) jeweils an dem vorderen (14) und hinteren (15) Schweißbereich des Grundkörpers (1) des Verschlusselements (C) angeschweißt sind.
  10. Spender nach Anspruch 9, wobei sich eine der Folien (F2) derart auf dem Zufuhrkanal (10) erstreckt, dass sie eine Zufuhrleitung (10') bildet, die die Ausgabeöffnung (11) mit dem Innenrand (1 c) verbindet.
