Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a fluid dispenser assembly comprising a fluid dispenser and a casing for cooperating with the dispenser so as to fix the casing to the dispenser.
  • Fluid product means any liquid, pasty or even pulverulent substances or products which can be applied to an application surface or can be distributed in the atmosphere. In particular, this type of distribution unit is found in the field of pharmacy, cosmetics or even perfumery.
  • the document FR 2 784 361 discloses a product package comprising a deformable actuating wall dispenser wrapped in a casing for actuating the dispenser wall.
  • the dispenser of this document has a substantially flat configuration or thin. On one side, the dispenser is perfectly flat, while on the other side, it forms a convex dome defining the driving wall.
  • this actuating wall for example with the help of a finger of a hand, it is possible to reduce the internal volume of the reservoir of the dispenser and thus to expel a part of the fluid product which it contains as a mixture with a gas for example air. There is thus obtained at the outlet of the dispenser a spray mixture of fluid and air.
  • the covering extends at least on the distributor tank in the form of a flap which covers the actuating wall.
  • the cladding is in the form of a cylinder segment.
  • the flap that covers the actuating wall has a curved configuration, while the other part of the covering simply covers the flat rear face of the dispenser.
  • the covering is in contact and fixed to the distributor at the rear face and / or at the edges of the front face defining the actuating wall. This is a particular type of distribution set implementing a particular distributor and a specific adapted dressing. It is particularly suitable for a dispenser sample.
  • the present invention aims to define another type of distribution assembly also formed of a distributor and a covering.
  • the dressing is not enveloping in the holster or box, but rather surrounding so as to leave the dispenser at least partially visible.
  • Such a set is described in the document US Patent 5152397 .
  • Another purpose is to allow a quick and easy assembly of the covering on the dispenser, advantageously in a single operation.
  • another object of the invention is to facilitate the affixing of inscriptions.
  • the present invention provides a fluid dispenser assembly comprising a fluid dispenser, and a casing for cooperating with the dispenser to fix the casing to the dispenser, the casing comprising a dispensing zone.
  • hooking and the dispenser comprises receiving means for receiving the attachment zone, characterized in that the receiving means comprise at least one set of two opposite longitudinal grooves for receiving the fastening areas of the cladding.
  • the receiving means and the attachment zone extend in a fastening plane.
  • the distributor has a longitudinal axis which extends in said plane of attachment.
  • the dispenser has a generally cylindrical shape defining a longitudinal axis of symmetry extending in said attachment plane.
  • the covering is engaged by sliding in the grooves of the distributor.
  • the casing can be fixed in place in the grooves or on the contrary can be removed by sliding.
  • the covering comprises an at least partially flat housing defining substantially planar edges forming the attachment zone.
  • the attachment zone comprises two zone sections that face each other, delimiting between them a housing sector intended to cooperate with each other. with the receiving means of the distributor.
  • the attachment zone comprises two housing sectors. These two housing sectors can extend into a single common fastening plane.
  • the cladding forms a closed housing in the form of an inner cutout of the cladding, the dispenser being entirely surrounded by the cladding. This feature ensures a first-use security of the dispenser, the cap being blocked on the dispensing head by the part of the covering located above making it inaccessible.
  • the covering is flat and thin and made from a flat sheet.
  • the dispenser comprises a reservoir forming a body, the receiving means being formed by said body.
  • the dispenser may comprise a removable protective cap, the receiving means being formed by said cap.
  • the dispenser according to the invention may advantageously comprise a reservoir having side walls, a bottom and an opening, the side walls forming a set of two opposite longitudinal grooves which extends over at least a portion of the height of the walls between the bottom and the opening.

  • These grooves may each comprise a longitudinal access wall extending substantially perpendicularly to the attachment plane.
  • the grooves may be in the form of an angle defining a longitudinal fixing wall which extends substantially in the plane of attachment an access wall which extends substantially perpendicularly to the attachment plane.
  • This wall thus facilitates the assembly of the cladding on the dispenser which is fixed simply by pressing the cladding against the walls of the dispenser, the cladding then snapping into the grooves of the dispenser.
  • the cladding is likely to comprise two parts connected by a break line, the detachment of the upper part of the cladding thus making it possible to disengage the dispensing head in order to facilitate its actuation.
