Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de réglage de la couleur dans au moins un groupe d'encrage d'une imprimante offset, à savoir de réglage de la couleur zonale réglable par des éléments de positionnement de zones colorées et de préférence un rouleau ducteur et un rouleau preneur ou un rouleau à film du groupe d'encrage respectif, dans lequel, pour ce faire, des zones de mesure d'un support d'impression imprimé sont mesurées à l'aide d'une caméra et les valeurs réelles d'intensité de couleur alors déterminées sont comparées à des valeurs théoriques d'intensité de couleur pour, indépendamment de la comparaison, générer entre les valeurs réelles et les valeurs théoriques des signaux de positionnement pour les éléments de positionnement de zones colorées et, le cas échéant, le rouleau ducteur et le rouleau preneur ou le rouleau à film, caractérisé en ce que, pour compenser les effets de lumière dispersée, les valeurs réelles d'intensité de couleur déterminées lors de la mesure des zones de mesure sont corrigées en utilisant des données graphiques et en utilisant des données qui sont corrigées via l'optique de la caméra.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on mesure en tant que zones de mesure des éléments de contrôle d'impression d'un support d'impression imprimé qui sont imprimés en dehors du sujet proprement dit sur le support d'impression.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on mesure en tant que zones de mesure des segments du sujet proprement dit.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on détermine alors une correction indépendante de l'angle et une correction dépendante de l'angle qu'on utilise pour corriger les valeurs réelles d'intensité de couleur déterminées lors de la mesure des marques de registre de couleur.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, pour compenser les effets de lumière dispersée, dans une première étape, on éclaire en surface le champ visuel de la caméra et que, dans une seconde étape, on n'éclaire que les segments du champ visuel de la caméra dans lesquels il y a des zones de mesure pour enregistrer les valeurs réelles d'intensité de couleur.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme zones de mesure des éléments de contrôle d'impression d'un support d'impression imprimé qui sont imprimés en dehors du sujet proprement dit sur le support d'impression.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme zones de mesure des segments du sujet proprement dit.
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, pour éclairer en surface et partiellement le champ visuel de la caméra, on utilise une seule source d'éclairage activable en surface.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, pour éclairer en surface et partiellement le champ visuel de la caméra, on utilise différentes sources d'éclairage.
  10. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme éléments de contrôle d'impression des marques de registre de couleur pour déterminer les valeurs réelles d'intensité de couleur.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les marques de registre de couleurs permettant le réglage du registre de couleur et le réglage de la couleur zonale sont mesurées et que les marques de registre de couleur continuent de préférence à être mesurées pour régler le registre de coupe.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que, pour les zones colorées dans lesquelles se trouve une marque de registre de couleur, la valeur déterminée lors de la mesure de la marque de registre de couleur est utilisée pour régler la couleur zonale de la zone colorée respective.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que, pour les zones colorées dans lesquelles ne se trouve pas de marque de registre de couleur, la valeur réelle d'intensité de couleur est déterminée en fonction d'une interpolation entre l'intensité de couleur déterminée lors de la mesure de la marque de registre de couleur ou par déduction de préréglages de zones en combinaison avec des valeurs réelles d'intensité de couleur.
  14. Procédé selon une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que, en plus des marques de registre de couleur, des champs de quadrillage de même forme sont mesurés et des valeurs de mesure sont utilisées pour régler et éventuellement compenser les effets de lumière dispersée.
