Claims (11)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine d'impression, en particulier d'une machine d'impression de feuilles, à savoir pour la détection et l'adaptation d'un réglage de base d'éléments de positionnement de zones colorées de l'unité d'encrage d'au moins une unité d'impression de la machine d'impression, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) au moins un test d'impression est imprimé ;
    b) au moins un test d'impression est mesuré, à savoir de manière à ce que, dans chaque zone colorée du test d'impression, une densité de couleur soit mesurée afin de détecter par technique de mesure le réglage de base de l'élément de positionnement de zones colorées de chaque zone colorée de l'unité d'encrage ;
    caractérisé par les autres étapes suivantes :
    c) on se procure une unité d'impression comportant une unité d'encrage prête à imprimer, tous les éléments de positionnement de zones colorées de l'unité d'encrage prête à imprimer étant réglés à un réglage de base identique prédéfini, et l'au moins un test d'impression est ainsi imprimé puis mesuré et
    d) les densités de couleur détectées sur un test d'impression par technique de mesure de toutes les zones colorées de l'unité d'encrage sont comparées entre elles, les réglages de base des éléments de positionnement de zones colorées étant modifiés en fonction de cela jusqu'à ce qu'on obtienne une densité de couleur identique pour chaque zone colorée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape a), pour éliminer les effets d'hystérésis des éléments de positionnement de zones colorées, tous les éléments de positionnement de zones colorées de l'unité d'encrage, en partant du même sens, donc en partant d'un état plus fortement fermé des éléments de positionnement de zones colorées ou d'un état plus fortement ouvert des éléments de positionnement de zones colorées, sont amenés au réglage de base.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape b), d'abord avec l'unité de mouillage désactivée, au moins un test d'impression est imprimé.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape c), au moins un test d'impression imprimé avec l'unité de mouillage désactivée est mesuré afin de détecter par technique de mesure le réglage de base de l'élément de positionnement de zones colorées de chaque zone colorée de l'unité d'encrage.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape d), les densités de couleur d'un test d'impression imprimé dans des conditions d'impression quasi-stationnaires sont comparées entre elles.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, en partant des densités de couleur détectées par technique de mesure de toutes les zones colorées d'un test d'impression imprimé dans des conditions d'impression quasi-stationnaires, il est décidé si les réglages de base des éléments de positionnement de zones colorées de l'unité d'encrage sont adaptées ou si un apport de cylindres d'application d'encre de l'unité d'impression est adapté.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, si les densités de couleur détectées par technique de mesure des zones colorées changent quasiment en continu sur les zones colorées, il est décidé que l'apport de cylindres d'application d'encre de l'unité d'impression doit être adapté.
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que, si les densités de couleur détectées par technique de mesure des zones colorées changent individuellement suivant les zones colorées, il est décidé que les réglages de base des éléments de positionnement de zones colorées de l'unité d'encrage doivent être adaptés.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, ensuite, dans l'étape b), l'unité de mouillage étant activée, au moins un test d'impression est imprimé.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, ensuite, dans l'étape c), au moins un test d'impression imprimé dans des conditions d'impression quasi-stationnaires avec l'unité de mouillage activée est mesuré afin de détecter le réglage de l'unité de mouillage.
  11. Procédé selon une des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape b), le changement de cylindres racleurs de l'unité d'encrage étant désactivé, le ou chaque test d'impression est imprimé.
