Claims (9)
- Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine d'impression, en particulier d'une machine d'impression offset, dans lequel, dans des unités d'impression (13) de la machine d'impression, un support d'impression de type feuille ou bande est imprimé à l'aide de clichés d'impression qui sont fabriqués en tenant compte de données graphiques et de données de support d'impression se basant sur une étape préliminaire à l'impression,
étant prévues comme données de support d'impression la couleur et/ou la brillance de sections non imprimées du support d'impression et/ou les augmentations de valeur de teinte et/ou les caractéristiques d'impression des encres d'impression lors de l'impression et/ou la gamme et/ou l'opacité du support d'impression,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une section non imprimée est mesurée à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure de couleur et/ou un dispositif de mesure de brillance et/ou qu'au moins une section imprimée du support d'impression est mesurée, au moins une valeur réelle déterminée étant alors comparée à au moins une valeur théorique dépendant du support d'impression afin de constater, en se basant sur la comparaison, si le support d'impression réellement utilisé correspond au niveau de ses propriétés ou données de support d'impression au support d'impression à partir des données de support d'impression duquel les clichés d'impression utilisés pour l'impression sont fabriqués. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque section imprimée est mesurée à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure de couleur.
- Procédé selon une des revendication 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque valeur réelle déterminée est comparée à plusieurs valeurs théoriques enregistrées pour différents types de supports d'impression ayant des propriétés ou des données de support d'impression différentes afin de constater, en partant de la comparaison, si le support d'impression réellement utilisé correspond au niveau de ses propriétés ou données de support d'impression au support d'impression à partir des données de support d'impression duquel les clichés d'impression utilisés pour l'impression sont fabriqués.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque section non imprimée est mesurée avant l'impression du support d'impression et/ou après l'impression du support d'impression.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque section imprimée est mesurée après l'impression du support d'impression.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme dispositif de mesure de couleur un dispositif de mesure de couleur spectral qui détermine les valeurs réelles dans l'espace colorimétrique L*a*b, ces valeurs réelles dans l'espace colorimétrique L*a*b étant comparées à des valeurs théoriques dans l'espace colorimétrique L*a*b.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, s'il est constaté que le support d'impression réellement utilisé diffère du support d'impression à partir duquel les clichés d'impression utilisés pour l'impression sont fabriqués, un message d'erreur est automatiquement généré et affiché.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, s'il est constaté que le support d'impression réellement utilisé diffère du support d'impression à partir duquel les clichés d'impression utilisés pour l'impression sont fabriqués, les paramètres du procédé d'impression sont automatiquement adaptés.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la mesure de la ou chaque section non imprimée du support d'impression et/ou de la ou chaque section imprimée du support d'impression est faite en ligne ou sur la ligne pour imprimer.
