Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de contrôle électronique de la vitesse de véhicules dans la circulation routière, dans lequel un récepteur GPS (1) transmet des coordonnées géographiques de points à un réseau électronique (2), dans lequel sont marquées les coordonnées géographiques des points avec les informations de limitation de vitesse pour les sections de route individueelles, lesdites coordonnées étant définies dans un sens de conduite avec des points de coordonnées xnyn - xn+1yn+1; caractérisé en ce que les données des limites de vitesse maximale sont transférées depuis le réseau électronique (2) à la première ligne d'affichage (5) et à un haut-parleur (6) qui avertit le conducteur d'une nouvelle limite de vitesse; que les données comprenant les informations sur les limites de vitesse (A) sont transférées du réseau électronique (2) à la seconde entrée d'un comparateur (3) qui reçoit les informations sur la vitesse (B) du véhicule depuis un compteur (11) via la première entrée; que le compteur (11) est le tachymètre du véhicule indiquant la vitesse du véhicule sur le tableau de bord ; que le comparateur (3) calcule la différence entre la vitesse (B) du compteur (11) à laquelle le véhicule roule, et la limite de vitesse (A) fournie par le réseau électronique (2); que le comparateur (3) envoie l'information de la différence entre la vitesse (B - A) à un processeur (4) qui transmet les informations pour le conducteur à la première entrée de l'affichage (5) et au haut-parleur (6); que le conducteur est averti par un bip du haut-parleur (6) qu'une nouvelle limite de vitesse est en vigueur par rapport à la vitesse antérieure; que le conducteur est averti par le haut-parleur (6) à chaque point de coordonnées de la route auquel un changement de la limite de vitesse se produit; que le processeur (4) déclenche un signal électrique sur la seconde ligne de l'affichage (5), où la vitesse actuelle du véhicule est affichée, si la vitesse du véhicule dépasse la limite de vitesse; que le processeur (4) transmet simultanément un signal électrique pour le haut-parleur (6) qui émet, pour le conducteur, un bip d'alerte pour réduire la vitesse du véhicule; que, si au cours du temps (t1) qui suit le moment où il a reçu les informations sur la seconde ligne de l'affichage (5), le conducteur réduit la vitesse à la limite de vitesse autorisée, le processeur (4) déclenche un signal audio via le haut-parleur (6) et l'affichage (5) indique la vitesse actuelle; que, si le conducteur ne réduit pas la vitesse à la limite de vitesse autorisée dans le temps (t1), le processeur (4) envoie un signal au haut-parleur (6) qui émet un signal audio plus intense, et envoie simultanément un signal pour la seconde ligne de l'affichage (5) affichant la vitesse actuelle du véhicule; que le processeur (4) donne un signal pour déclencher un signal plus fort sur le haut-parleur (6) et envoie aussi, simultanément, une impulsion à l'ordinateur (8) qui déclenche, via l'unité de caisse (8a), un prélèvement sur la carte de crédit (10) pour infractions; que dès que le conducteur réduit la vitesse et le processeur reçoit l'information que la différence de vitesse entre (B - A) se trouve dans les limites ou est admissible, le processeur (4) envoie un signal à l'ordinateur (8) pour arrêter le prélèvement pour infractions sur la carte de crédit (10).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le processeur (4) possède une différence de vitesse d'entrée (B - A), ≤ ∅ - pas d'excès de vitesse et pas de sanctions; que la différence de vitesse (B - A) > ∅ signifie qu'il y a excès de vitesse et dans ce cas, le processeur (4) déclenche une impulsion électrique vers l'ordinateur (8) qui - si la différence (B - A) est positive et en fonction du niveau de dépassement de la limite de vitesse maximale en km/h (par exemple, 30, 50, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200) - envoie par exemple toutes les 3 secondes une impulsion à l'ordinateur (8), pour indiquer combien de crédit doit être prélevé sur la carte de crédit (10) pour infractions.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dépassement du temps (t2) amène le processeur (4) à envoyer un signal au haut-parleur (6) qui déclenche un signal audio plus fort et le processeur (4) envoie aussi, simultanément, un signal à l'ordinateur (8) qui envoie une commande pour la limitation de vitesse, ce qui signifie que la vitesse du véhicule sera limitée, par exemple, à 50 km/h après (t3) secondes; que la libération peut être réalisée uniquement par un superviseur autorisé; que les temps (t1, t2 et t3) doivent être déterminés par des spécialistes de la circulation conformément à la législation actuellement en vigueur.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour empêcher un véhicule de conduire à contresens, un point est déterminé à la fin d'une voie de sortie sur le réseau électronique de vitesse (2) avec des coordonnées et un azimut qui définit le sens de conduite uniquement dans le sens d'une sortie d'autoroute; qu'en cas de conduite à contresens le comparateur déclenche une alerte (bip fort) pour réduire la vitesse à 5 km/h ou à 0 km/h - STOP.
