Definitions
- the invention relates to a bearing bush, which is designed for storing a household appliance component on a household appliance component, and the bearing bush has a rear connection region for insertion into a hole in the household appliance component, on the front side a contact flange for abutment on an upper side of the household appliance component is formed.
- the invention also relates to a household appliance with at least one such bushing.
- the muffle may be the household appliance component and the attachment or a household appliance component may be a suspension grid for a food support and / or a pull-out system, for example a telescopic rail.
- the WO 2010/076143 A2 describes a furnace in whose side wall a bolt is arranged.
- the DE 10 2004 001685 A1 describes a cooking appliance.
- An oven muffle is for example from the DE 195 00 371 A1 known.
- a household appliance is provided, in which a household appliance component with a bearing bush is mechanically more stable with regard to the inclusion of attachments.
- a bearing bush according to the invention which is designed in particular as an attachment or attachment to a household appliance component, is provided for storing a household appliance component on a household appliance component.
- the bushing has a rear connection portion for insertion into a recess or hole in the home appliance component.
- an abutment flange or front flange for striking an upper side of the household appliance component is formed on the front side.
- An essential idea of the invention is to be seen in that the bearing bush has a mushroom-shaped base body with a cavity accessible from the front. The cavity is designed in such a way that a retaining element designed separately for the base body is or can be used for the household appliance component.
- Such a separation of components of a bearing bush allows on the one hand a more individual and shape specific complex design of the base body as well as the holding element itself. In particular, individual requirements can be met with regard to mechanical stability.
- the holding element is arranged protected in a very stable base body and thus no damage, such as bending or the like of the holding element occurs even when mounting the bearing bush to the household appliance component. Since such a holding element is particularly geometrically more complex and formed with other parts for holding and receiving the attachment, the attachment in such a cavity can also improve the position fixation.
- a very significant advantage of the separation of components of the bearing bush on the one hand and the very specific shape of the base body with a cavity for receiving the retaining element on the other hand is the fact that then a vapor-tight attachment of the bearing bush in a recess or in a hole of Household appliance component is reached.
- a very significant advantage of this is in cooking appliances that also allow steam cooking and thus the steam occurring in the oven can not pass through the hole in the household appliance component to the outside.
- the separate retaining element in the cavity no leakage of the vapor over the base body, in particular through the hollow space to the outside and thus out of the cooking chamber, is provided, even with more complex geometry of the retaining element.
- the holding element is a holding frame, which has a front plate with a through hole.
- This feedthrough hole has a varying width.
- Particularly advantageous in this context is an embodiment in which the feed-through hole has a slot geometry in regions, with a circular hole end connected thereto. The surface geometry of such a through-hole is then similar to a front surface of a cylinder hole.
- the cavity is formed as a blind hole.
- a front opening then no further opening is given and the cavity otherwise closed so.
- the cavity has a front opening which comprises an angular boundary edge. It can thereby be achieved that, on the one hand, a holding element can be arranged against rotation around a hole axis in the cavity. In addition, can be formed by such a design of the boundary edge and a mounting coding for the holding element.
- the holding element is arranged sunk completely in the base body in the mounted state in the cavity and thus does not project beyond the front opening of the cavity not forward out. This also further enhances the advantages already mentioned above.
- the front plate has an edge geometry which corresponds to the boundary edge of the hole. A fitting fit as possible and thus a play-free positioning of the retaining element in the cavity is made possible.
- the holding frame has a rear wall, which is connected by means of connecting webs with the front plate, and has an engagement region for a fastening element.
- the holding frame is thus designed on the one hand in the context of relatively delicate and minimal material, on the other hand, however, designed mechanically stable.
- the engagement region is a laterally open hole.
- the pre-assembly of a further fastening element in this engagement region is particularly easy and the shipment of the fastener in the final position in the cavity even with already inserted holding element in the cavity very easy to install possible.
- this component composition can then also be introduced together into the cavity, thus resulting in a more accurate positioning and final assembly.
- a holding lug for the household appliance component is formed on the holding element, in particular a connecting web extending between a front plate and a rear wall of a holding element designed as a holding frame.
- a retaining tab in the retaining element in particular its connecting web, causes a mechanically stable attachment of the retaining tab, which then favors a secure locking of the attachment in the retaining element.
- This retaining tab then serves as a sort of locking tab of the inserted in the end position in the retaining element attachment. An undesired slipping out or pulling out of the attachment from the holding element is thereby prevented or blocked.
- the retaining tab is a bendable tab, so that on the one hand a certain flexibility and elasticity is given.
- the end position of the fixture is then secured, as the retaining tab quasi in the final position of the attachment snaps back a stop and thus prevents unwanted slipping out of the fixture from the support member.
- an internal thread for fixing a fastening element is formed, wherein the fastening element is designed for fastening the retaining element in the cavity and thus also in the base body.
- the base body is integrally formed and may for example be made of metal.
- the base body can be designed as a deep-drawn component or as a MIM (Metal Injection Molding) component.
- the holding element is also configured in one piece and, for example, a sheet metal component.
- the holding frame has cantilevered holding bracket, which open on the front panel and with which the holding frame is fixable in the cavity.
- no further separate fastening element such as a screw, is required in order to be able to arrange the retaining element in the cavity in a positionally reliable manner.
- the headband are preferably integrated in the holding frame and thus integrally formed therewith.
- At least one retaining clip has an integrated locking tab, for example a fixing claw, with which the retaining frame can be latched in the cavity.
- a headband may be formed projecting from a front plate of the retaining element at its edge to the rear.
- a headband may be designed strip-shaped or plate-shaped and may be slightly cranked at its the edge of the front plate opposite free end or bent to the longitudinal axis of the support member.
- a free end of such a locking tab can then turn outward bent or cranked designed so that it projects beyond the plane of the retaining bracket radially outward.
- the locking tab is quasi springy arranged on the headband, so that in the context a certain relative movement is achieved with respect to the headband. In the fixed position state of the retaining element in the cavity of the base body then snap these locking tabs in recordings in the inner wall or the inside of the cavity, so that here an axial position assurance is achieved.
- the invention also relates to a household appliance, in particular a cooking appliance and thus a household appliance for preparing food, which has a muffle with a side wall, in which a recess or a hole is formed, wherein in this hole a bearing bush according to the invention or an advantageous embodiment thereof is arranged.
- the bearing bush is used as a household appliance component in particular a suspension grid for a food support and / or a rail extension system, wherein the household appliance component is preferably a muffle, in particular a side wall of the muffle of the household appliance.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a designed as a baking oven 1 household appliance for preparing food, which thus represents a cooking appliance shown.
