    e) tandis que l'élément de verrouillage (33, 35) rentré par pivotement dans le renfoncement de verrouillage (36) ou enserré par ce dernier en cas de porte d'issue de secours (9) fermée et de portail par sections ou portail accordéon relevable par sections (1) à relever ou relevé côté serrure et côté charnière respectivement sans fente dans le renfoncement de verrouillage (36) est appliqué par adhérence et relie par conséquent le segment de socle (20, 21) adjacent par adhérence au segment de porte (19) du profilé de socle (17),
    f) en ce qu'au moins un élément de verrouillage (33) et/ou au moins un renfoncement de verrouillage (36) présente respectivement une structure cylindrique ou prismatique avec des axes longitudinaux parallèles les uns par rapport aux autres et avec une section transversale variable, mais constante au moins par segment en sens longitudinal, en ce qu'une connexion par adhérence entre un élément de verrouillage (33) et au moins un renfoncement de verrouillage (36) est engendrée par un mouvement de pivotement de l'élément de verrouillage (33) à l'intérieur du renfoncement de verrouillage (36), et le mouvement de pivotement pouvant être effectué de préférence jusqu'à une position relative avec effet de blocage automatique.
  2. Profilé de socle (17) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale du profilé est séparée des deux côtés de la porte d'issue de secours (9), et le segment de socle (19) est relié entre les deux lignes de séparation avec la porte d'issue de secours (9) de sorte que, en cas de rideau de portail (2) abaissé et en cas d'ouverture par pivotement de la porte d'issue de secours (9), soit réalisée une issue de secours égale au niveau du sol (70), par conséquent sans seuil et même sans aucun seuil « réduit ».
  3. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage (33, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47) peuvent être actionnés par moteur, par exemple par l'intermédiaire d'une tige de poussée (25) ainsi que, le cas échéant, au moyen d'un levier coudé qui transforme le mouvement de poussée de la tige de poussée (25) en un mouvement de pivotement d'au moins un élément de verrouillage (33, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47), et/ou au moyen d'une tige de poussée (25) dentée qui s'engrène avec au moins un segment de roue dentée (32, 44) et transmet de cette façon son mouvement de poussée en tant que mouvement de pivotement à au moins un élément de verrouillage (33, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47), en ce qu'en priorité la tige de poussée (25) est actionnée par un moteur électrique (22), de préférence un motoréducteur, en particulier de basse tension nominale, par exemple un moteur d'essuie-glace.
  4. Profilé de socle (17) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les fixations du moteur (22) se trouvent dans un profilé de socle (20, 21) d'un rideau de portail (2, 10, 11) adjacent, de sorte qu'aucune force transversale ne soit transmise aux rails de roulement du portail (6) respectifs.
  5. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une réduction, en particulier un réducteur (26), est prévue entre la tige de poussée (25) et le moteur (22), de préférence dans le même profilé de socle (20, 21), dans lequel le moteur (22) est monté.
  6. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la tige de poussée (25)
    a) est telle qu'elle rentre de manière temporisée dans le socle de la porte d'issue de secours (19), en particulier dans une douille de centrage (53) s'y trouvant et qu'elle présente de préférence une course égale à approximativement 25 mm, et/ou
    b) peut être reliée par le biais d'un accouplement à une tige de poussée de porte (49) disposée dans le socle de la porte d'issue de secours (19), en ce qu'au moins un autre verrouillage (45) est actionné, de préférence à partir de la tige de poussée de porte (49) disposée dans le socle de la porte d'issue de secours (19), dans la zone d'un bord opposé au moteur (22) de la porte d'issue de secours (9), en particulier dans la zone du côté charnière de la porte (9).
  7. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par au moins un basculeur ou crochet de verrouillage, en particulier avec un renfoncement de verrouillage d'une section transversale approximativement en forme de U ou approximativement demi-ronde avec lequel, en cas d'actionnement, un élément de verrouillage (40, 41, 45, 46, 47) de préférence en forme d'axe ou de tige présentant une section transversale de préférence ronde se relie par adhérence.
  8. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de verrouillage (33, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47) sont disposés de manière à ce qu'une direction de la force appliquée à l'intérieur ou parallèlement au plan du rideau de portail (2) relie entre eux un axe de pivotement et un point de contact d'un élément de verrouillage (33, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47) ou deux points de contact de deux éléments de verrouillage (33, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47) de sorte qu'aucune force transversale débloquant ou entravant le verrouillage ne soit générée.
  9. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de verrouillage (33, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47) reprennent les tensions de traction et/ou de compression intervenant à l'état verrouillé dans le profilé de socle (17) sans génération de forces transversales, leurs points de contact se trouvant respectivement de manière neutre dans la ligne de force.
  10. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une possibilité de déverrouillage manuel en cas de panne de courant, en particulier par le biais d'une transmission (intermédiaire) qui est couplée ou peut être couplée à une tige de poussée (25) et/ou à un élément de commande manuel.
  11. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif d'arrêt de bord de fermeture continu, même dans la zone de la porte d'issue de secours (9).
  12. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord de fermeture comporte un profilé en caoutchouc (62) présentant une chambre de commutation (63) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal, avec des contacts de commutation électriques allongés à l'intérieur de la chambre de commutation (63) dont le contact mutuel représente une mise en contact électrique d'éléments à l'origine mutuellement isolés, qui est détectable électriquement et peut provoquer le déclenchement d'un relais de sécurité pour arrêter immédiatement le mouvement du portail (1) ou du rideau de portail (2) et la porte (9) via un circuit de sécurité, ce qui assure une protection fiable des personnes et du matériel.
  13. Profilé de socle (17) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que dans le cadre du système de bord de fermeture est utilisé un profilé en caoutchouc (62) extrudé avec deux torons de cuivre (66, 67), en ce que de préférence à l'intérieur de la chambre de commutation (63) du profilé en caoutchouc (62) se trouvent deux couches de caoutchouc conductrices, mais normalement isolées l'une de l'autre, qui servent de boutons et qui déclenchent à mise en contact un flux de courant ou une chute de tension qui est surveillé continuellement par l'électronique de traitement, par exemple par comparaison avec un courant de repos.
  14. Profilé de socle (17) selon la revendication 12 ou 13 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le profilé en caoutchouc (62) est séparé dans la zone des portes d'issue de secours (9), en ce que la transmission sans interruption d'une tension ou d'un courant de repos côté charnière (13) s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'une suspension de câble décalée en hauteur, tandis que la transmission sans interruption de la tension ou du courant de repos côté serrure dans le socle de porte (19) s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'une douille isolée, encastrée à demeure qui, à fermeture de la porte (9), est reliée de manière fiable par un connecteur isolé actionné par la tige de poussée (25) de telle sorte que le connecteur se déclenche avec un retard suffisant de la course de fermeture et de l'alignement exact de la porte d'issue de secours (9).
  15. Profilé de socle (17) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un poussoir de vent (72) à faible ressort contre la résistance verticale est situé à proximité du côté charnière (13) en dessous du socle (17), ledit poussoir rentre, portail (1) fermé, dans une rosette au sol et peut ainsi absorber des forces horizontales relativement élevées, un tel dispositif se trouvant de préférence également à proximité du bord de serrure en dessous du socle (17).
