Um durch die Ausnehmung in den Verschlussstopfen mit einer Kanüle einstechen zu können, ist der Kunststoffdeckel am Rand einzureißen und dann insgesamt von der Bördelkappe abzunehmen. Hierbei ergibt sich auch eine Trennung der Verbindungselemente von der Bördelkappe. Unter der Ausnehmung 5 liegt ein in eine Mündung des Behältnisses 2 eingesetzter Verschlussstopfen 7 frei.
