Assembly of a sliding door (1) and the frame thereof (6a, 6b), said frame (6a, 6b) defining an opening (6) made in a building (C), said opening (6) being intended to be closed by the sliding door (1) by the lateral displacement of said door (1), the frame (6a, 6b) comprising a joint (7) presenting a free end guaranteeing the sealing tightness of the building (C) by preventing the ingress of air or water deriving from the outside through the lateral space left free between one lateral end of the door (1) and the part of the frame (6a, 6b) opposite the door (1) when said door (1) covers the opening (6), characterised in that the joint (7) comprises means (8b, 10a) for pivoting between a position of rest in which said joint (7) is located at a distance from the position occupied by said door (1) in the position of covering the opening (6) and a sealing position in which said joint (7) is applied against said door (1) in the position of covering the opening (6), said door comprising actuation means (14) for the pivoting of the joint (7) which are active during the closing of said door (1).
  2. Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the joint (7) is an elastic joint comprising a free end part which is applied against said door (1) in a position covering the opening (6).
  3. Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the joint (7) is carried by a profiled joint carrying element (8), said profiled joint carrying element (8) being mounted such as to pivot about a profiled fixation element (10).
  4. Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the profiled joint carrying element (8) comprises one end at which the joint (7) is rendered as one piece by first means of solidarisation (7a, 8a) on one side of the said end, while, on the other side of the end, the profiled joint carrying element (8) is rendered as one piece by second means of solidarisation (8b, 10a) with the profiled fixation element (10).
  5. Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the first means of solidarisation (7a, 8a) comprise a first head (7a) carried by the end of the joint (7) opposed to its free end, said first head being mounted in a first mounting element carried by the profiled joint carrying element (8), while the second means of solidarisation (8b, 10a) comprise a second head (10a) carried by the profiled fixation element (10), said second head (10a) being mounted in a second mounting element (8b) carried by the profiled joint carrying element (8), with at least partial freedom of pivoting of the second head (10a) in the second mounting element (8b), said second head (10a) and second mounting point (8b) forming said pivoting means (8b, 10a) of the joint (7).
  6. Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the profiled fixation element (10) comprises a support element (11) in the form of a pin providing support against the end of the profiled joint carrying element (8) carrying the first and second mounting elements (8a, 8b).
  7. Assembly according to any one of the two preceding claims, wherein the profiled joint carrying element (8) comprises a body (8c) of essentially elongated shape, said actuation means (14) carried by the door (1) being in the form of a stop element (14) carried by said door (1) exerting a thrust force on said body (8c) when the door (1) is advanced into the position of closing the opening (6), in order to cause the pivoting of the second mounting element (8b), carried by the profiled joint carrying element (8), in relation to the second head (10a) carried by the profiled fixation element (10).
  8. Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the stop element is in the form of a pin (14) projecting towards the body (8c) of the profiled joint carrying element (8) when the door (1) is close to its closure position.
  9. Assembly according to any one of the two preceding claims, wherein the profiled fixation element (10) carries elastic means (9) which draw the body (8c) of the profiled joint carrying element (8) into the position of rest.
  10. Assembly according to any one of the seven preceding claims, wherein the profiled fixation element (10) is fixed on the frame (6a, 6b).
  11. Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the profiled fixation element (10) is fixed on the interior side at the opening (6) of the frontal part of the frame (6a, 6b).
  12. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the door (1) is a sectional door (1) comprising a plurality of rigid panels (2, 2a to 2d) juxtaposed successively and articulated one upon the other in accordance with vertical axes (3), capable of adopting, by sliding lateral displacement, at least the following two end positions:
    - a position of closure of the opening (6) in the building (C), and
    - a position of opening the opening (6) in the building (C), the lateral end of the door (1), on which the joint (7) is applied, being the front end panel (2) of the sectional door (1).
  13. Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the front panel (2) of the sectional door (1) adopts the following double function:
    - integrating part of the end of the sliding sectional door (1), participating, when in its closure position, in the closure of the said opening (6) of the building (C),
    - a flap moving across the sectional door (1) in its closure position, pivoting about the vertical axis of articulation (3) on the juxtaposed panel (2a), capable of adopting, by pivoting, at least the following two positions:
    - a position of partial opening of the opening (6) in the building (C),
    - a position of closure of the opening (6) in the building (C).
