Claims (13)

  1. Einheit aus einer Schiebetür (1) und ihrem Rahmen (6a, 6b), wobei der Rahmen (6a, 6b) eine in einem Gebäude (C) ausgeführte Öffnung (6) begrenzt, wobei die Öffnung (6) dazu bestimmt ist, mittels der Schiebetür (1) durch seitliche Bewegung der Tür (1) verschlossen zu werden, wobei der Rahmen (6a, 6b) eine Dichtung (7) trägt, die ein freies Ende aufweist, das die Dichtigkeit des Gebäudes (C) gewährleistet, indem es verhindert, dass Luft oder Wasser von außen durch den seitlich freigelassenen Raum zwischen einem seitlichen Ende der Tür (1) und dem der Tür (1) gegenüberliegenden Teil des Rahmens (6a, 6b) eindringt, wenn die Tür (1) die Öffnung (6) bedeckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (7) Mittel zum Schwenken (8b, 10a) zwischen folgenden Positionen umfasst: zwischen einer Ruheposition, in der die Dichtung (7) von der Position beabstandet ist, welche die Tür (1) in der die Öffnung (6) bedeckenden Position einnimmt, und einer Abdichtungsposition, in der die Dichtung (7) an der Tür (1) anliegt, wenn sie sich in der die Öffnung (6) bedeckenden Position befindet, wobei die Tür (1) Mittel zur Betätigung (14) der Schwenkmittel der Dichtung (7) umfasst, die beim Schließen der Tür (1) aktiv sind.
  2. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Dichtung (7) eine elastische Dichtung ist, die ein freies Endstück aufweist, das an der Tür (1) anliegt, wenn sie sich in der die Öffnung (6) bedeckenden Position befindet.
  3. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Dichtung (7) durch ein Dichtungshalteprofil (8) gehalten wird, wobei das Dichtungshalteprofil (8) um ein Befestigungsprofil (10) schwenkbar montiert ist.
  4. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Dichtungshalteprofil (8) ein Ende aufweist, an dem die Dichtung (7) durch erste Befestigungsmittel (7a, 8a) an einer Seite dieses Endes befestigt ist, während an der anderen Seite des Endes das Dichtungshalteprofil (8) durch zweite Befestigungsmittel (8b, 10a) mit dem Befestigungsprofil (10) verbunden ist.
  5. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die ersten Befestigungsmittel (7a, 8a) einen ersten Kopf (7a) umfassen, der von dem Ende der Dichtung (7) getragen wird, das ihrem freien Ende entgegengesetzt ist, wobei der erste Kopf in einer ersten Aufnahme aufgenommen wird, die vom Dichtungshalteprofil (8) getragen wird, während die zweiten Befestigungsmittel (8b, 10a) einen zweiten Kopf (10a) umfassen, der vom Befestigungsprofil (10) getragen wird, wobei der zweite Kopf (10a) in einer zweiten Aufnahme (8b) aufgenommen wird, die vom Dichtungshalteprofil (8) getragen wird, wobei der zweite Kopf (10a) in der zweiten Aufnahme (8b) wenigstens teilweise frei schwenkbar ist, wobei der zweite Kopf (10a) und die zweite Aufnahme (8b) die Schwenkmittel (8b, 10a) der Dichtung (7) bilden.
  6. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Befestigungsprofil (10) ein Stützmittel (11) in Form eines Zapfens aufweist, der gegen das Ende des Dichtungshalteprofils (8) drückt, das die erste und zweite Aufnahmen (8a, 8b) trägt.
  7. Einheit nach einem der zwei vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Dichtungshalteprofil (8) einen Körper (8c) mit im Wesentlichen langgestreckter Form aufweist, wobei die von der Tür (1) getragenen Betätigungsmittel (14) in Form eines von der Tür (1) getragenen Anschlagelements (14) vorliegen, das einen Stoß gegen den Körper (8c) ausübt, wenn die Tür (1) in die Position zum Verschließen der Öffnung (6) bewegt wird, um die Schwenkung der vom Dichtungshalteprofil (8) getragenen zweiten Aufnahme (8b) in Bezug auf den vom Befestigungsprofil (10) getragenen zweiten Kopf (10a) auszuführen.
  8. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Anschlagelement in Form eines Zapfens (14) vorliegt, der in Richtung auf den Körper (8c) des Dichtungshalteprofils (8) vorragt, wenn sich die Tür (1) in der Nähe ihrer Schließposition befindet.
  9. Einheit nach einem der zwei vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Befestigungsprofil (10) elastische Mittel trägt, die den Körper (8c) des Dichtungshalteprofils (8) in die Ruheposition zurückstellen.
  10. Einheit nach einem der sieben vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Befestigungsprofil (10) am Rahmen (6a, 6b) befestigt ist.
  11. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Befestigungsprofil (10) an der Innenseite der Öffnung (6) am vorderen Teil des Rahmens (6a, 6b) befestigt ist.
  12. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Tür (1) eine Sektionaltür (1) ist, die eine Vielzahl von nebeneinander in einer Reihe angeordneten starren Platten (2, 2a bis 2d) umfasst, die entlang von vertikalen Achsen (3) aneinander angelenkt sind und durch eine seitliche Schiebebewegung wenigstens die zwei folgenden Endpositionen einnehmen können:
    - eine Position zum Verschließen der Öffnung (6) des Gebäudes (C), und
    - eine Position zum Öffnen der Öffnung (6) des Gebäudes (C), wobei das seitliche Ende der Tür (1), an dem die Dichtung (7) anliegt, die vordere Endplatte (2) der Sektionaltür (1) ist.
  13. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die vordere Platte (2) der Sektionaltür (1) die folgende zweifache Funktionalität aufweist:
    - integrierender Bestandteil des Endes der Sektional-Schiebetür (1), der in seiner Schließposition zum Verschließen der Öffnung (6) des Gebäudes (C) beiträgt,
    - Durchgangstür durch die Sektionaltür (1) in ihrer Schließposition, die um die vertikale Gelenkachse (3) an der benachbarten Platte (2a) schwenkbar ist und durch Schwenken wenigstens die zwei folgenden Positionen einnehmen kann:
    - eine Position zur teilweisen Öffnung der Öffnung (6) des Gebäudes (C),
    - eine Position zum Verschließen der Öffnung (6) des Gebäudes (C).
