Claims (11)

  1. Procédé et dispositif pour l'usinage de chants au passage d'un panneau (11) pourvu d'une bande de chant, de préférence d'un panneau de meuble, dans lequel, après l'application de la bande de chant, un débordement au moins sur un côté de la bande de chant est éliminé par enlèvement de copeaux, caractérisé en ce que pendant le passage du panneau (11), une masse de polissage (13) de forme stable est pressée contre un outil de polissage (12) qui vient en contact avec le bord usiné avec enlèvement de copeaux de la bande de chant, la masse de polissage (13) étant appliquée par intermittences sur l'outil de polissage (12).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans le sens de passage du panneau (11), avant l'intervention de l'outil de polissage (12), un agent nettoyant est appliqué sur la zone à polir.

  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu avant l'outil de polissage (12) dans le sens de passage du panneau (11) une brosse à lamelles (14) et/ou une buse de pulvérisation (16).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu après l'outil de polissage (12) une buse de pulvérisation (16) et/ou un disque de rodage textile (15).
