Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour l'usinage de pièces d'oeuvre (4) en forme de plaques, dans la zone d'une couche de couverture (5) abrasive des pièces d'oeuvre en forme de plaques, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    fournir des pièces d'oeuvre (4) en forme de plaque, qui, de préférence, sont composées de bois, de matériaux ligneux ou analogues, les pièces d'oeuvre en forme de plaques étant munies d'une couche de couverture (5) abrasive en au moins une surface,
    creuser chaque fois au moins une rainure (17) dans les pièces d'oeuvre en forme de plaque, dans la zone de la couche de couverture abrasive,
    extraire chaque fois un tronçon de surface (19) des pièces d'oeuvre (4) en forme de plaques dans la zone de la couche de couverture (5) abrasive,
    l'extraction s'effectuant chaque fois après creusement de la au moins une rainure (17) et étant effectuée de manière que le tronçon de surface (19) à extraire soit limitrophe à la au moins une rainure (17) creusée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une rainure (17) est creusée à une profondeur supérieure ou égale à l'épaisseur de la couche de couverture (5) abrasive.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de surface (19) est extrait avec une épaisseur supérieure ou égale à l'épaisseur de la couche de couverture (5) abrasive.
  4. Dispositif d'usinage (1) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant :
    un dispositif de creusement de rainure (14), pour creuser au moins une rainure (17) dans les pièces d'oeuvre (4) en forme de plaques, dans la zone de la couche de couverture (5) abrasive,
    un dispositif d'extraction (3) pour extraire un tronçon de surface (19) des pièces d'oeuvre (4) en forme de plaques, dans la zone de la couche de couverture (5) abrasive, et
    un dispositif de transport pour produire un déplacement relatif, entre les pièces d'oeuvre (4) à usiner, d'une part, et le dispositif de creusement de rainure (14), ainsi que le dispositif d'extraction (3), d'autre part,
    le dispositif d'extraction (3) étant installé en aval du dispositif de creusement de rainure (14) en observant dans la direction de transport (X), et étant agencé pour extraire un tronçon de surface (19) limitrophe à au moins une rainure (17) produite par le dispositif de creusement de rainure (14).
  5. Dispositif d'usinage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de creusement de rainure (14) travaille avec enlèvement de copeaux et, de préférence, présente un outil de creusement de rainure (16) entraîné en rotation.
  6. Dispositif d'usinage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de creusement de rainure (16) comprend sur sa périphérie extérieure une pluralité de dents (16') de forme conique, l'angle de conicité (δ) étant, de préférence, dans la fourchette de 30 à 60°, de façon particulièrement préférée dans la fourchette de 40 à 50°.
  7. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de creusement de rainure (14) est agencé pour creuser une rainure (17), dont la profondeur est supérieure ou égale à l'épaisseur de la couche de couverture (5) abrasive.

  9. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extraction présente au moins une lame de traction (9), de préférence stationnaire.
  10. Dispositif d'usinage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extraction (3) présente en outre au moins un patin glissant (6) pour le soutien des pièces d'oeuvre (4) en forme de plaques à usiner, patin dont la position, de préférence, est réglable par rapport à la au moins une lame de traction (9).
  11. Dispositif d'usinage selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une lame de traction (9) présente un angle de taillant (β) dans la fourchette de 45 à 65° et/ou un angle de dépouille (α) dans la fourchette de 2 à 5° et/ou un angle de coupe (γ) dans la fourchette de -20 à +20°.
