Description

The present invention relates to a door or partition system according to the preamble of claim 1 with a light barrier for monitoring. The door or partition system is designed as a revolving door. Such door or partition systems are made for example US2008 / 110093A1 or CN101487371A known.
Powered separating elements of door or separating systems are monitored to protect the user with light barriers. Fig. 6 shows as an example a top view of a revolving door 100 according to the prior art. A dividing wall 103 divides the revolving door into a first chamber 111 and a second chamber 112. By means of a drive, the dividing wall 103 rotates in the direction of rotation 104. As the dividing wall 103 rotates, there is a portion of the dividing wall 103 in each chamber 111, 112 moves the user, and a share leading the user. It is important that the proportion of the partition wall 103 moving towards the user is monitored so that, for example, no pinching of feet or fingers between the partition wall 103 and the floor is possible. In the prior art shown the monitoring takes place in the first chamber 111 with a first light beam 105 and in the second chamber 112 with a second light beam 106. In each case, the entire width of the partition wall 103 is monitored, so that the leading parts of the user Partition 103 are monitored. This results in unnecessary backup areas 107. The unnecessary backup areas 107 result in that when detected an object in these areas unnecessarily stops the revolving door 100.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a door or partition system according to the preamble of claim 1, which enables safe operation at the lowest cost possible production and assembly.
The object is achieved by the features of independent claim 1. The subclaims have preferred developments of the invention to the subject.
Thus, the object is achieved by a door or partition system comprising at least one movable separating element for blocking and releasing a passage, a drive for actuating the separating element, and a light barrier with a horizontal light beam for driving the drive, wherein the light beam passes under the separating element , The light beam according to the invention does not have to be absolutely horizontal. It is crucial that the area between the lower edge of the separating element and the floor is monitored. A "ray of light" is also a bundle of multiple rays of light to understand. According to the invention, the door or partition system is designed as a revolving door. The revolving door comprises at least one rotatable partition dividing the revolving door into a first and a second chamber. In the first and second chambers may be persons at the same time. The one chamber serves to leave the building, the second chamber simultaneously serves to enter the building. By means of the drive, the partition is set in rotation. The drive is monitored with the horizontal light beam. When this light beam is interrupted, the speed of the partition drive is stopped or changed. According to the invention, it is provided that the light beam passes under the dividing wall from the first chamber into the second chamber. As a result, only a light barrier with only one light beam for monitoring both chambers is necessary. As a result, the manufacturing and assembly costs are reduced and at the same time only the necessary areas are monitored.
In a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the light beam passes through the center of the revolving door. In particular, the light beam extends approximately through the axis of rotation of the partition. Thus, the first half of the light beam can be used to monitor the first chamber. The second half of the light beam is used to monitor the second chamber.
The light beam should be as close as possible to the dividing wall. Therefore, the angle between the light beam and the partition wall is preferably set to a constant value between 1 ° and 25 °.

At the lower end of the partition there is at least one sealing element for sealing the partition against the ground. Such sealing elements are preferably formed as brush seals. So that the light beam can be carried out from the first chamber into the second chamber, the sealing element is recessed at one location, in particular at the center of the revolving door. Of course, to form the recess also several Sealing elements are used, which are spaced to carry out the light beam.

Thus, one and the same light beam is used in both chambers for detecting an object approaching the partition wall. Part of the partition wall may be a sliding door or a swing door. This sliding or swing door can be used to walk around a building without rotating the partition.

It is preferably provided that the sliding door or swing door integrated in the revolving door comprises at least a first and a second door leaf. At the bottom of the first door leaf, a first sealing element is arranged. At the bottom of the second door leaf, a second sealing element is arranged. As already described above, the two sealing elements are preferably designed as brush seals. The two door leaves and thus also the two sealing elements preferably meet in the middle of the revolving door. For passing the light beam from one chamber to the other chamber, the sealing elements in the center of the revolving door are spaced from each other and / or offset from each other. Offset to each other means that the two sealing elements are not aligned with each other.

In the revolving door can preferably be a showcase. Such a showcase is formed by another wall, which is angled to the partition. The showcase describes a dead space inside the revolving door, which rotates together with the partition, but can not be entered by the user. The light barrier is particularly preferably mounted on the other wall, which is used to form the showcase.

In order to achieve the most error-free detection of approaching objects, the floor facing the surface of the partition with a non-reflective material, preferably dark-colored frosted formed.

The revolving door described above is inexpensive to manufacture due to the only one light barrier. There is no loss of safety, as the collision-prone area of the partition is still monitored by sensors.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine Karusselltüre 1 in Draufsicht.
Fig. 1 shows a revolving door 1 in plan view. The revolving door 1 comprises a partition wall 3 (also: separating element), which is rotated about an axis of rotation 10 by means of a drive, not shown. The partition 3 divides the revolving door into a first chamber 11 and a second chamber 12. In both chambers 11, 12 may be persons at the same time. At the ends of the partition wall 3, a curved wall 7 is arranged in each case. The two curved walls 7 rotate together with the partition wall 3.
The partition wall 3 is composed of two connected to the curved walls 7 walls 2 and a sliding door 4. The sliding door 4 includes a first door 5 and a second door 6. The two doors 5, 6 meet at the axis of rotation 10th To commit the revolving door 1, the partition 3 is driven in the direction of rotation 21. When not rotating partition 3, the revolving door 1 can be committed via the sliding door 4.

The light barrier 8 generates a light beam 9. The light beam 9 is used for monitoring in the first chamber 11 and in the second chamber 12. For this purpose, the light beam 9 passes under the partition wall 3, in particular under the sliding door 4, and thus extends through both chambers 11, 12. By a relatively small angle α, the light beam 9 is as close as possible to the partition wall. 3

As the first embodiment already shows, only one light beam 9 is necessary for monitoring both chambers 11, 12. Furthermore, the light beam is arranged so that only the relevant parts of the partition wall 3 are monitored.

Fig. 2 zeigt ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel der Karusselltür 1. Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the revolving door 1. In contrast to the first embodiment, the revolving door 1 in the second embodiment comprises two further walls 20. The two other walls 20 are angled relative to the partition wall 3 and against the walls 2. This creates between the wall 2, the other wall 20 and the curved wall 7 two showcases 13. On the other walls 20 are safety strips 14 for detecting an approaching object. The second embodiment shows that the light barrier 8 is preferably fastened to one of the further walls 20.

Fig. 3 zeigt ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel der Karusselltür 1. Fig. 3 shows a third embodiment of the revolving door 1. In the third embodiment, as well as in the second embodiment, two Showcases 13 formed by two additional walls 20. The third embodiment shows an embodiment of the two door leaves 5, 6 as a swing door 15. Here, the two door leaves 5, 6 are pivoted about an axis parallel to the axis of rotation 10.

Fig. 4 shows a detail of the revolving door 1 for the first three embodiments. Shown is the partition 3, in particular the first and second door 5, 6, approximately at the axis of rotation 10. At the lower edge of the first door 5, a first sealing member 16 is arranged to seal against the ground. At the lower edge of the second door leaf 6, a second sealing element 17 is also arranged to seal against the ground. The two sealing elements 16, 17 are formed as brush seals. Due to the rotation of the partition wall 3 in the direction of rotation 21, the brushes of the sealing elements 16, 17 are in different directions. The two sealing elements 16, 17 are offset from one another or spaced from each other, so that the light beam 9 can be transferred approximately at the axis of rotation 10 of the one chamber into the other chamber 11, 12. The representation in Fig. 4 shows an offset and a spacing 18 of the sealing elements 16, 17.
Furthermore, in Fig. 4 a standard specimen 19 is shown. This test piece 19 simulates the hand or foot of a user. As in Fig. 4 shown, the light beam 9 is interrupted by the test specimen 19. This causes the stopping or braking of the rotary movement of the partition wall 3.
Fig. 5 shows the formation of the door or partition system as a sliding door 30 according to the fourth, non-inventive embodiment. The sliding door 30 comprises two sliding door leaves 32 (also: separating elements), which in a frame 31 are included. The sliding door leaves 32 are slightly spaced from the floor, so that the light beam 9 can pass under the sliding door wings 32 therethrough. All components for generating the light beam 9 are installed in the frame 31.
