Die Rohrhebevorrichtung 1 wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert. Sie besteht aus einem Untergestell 4 wie auf
Am Untergestell 4 ist eine Säulenhalterung angebracht. An dieser Säulenhalterung wird das unterste Segment 7 der Säule 3 mittels Verschraubung befestigt. Die beiden weiteren Säulensegmente 5,6 und der Gabelschlitten, wie in
An einem Querträger 15 sind zwei Haken 10 angeschweißt. Diese Haken 10 werden in die Bolzen oben eingehängt und unten fixiert. Am Querträger 15 sind die Hinterträger 14 fix verschweißt. Der Mittelträger 13 und der Vorderträger 12 sind mittels Rollen 16,19,20,21 ausziehbar gelagert. Der Auszug ist mittels Auszugstopper 18 und Auszugstoppplättchen 17 begrenzt. An den beiden Vorderträgern ist eine verdrehbare Rohrauflage 11 angebracht. Diese besteht aus einem Teil der fest mit den beiden Vorderträgern verschweißt ist. Darauf ist ein weiteres Teil mittels einer Schraube drehbar gelagert. Auf diesem drehbaren Teil sind zwei Sicherungsgurte (nicht in den Zeichnungen dargestellt) zur Fixierung eines Rohres 30 angebracht.On a
Die Anbringung der Stütze 8 ermöglicht es das Rohr in eine horizontale Lage zu bringen die über die Länge L2 des Untergestelles 4 herausragt. Das Rohr kann bis zu einer Länge L1 nach vorne geschoben werden. Ohne der Stütze 8 könnte das Rohr nur bis zum vorderen Ende des Untergestelles gebracht werden, bei einer Überschreitung würde die Hebevorrichtung kippen. Nach der Anbringung der Stütze 8 kann das Rohr 30 auf der Rohrauflage 11 abgelegt und mittels Gurte gesichert werden. Durch die Betätigung der Winde 28 wird das Rohr in die gewünschte Höhe gehoben. Anschließend bringt der Monteur durch ausschieben der Gabel 2 das Rohr 30 in die gewünschte horizontale Position. Dadurch kann das Rohr 30 über Hindernisse hinweggehoben werden. Da das Untergestell 4 nicht immer in der exakten Rohrachsposition fixiert werden kann, hat der Monteur die Möglichkeit es mittels der drehbaren Rohrauflage in die erforderliche Rohrposition zu bringen.The attachment of the
