Claims (10)
- System (21) zum Satinieren eines Werkstücks (1) aus mindestens zwei Materialien unterschiedlicher Härten, wobei das System (21) umfasst:- mindestens eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (23, 23'), die Schleifmittel (20) enthält mit einer Härte, die höher ist als jene des mindestens einen zu satinierenden Materials, jedoch niedriger ist als jene des mindestens einen anderen unverändert zu belassenden Materials der mindestens zwei Materialien mit unterschiedlicher Härte,- eine Haltevorrichtung (25), die Mittel (22) zum Befestigen des Werkstücks (1) umfasst,- Mittel (27) zum Heranführen des Werkstücks (1) an das Schleifmittel (20) und- Mittel (29) zum relativen Versetzen des Werkstücks (1) in Bezug auf die Aufnahmevorrichtung (23), wobei das relative Versetzen die Richtungen der Satinierungslinien bildet,- wobei jede Aufnahmevorrichtung (23, 23') eine Wanne (24, 24') umfasst, die das Schleifmittel (20) in Form von Pulver enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Wanne (24, 24') federnd ist, damit das Schleifmittel (20) in Form von Pulver selbst dann zwischen der Wanne (24, 24') und dem Werkstück (1) zu finden ist, wenn das Schleifmittel durch die Heranführungsmittel (27) einer Beanspruchung ausgesetzt wird, wobei ein optimales Satinieren des mindestens einen zu satinierenden Materials gewährleistet wird, ohne das Erscheinungsbild des mindestens einen anderen unverändert zu belassenden Materials abzuändern, und- das Mittel (29) zum relativen Versetzen so konfiguriert ist, dass es die Richtungen der Satinierungslinien, die geradlinig oder konzentrisch sind, ausbildet. - System (21) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel einen Durchmesser im Bereich von 0,3 mm bis 1 mm besitzen.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifmittel (20) aus Kieselsäure und/oder Korund und/oder Bimsstein und/oder Diamant und/oder Nitriden und/oder Carbiden und/oder Aluminiumoxid gebildet ist.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aufnahmevorrichtung (23, 23') ferner Mittel (26, 26') zum Versetzen der Wanne (24, 24') in Schwingungen umfasst, was ermöglicht, die obere Schicht des Schleifmittels (20) durchzuwechseln, wenn die Heranführungsmittel (27) das Werkstück (1) vom Schleifmittel (20) beabstanden.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heranführungsmittel (27) einen Aktuator (28) umfassen, der ermöglicht, das Werkstück (1) gegen das Schleifmittel (20) zu drücken.
- System (21) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator (28) der Heranführungsmittel (27) so konfiguriert ist, dass er eine Kraft im Bereich von 1 kgf [9,8 N] bis 5 kgf [49,1 N] ausübt.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (29) zum relativen Versetzen einen Motor (31) umfassen, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er eine Beaufschlagung des Werkstücks (1) mit einer hin und her gehenden Bewegung (E) gegen das Schleifmittel (20) in den Richtungen der Satinierungslinien ermöglicht, um die Satinierung homogener zu machen.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens zwei Aufnahmevorrichtungen (23, 23') umfasst, um das Schleifmittel einer Aufnahmevorrichtung zu erneuern, während die andere Vorrichtung verwendet wird, um an dem Werkstück eine Endbearbeitung vorzunehmen.
- System (21) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Vorrichtungen (23, 23') auf einer Platte (32) montiert sind, die mithilfe eines Schlittens (33) versetzbar sind, um wahlweise eine der mindestens zwei Vorrichtungen gegenüber der Haltevorrichtung (25) zu positionieren.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkstück (1) ein Verkleidungselement einer Uhr ist.
