Claims (9)

  1. Fiche variable d'un connecteur à fiches, celle-ci consistant de façon modulaire en un module de base ayant une connexion de câble et des contacts à fiches, et éventuellement en un ou plusieurs modules supplémentaires munis de contacts à fiches, en fonction du nombre de pôles total de la fiche, le/s module/s supplémentaire/s étant relié/s de façon mécanique et électrique au module de base, et le module de base consistant en une coque de base (1) et un couvercle (10), et un appui de câble (15) étant inséré au niveau de la coque de base (1) et un circuit imprimé (14) portant les contacts à fiches (12) étant inséré entre la coque de base et le couvercle et l'appui de câble et le circuit imprimé étant fixés par l'assemblage de la coque de base et du couvercle, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (10) du module de base dispose de crochets d'encliquetage (7) qui, lors de l'assemblage de la coque de base (1) et du couvercle, entrent dans des évidements (2) correspondants de la coque de base, par complémentarité de forme, et que, pour verrouiller le couvercle (10) par complémentarité de forme, des dispositifs de verrouillage (4) en forme de tiges saisissant par l'arrière les crochets d'encliquetage (7) et verrouillant le couvercle (10) par complémentarité de forme sont insérés dans des canaux d'évidement (3) de la coque de base (1) ouverts vers l'extérieur et reliant les évidements (2).
  2. Fiche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que respectivement un ressort de retenue (5) pourvu d'une saillie (11) est disposé dans les canaux d'évidement (3) dans lesquels sont insérés les dispositifs de verrouillage (4) de sorte que la saillie (11) s'encliquète dans une partie formée (6) correspondante au niveau du dispositif de verrouillage (4) en cas de position insérée du dispositif de verrouillage (4), et le fixe.
  3. Fiche selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une encoche (16) est introduite au niveau de l'extrémité du dispositif de verrouillage (4) faisant face au côté du câble, et qu'un renfoncement (8) est introduit dans le contour extérieur de chaque module au début du canal d'évidement (3) dans lequel est inséré le dispositif de verrouillage, qui sert au maniement facilité lors de l'enlèvement du dispositif de verrouillage.
  4. Fiche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que chaque module supplémentaire servant à augmenter le nombre de pôles consiste en une coque centrale (9) qui, tout comme le couvercle (10), est munie de crochets d'encliquetage (7) sur le côté faisant face à la coque de base (1) lors de l'assemblage, et qui, tout comme la coque de base (1), est munie d'évidements (2) et de canaux d'évidement (3) sur le côté opposé, et que l'assemblage de la coque de base (1), d'une ou plusieurs coques centrales (9), et du couvercle (10) est effectué en faisant passer les crochets d'encliquetage (7) à travers les évidements (2) respectifs et en insérant et fixant des dispositifs de verrouillage (4).
  5. Fiche selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que chaque coque centrale (9) comprend un circuit imprimé (14) portant les contacts à fiches (12) ainsi qu'une traversée pour y faire traverser les conducteurs de câble.
  6. Fiche selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce qu'une broche de réception (13) est prévue au niveau de la coque de base (1) et des coques centrales (9) qui s'engage dans un perçage prévu dans le circuit imprimé pour centrer le circuit imprimé (14), et que le circuit imprimé (14) est monté de manière à permettre un jeu prédéterminé entre le circuit imprimé et la coque de base ou la coque centrale pour la compensation de tolérance verticale et horizontale des contacts à fiches (12).
  7. Fiche selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la coque de base (1), les coques centrales (9), et le couvercle (10) sont fabriqués en matière plastique.
  8. Fiche selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les ressorts de retenue (5) sont incorporés dans la géométrie et le matériau de la coque de base (1) et des coques centrales (9).
  9. Fiche selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un élargissement (17) en forme de tige est prévu au niveau du contour extérieur des parties de boîtier - la coque de base, les coques centrales et le couvercle - pour le maniement de la fiche.
