Claims (11)

  1. Adaptateur enfichable permettant d'établir une liaison électrique entre des contacts d'un connecteur (28), qui est placé à l'extrémité d'un câble (27), et des surfaces de contact (15) d'une zone d'enfichage (23), qui est formée sur le bord d'un circuit imprimé (14),
    - avec un corps de base (2), qui se compose d'une première partie (9), dans laquelle est formé un premier logement de réception (3) destiné à la réception enfichable du connecteur (28), et une deuxième partie (10), dans laquelle est formé un deuxième logement de réception (4) destiné à la réception enfichable de la zone d'enfichage (23), une connexion à encliquetage (12, 13) reliant, dans un état assemblé, la première partie (9) à la deuxième partie (10),
    - avec des corps de contact (6, 7) dans les premier et deuxième logements de réception, une liaison électrique étant établie respectivement entre des corps de contact correspondants par le biais d'un élément de liaison (5) présent dans le corps de base,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - chaque élément de liaison (5) comporte une première pièce de contact intermédiaire (19) et une deuxième pièce de contact intermédiaire (20) et les pièces de contact intermédiaires (19, 20) sont maintenues en contact dans l'état assemblé par la connexion à encliquetage (12, 13).
  2. Adaptateur enfichable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base présente une forme de parallélépipède et en ce que les ouvertures d'enfichage des premier et deuxième logements de réception (3, 4) sont disposées chacune sur une surface latérale opposée du parallélépipède.
  3. Adaptateur enfichable selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier logement de réception (3) a reçu une forme compatible RJ, en ce que le deuxième logement de réception (4) comporte un espace interne en forme de parallélépipède dans lequel sont prévus, pour la réception enfichable de la zone d'enfichage (23), des ressorts de contact (7) en forme de fourche, disposés les uns à côté des autres dans la direction d'enfichage (22).
  4. Adaptateur enfichable selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que des rainures (8) sont formées dans les surfaces des parois internes de l'espace interne qui sont tournées vers la surface du circuit imprimé, en ce que les ressorts de contact (7) sont disposés dans ces rainures, chaque rainure (8) formant un compartiment pour une branche (32) d'un ressort de contact (7).
  5. Adaptateur enfichable selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque ressort de contact (7) est formé de sorte que, dans une position insérée, la zone d'enfichage (23) entre les branches (32) des ressorts de contact (7) soit maintenue par la force des ressorts.
  6. Adaptateur enfichable selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les parties (9, 10) du corps de base (2) sont fabriquées selon la technique de moulage par injection à partir d'un matériau polymère, en ce que chaque pièce de contact intermédiaire (19, 20) est intégrée dans un secteur médian en matériau polymère.
  10. Adaptateur enfichable selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les ressorts de contact (7) sont recouverts de revêtements résistants à la corrosion, en particulier de préférence d'un alliage d'or.
  11. Adaptateur enfichable selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de liaison (5) est une pièce fabriquée par pliage-poinçonnage.
