Claims (2)

  1. Dichtungsvorrichtung für Betonblöcke oder Keilsteine (10), die von einem Profilelement gebildet wird, das aus Elastomermaterial besteht, einen im Wesentlichen parallelepipedförmigen Körper (11) hat und mit Innenhohlräumen (12) versehen ist, wobei sich der Körper in wenigstens einen Verankerungs-Fuß (13) erstreckt, der in den Betonblock eingebettet werden kann, der Körper (11) an jeder von zwei seitlichen Längsflächen mit einer Nut (14) versehen ist, die mit einer entsprechenden Rippe (15) in Eingriff kommt, die in einer Schalung (16) ausgebildet ist, und die zum Formen des Betonblocks in Beziehung zu der Kontaktfläche zwischen der Schalung und den Betonblock geeignet ist, wobei die Nuten (14) in der Höhe der Kontaktfläche zwischen der Schalung (16) und dem Betonblock (10) mit einer abgeschrägten Seite (19) versehen sind, die an ihre entsprechende Rippe (15) gepresst wird, um so eine vollständige Abdichtung während der Herstellung des Betonblocks zu gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (11) im Querschnitt symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Mittelachse im rechten Winkel zu den Kontaktflächen mit der Schalung (16) und dem Betonblock (10) ist, und dass die Verankerungs-Füße (13) des Körpers (11) im Querschnitt eine Form mit Innenflächen (17) aufweisen, die abgeschrägt sind und einander gegenüberliegen und jeweilige seitliche Verlängerungen (18) haben, die im rechten Winkel in Bezug auf die Mittelachse des Körpers (11) ausgerichtet sind.
  2. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dichtungsvorrichtung für Betonblöcke (10) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (11) der Dichtungsvorrichtung mittels einer einfachen mechanischen Einführung des Körpers (11) in seine entsprechende in der Schalung (16) hergestellte Aufnahme und Herstellen von Eingriff der Nuten (14) des Körpers mit den Rippen (15) der Schalung an der Schalung (16) befestigt wird, anschließend das Gießen des Betonblocks (10) ausgeführt wird und die Dichtungsvorrichtung in den Betonblock integriert wird, indem die Füße (13) des Körpers (11) in dem Betonblock (10) verankert werden, und abschließend die Schalung (16) von der Dichtungsvorrichtung gelöst wird, so dass letztere mechanisch an dem Betonblock (10) befestigt zurückbleibt.
