Definitions

  • the invention relates to a crusher for breaking bulk material, consisting of a funnel-like container whose bottom is provided with an outlet opening, of the two opposite edges are equipped with a plurality of teeth, each comb-like spaced from each other and aligned parallel to each other and at least one blade shaft covering the outlet opening, each blade shaft rotatably mounted in the container and rotatable by at least one drive and the edges and possibly spaced apart and aligned in parallel and equipped with a plurality of cams which are radially and spaced from each other and are aligned parallel to each other and partially engage in the interstices of the cams of the adjacent blade shafts or in the interstices of the adjacent teeth.
  • the crusher is disassembled and removed the affected blade shaft and replaced with a complete replacement shaft, but in practice usually lasts even longer than the welding of the built-in blade shaft, since the worn blade shafts have to be released from their storage and the new reinsert and to adjust.
  • cams can be attached to the knife shaft by a screw connection.
  • a screw connection shows z. B. the EP 0 503 198 .
  • worn cams can be unscrewed in a manageable time and new ones are screwed in.
  • the screw can be warped or bent in the operation of the crusher and then can only be solved after sometimes lengthy preparation.
  • the invention has taken on the task to create a possibility for shredders with rotating blade shafts to repair the wear of one or more cams in a much shorter time than before, the crusher after a much shorter life to be fully operational again.
  • a blade shaft can be separated by a first parting line at least between its center piece equipped with cams and its first end piece mounted in the container with the parting line deviating from the longitudinal axis of the knife shaft and having at least one continuous groove or notch formed therein on the first of the two parting line forming surfaces of the adjacent shaft pieces, in which a complementary shaped continuous spring or rib is inserted lengthwise is slidable, the part of the second, the parting line forming surface of the adjacent shaft pieces is the middle piece in the region of its container mounted in the second end piece of the container is solvable.
  • the central idea of the invention is therefore not to replace the individual cams for renewal of one or more cams of a blade shaft, but to replace the entire blade shaft with a new one. It is the merit of the invention to have created a fast and with relatively little effort detachable connection.
  • the drive torque must also be transmitted across the parting line away. It is therefore ruled out for the drive side, that the parting line has a flat surface which is aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the knife shaft. Only for the non-drive side, a smooth and continuous level parting line is conceivable.
  • the invention proposes that at least one groove or notch is formed in one of the two surfaces of the adjacent shaft pieces which form the parting line.
  • a complementary shaped spring or a complementarily shaped rib on the parting line surface of the adjacent shaft piece is pressed.
  • the spring in the complementary groove or the rib can be slid into its complementarily shaped notch each lengthwise.
  • the principle of torque transmission through a groove and a complementary spring or a notch and a complementary rib is not fixed to which piece of the shaft the groove and at which piece the complementary spring is arranged. Also not defined in principle is the profile of tongue and groove or the profile of notch and rib but can be chosen freely. A criterion for the shape can z. B. be a simple production.
  • the profile has at least surface portions which are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the blade shaft, because these surface portions generate no shear forces in the transmission of torque, which are aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the blade shaft.
  • Such force components are z. B. free when a notch with a triangular profile receives a triangular rib. This profile acts like a wedge. The forces acting parallel to the longitudinal axis of the blade shaft must then be compensated accordingly.
  • This compensation takes over in a preferred embodiment of the invention, a locking screw which connects the two shaft pieces on both sides of the parting line. It passes through a cavity in the end of the shaft and further through the parting line and projects into a threaded blind hole, which is introduced into the center piece. This screw establishes a secure connection between the two pieces of the shaft and prevents the center piece of the knife shaft from unintentionally sliding out of its connection in the parting line during operation.
  • the cavity in the shaft end piece and the threaded blind hole in the middle piece need not necessarily run in the central axis of the shaft pieces. In practice, however, this is preferable because it avoids unnecessary imbalances and thus further calms the run of the knife shaft.
  • a knife shaft can be divided by at least one parting line of the type described above.
  • the opposite, second end piece is firmly connected to the middle piece. So that the center piece of the knife shaft can be removed from the container, it must also be detachable from the container on the side of the second end piece. There are several possibilities for this.
  • the second, rotatably mounted in the container tail is separated from the center piece of the center piece by a second parting line.
  • a groove and a complementary spring or notch and a complementary rib are formed in the second parting line.
  • the groove and tongue or notch and rib in the first parting line are parallel with respect to their radial orientation parallel to the spring and groove and rib located in the second parting line are formed. Only then is a perfect removal of the center piece of the shaft in the radial direction possible.
  • the invention proposes for this embodiment that even over the second parting line a locking screw is inserted through a cavity in the second end piece in a second blind hole in the middle piece and screwed there.
  • both joints are aligned flat and parallel to each other.
  • the end faces of the shaft pieces, which form the surfaces of the joints, are then easy to manufacture.
  • a removal of the center piece is in particular easily possible if in this case the middle piece is not significantly “tilted", so if its longitudinal axis is aligned during removal parallel to the longitudinal axis of the two remaining in the container end pieces of the blade shaft.
  • the joints are aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the blade shaft.
  • tilting may require the excavator itself to be used to remove the "tilted" center piece. To avoid this effect, it makes sense not to perform the two separation surfaces parallel to each other, but to align them inclined to each other. This limits the removal of the center piece to a single direction. However, this is not a particular disadvantage to be noticed in practice, since the knife shaft can be rotated as desired. In this configuration, the center piece is thus a - very large - wedge, which is inserted between the two obliquely aligned surfaces of the remaining in the container end pieces of the blade shaft.
  • the grooves and the complementary springs or notches and the complementary ribs over their entire length on the same profile.
  • Such a configuration is z. B. very easy to produce by milling metal in one direction in a machining operation. If the grooves and tongues or notches and ribs in both parting lines are aligned parallel to one another, this has the advantage that the grooves or the notches are cleaned during insertion of the springs or the ribs, by storing contaminants therein move like a snow shovel in front of him and at the end out of the groove or out of the notch out.
  • a limitation of this embodiment is that over the entire displacement, a continuously increasing frictional force between groove and tongue or between notch and rib is overcome. Even if a game is provided to keep this friction low, so even a small "canting", d. H. a slight deviation from the exactly parallel position of the longitudinal axis of the central piece to the longitudinal axis of the two end pieces in order to wedge the middle piece between the two end pieces.
  • the invention proposes that the grooves on one side of a parting line and the springs on the other side of the parting line or the corresponding notches and ribs have a continuously decreasing profile along their length.
  • the grooves and the springs are trapezoidal.
  • the springs are then like the part of a wedge inserted into the narrowing groove.
  • the invention proposes, as another variant, that the center piece of the knife shaft is not only moved linearly for removal but also pivoted about a point on the longitudinal axis of the knife shaft. Especially with manual removal of the center piece of the blade shaft, this shape of the movement curve is much better adapted to normal human movement patterns.
  • the invention proposes that the surfaces of both parting lines and the surfaces of the grooves and the springs and also the notches and the ribs are each formed as mutually complementary cylinder segments, wherein the center of the radius of these cylinder segments that point on the longitudinal axis the knife shaft is about which it is to be pivoted.
  • the advantage of this somewhat elaborate design of the joints is that the removal movement and the insertion movement are ergonomically adapted to a manual removal. Even a movement using tools can be realized more easily.
  • a picking tool is much easier to configure than for a parallel guide.
  • it is sufficient to attach a support, which extends to the intended pivot point and to set an additional removal lever at as far as possible points of the knife shaft to be removed, by the movement of the desired pivotal movement of the blade shaft is triggered.
  • the center piece of the knife shaft for removal can also be pivoted about a point between the blades, provided that the distance of the cams from each other that allows. Then it is z. B. conceivable that in the outlet opening a support rod is mounted, which rests with its two ends on the edges of the outlet opening and which serves as a support for the center of the knife shaft to be removed in its center. Then, the knife shaft can be offset by pressure on one of its two ends in a pivoting movement. The other, opposite end, which is not pressed on, will then move against the pressure force. At the conclusion of this rotational movement, the knife shaft has then solved with both ends of the container remaining in the end pieces.
  • the alternative also proposes a different type of embodiment, which manages with only a single parting line between the center piece and only one of the two end pieces of the blade shaft.
  • the center piece of the knife shaft is firmly connected to its second end piece.
  • This tail is mounted in the container with such a bearing that allows pivoting in the radial direction.
  • Such bearings are well known as rolling bearings or plain bearings from the prior art. If the pivot angle of this bearing relative to the container is so large that the center piece together with the cam and the second end piece mounted thereon can be pulled out of the container in the longitudinal direction or inserted, the formation of the second parting line can be omitted.
  • the blade shaft has a uniformly continuous cross section, in which a parting line according to the invention is introduced.
  • the entire cross-section reduces the wave on the walls of the grooves and springs or the ribs and notches in the parting line
  • the cross section of the shaft is increased in the region of the parting line, so that also effective for torque transmission, radially oriented portion of the surface of tongue and groove or of ribs and notches is enlarged.
  • Another embodiment for improving the transferability of torque is to increase the number of grooves and springs or the number of notches and ribs in a parting line. It is necessary that all grooves and springs are parallel to each other, so that a displacement of the two surfaces of the parting line against each other is possible.
  • a knife shaft which can be easily removed from the container for the bulk material, can be used for all conceivable applications of shredders.
  • z. B the bucket of an excavator or a wheel loader or other construction vehicle.
  • the "container” of the invention here is the blade, which is attached to the movable boom of the construction vehicle.
  • the bucket is equipped with teeth at the upper edge, with the help of which soil or parts of streets and buildings are broken up and taken up.
  • this outlet knife shafts are arranged according to the invention. They are rotated by at least one drive and thereby take with their cams on parts of the stored in the blade bulk material and cut it between the cams of adjacent blade shafts or between a cam and a fixed tooth in such a long time in smaller parts until this in the interstices pass between the cams of the blade shaft down and there are available as a bulk material with significantly reduced grain size.
  • cutting is to be interpreted in the context of the invention in general and includes all types of cutting, cutting and crushing of the bulk material, it is irrelevant whether the strict terminology is actually a cutting or grinding or crushing, shearing or maybe only seven.
  • the general term “cam” was chosen, it being expressly mentioned that the term “cam” also includes flywheel blades, so crushing elements having a cutting edge.
  • very efficient beater are subject to high wear in comparison to the relatively “blunt" cams, so put the above-mentioned and solved by the present invention problems in particular measure.
  • the crusher described is functional even with a single blade shaft, but is particularly efficient in terms of yield when multiple cutter shafts are arranged, the adjacent shafts operate in opposite directions of rotation.
  • the number of blade shaft is set only by the design effort to be driven a limit.
  • a particularly preferred embodiment is the arrangement of knife shafts in the conveying direction of the bulk material one behind the other, so that results in a multi-stage processing. If then the dimensioning of the cams in the conveying direction becomes smaller, one obtains - seen in the conveying direction of the bulk material - first in the first stage or a rough crushing and in the subsequent stages a fine crushing of already pre-processed bulk materials.
  • This multi-stage arrangement has the advantage of a fine comminution with high material throughput to ensure.
  • the inventive principle of simplified removal of a knife shaft from a crusher is also applicable to many other crushing tasks.
  • the invention refers to the crushing of soil or ice cubes or building rubble or ores or coal or minerals or waste glass or household waste or debris during tunneling or excavation of excavations.
  • the invention is not limited to these applications, but extends to all other known, conceivable, and in the future still become known crusher.
  • FIG. 1 is shown as an exemplary embodiment of a container according to the invention, a blade separator from below.
  • the container 1 according to the invention is designed here as a blade into which a bulk material is filled by pivoting on the boom of an excavator, in this case in particular soil. After filling it will be in the in FIG. 1 brought visible position in which the outlet opening 11 of the container 1 faces downward.
  • the rectangular outlet opening 11 in this case is closed again by a total of four pieces of knife shafts 3. Of these four cutter shafts 3, one is taken out.
  • the cams 31 are clearly visible, which point along the longitudinal axis of the blade shaft 3 radially outwards and are shaped in the manner of impact knives.
  • the cams 31 are connected near the blade shaft 3 with each other, so that they form a four-pointed star, which is pushed onto the cutter shaft 3.
  • FIG. 1 it can be seen how the cams 31 of the cutter shafts 3 mesh with each other. It is also easy to see how the cams 31 reach into the row of teeth 13 which are fastened to the edge of the outlet opening 11.
  • FIG. 1 is taken from the four pieces of knife shafts 3 at a knife shaft 3, the middle piece 32. In the container 1, the two end pieces 33 of the blade shaft remain.
  • FIG. 1 left ends of the end pieces 33 are in FIG. 1 unrecognizable because they are hidden by their bearings and their caps.
  • the other, opposite right end pieces 33 of the respective cutter shafts 3 are not visible, since they are hidden by the chain wheels acting as a drive 2.
  • center piece 32 At the left end of the in FIG. 1 removed center piece 32 is the circular opening of the threaded blind hole to recognize, in which the left-floating locking screw 4 is screwed.
  • the four cutter shafts 3 of the embodiment of FIG. 1 each have a central piece 32 which is separated by two parting lines 34 of its two end pieces 33.
  • the parting lines 34 are in FIG. 1 not clearly recognizable as such, since they are aligned with the outer edge of the outlet opening 11 of the container 1. It is easy to see only in the removed knife shaft 3 that the the parting line 34 forming surface of the end piece 33 is formed from a protruding spring 36.
  • FIG. 1 is the complementary surface of the adjacent centerpiece 32 away from the viewer and therefore not visible.
  • FIG. 1 It can also be seen that the two parting lines 34 of the removed center piece 32 run parallel to one another. Also clearly visible is that the two tongue and groove joints are aligned parallel to each other. This makes it comprehensible that the middle piece 32 can be inserted as a drawer between "his" two end pieces 33 in the outlet opening 11, wherein the two grooves 35 on the two, the parting line 34 forming end faces of the center piece 32 fit over the two springs Slide 36 on the adjacent end pieces 33.
  • FIG. 2 this connection is shown enlarged again.
  • On the left is a part of the center piece 32 of the blade shaft 3 can be seen. It is easy to see how the star-shaped cams 31 are pushed onto the shaft of the middle piece 32.
  • the central shaft is slightly widened. It can be seen very clearly that in the end face of the middle piece 32, which here forms the surface of the parting line 34 to the adjacent end piece 33 drawn to the right, a radially oriented, rectangular-profiled groove 35 is formed.
  • this groove 35 is complementarily shaped to the spring 36 on the end piece 33 shown on the right FIG. 2 is well understood that the groove 35 can be pushed onto the spring 36. In this case, slide the two, the parting line 34 forming end faces of the central piece 32 and the end piece 33 to each other.
  • the supporting shaft visible only with a very short section in its center.
  • the bearing of the end piece is arranged in the square flange.
  • the end piece 33 is widened, so that the surface of the parting line 34 with the molded thereon, already discussed several times spring 36 has a larger area than the cross section of the shaft of the end piece 33rd
  • FIG. 2 is very easy to understand that the torque of the drive 2 via the key 36 of the end piece 33 and via the complementary groove 35 in the middle piece 32 is transmitted to the cam 31.
  • FIG. 2 is drawn on the right the locking screw 4, which is pushed through the hole in the middle of the end piece 33. From this hole the exit in the key 36 is visible.
  • FIG. 3 an end piece 33 is shown, which is flanked at the rear by the securing screw 4 and at the front by the disk-shaped end plate of the middle piece 32.
  • the groove 35 on the end disk of the middle piece 32 and the complementary spring are clearly visible 36 on the front side of the end piece 33. Also clearly visible is the shaft of the end piece 33, since in this illustration the sprockets are not shown as the drive 2.
