Claims (10)

  1. Doppelwandiger Beutel zur Aufnahme von flüssigen Produkten, die Gas erzeugen, insbesondere Hefe, umfassend zwei gegenüberliegende Flächen (2), die miteinander entlang einer Heißsiegeleinfassungslinie (3) verbunden sind, und ein Ausgießer (7) zum Befüllen/Abgeben des flüssigen Produktes, der auf einer dieser Flächen (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Doppelwand des Beutels eine innere Folie mit hoher Durchlässigkeit (5) und eine verstärkende äußere Folie (6) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens im oberen Teil von jeder der zwei gegenüberliegenden Flächen (2) des Beutels (1) zwischen der inneren Folie (5) und der äußeren Folie (6) mindestens ein Abstandselement (10) bereitgestellt ist, das an der äußeren Folie (6) an mindestens einer darin gebildeten Öffnung (19) befestigt ist, und das mit Löchern (17) für die Freisetzung der Gase, die durch die innere Folie (5) dringen, ausgestattet ist.
  2. Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstandselement (10) einen Grundkörper (11) umfasst, der mit den Löchern (17) ausgestattet ist, welcher eine Umfangskante (14) aufweist, die an der äußeren Folie (6) versiegelt ist, um die mindestens eine Öffnung (19) in der Folie (6) zu umschließen.
  3. Beutel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (17) sowohl im Unterteil (15) als auch in der Seitenwand des Grundkörpers (11) gebildet sind.
  4. Beutel nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser weiter eine Kappe (13) umfasst, die mit Löchern (18, 28) ausgestattet ist und die in einem Sitz (12) des Grundkörpers (11) aufgenommen ist.
  5. Beutel nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Folie (5) auf Polyethylen basiert und die äußere Folie (6) mindestens eine Schicht aus OPA (Nylon) enthält.
  6. Beutel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Folie (6) ein Laminat ist, das mindestens eine Zwischenschicht aus OPA umfasst, die zwischen den äußeren Schichten auf Polyethylenbasis angeordnet ist.
  7. Beutel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laminat der äußeren Folie (6) umfasst: eine erste Schicht aus coextrudiertem LLDPE-EVA, eine zweite Schicht aus OPA und eine dritte Schicht aus coextrudiertem LLDPE-EVA.
  8. Beutel nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Laminatschichten der äußeren Folie die folgenden Dicken und Gewichte aufweisen:
    - coextrudiertes LLDPE-EVA, 38 µm; 35 g/m2;
    - OPA (Nylon), 15 µm; 17 g/m2;
    - coextrudiertes LLDPE-EVA, 38 µm; 35 g/m2.
  9. Beutel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Folie (5) ein coextrudiertes LLDPE von 30 µm und 28 g/m2 ist.
  10. Beutel nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Folie (6) perforiert ist.
