Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Brennstoffzuteiler, insbesondere eine kombinierte Brennstoffverteilerleiste für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von gemischverdichtenden, fremdgezündeten Brennkraftmaschinen.
- Eine gemischverdichtende, fremdgezündete Brennkraftmaschine kann für den Betrieb mit Benzin und Erdgas geeignet sein. Hierbei sind allerdings für die Benzinzufuhr und die Erdgaszufuhr unterschiedliche Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen mit getrennten Einspritzventilen erforderlich. Die Einspritzventile für die Benzineinspritzung können über eine Brennstoffverteilerleiste miteinander verbunden sein. Entsprechend können auch die Einspritzventile für die Erdgaseinspritzung über eine weitere Brennstoffverteilerleiste miteinander verbunden sein. In Bezug auf einen ausschließlichen Betrieb mit Benzin vergrößert sich somit die Anzahl der Komponenten erheblich und die Montagezeiten werden entsprechend vergrößert. Außerdem wird ein zusätzlicher Bauraum benötigt, um all diese Komponenten speziell an der Brennkraftmaschine unterzubringen.
- Aus der
EP 1 598 546 A1 ist bereits ein Brennstoffzuteiler in Form einer kombinierten Brennstoffverteilerleiste für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von gemischverdichtenden, fremdgezündeten Brennkraftmaschinen bekannt, wobei ein erstes Brennstoffverteilerstück, das zum Verteilen von Erdgas an mehrere Anschlussstellen des ersten Brennstoffverteilerstücks dient, und ein zweites Brennstoffverteilerstück, das zum Verteilen von Benzin an mehrere Anschlussstellen des zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstücks dient, vorgesehen sind. Das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück und das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück sind in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse integriert. In dem Gehäuse sind die Zuströmpfade zu den jeweiligen Anschlussstellen als Bohrungen mit kreisförmigen Querschnitten ausgebildet, so dass sich eine Trennung zwischen den Zuströmpfaden automatisch durch das Material des Gehäuses dazwischen ergibt. - Aus der
US 4,402,296 A ist bereits ein Dual-Einspritzsystem bekannt, bei dem zwei verschiedene Brennstoffe zum Einspritzen in einen Verbrennungsmotor verwendet werden, wobei die beiden unterschiedlichen Brennstoffe über separate Leitungssysteme bis zu den Einspritzventilen zugeführt werden. - Der erfindungsgemäße Brennstoffzuteiler mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 hat den Vorteil, dass die Ausgestaltung einer Brennstoffeinspritzanlage verbessert wird. Speziell kann die Anzahl der benötigten Komponenten verringert und somit die erforderliche Montagezeit verkürzt werden. Außerdem ist es möglich, den erforderlichen Bauraum, insbesondere an der Brennkraftmaschine, zu verringern.
- Durch die in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführten Maßnahmen sind vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Brennstoffzuteilers möglich.
- Der Brennstoffzuteiler kann über das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück Erdgas an mehrere Einspritzventile verteilen, die an den Anschlussstellen des ersten Brennstoffverteilerstücks anschließbar sind. Hierbei sind zumindest zwei Anschlussstellen für die Einspritzventile vorgesehen. Eine weitere Anschlussstelle dient für einen Zulauf, der im montierten Zustand mit einem Gasspeicher verbunden ist. Das Erdgas ist hierbei vorzugsweise als komprimiertes Erdgas in einem Gasspeicher gespeichert, beispielsweise bei Drücken von etwa 20 MPa (200 bar). Solch ein komprimiertes Erdgas wird auch als CNG bezeichnet. Der Begriff des Erdgases ist allerdings nicht auf natürliches Erdgas beschränkt, sondern allgemein zu verstehen. Beispielsweise kann das Erdgas auch künstlich durch Kohlevergasung gewonnen werden. Außerdem ist auch der Begriff des Benzins allgemein zu verstehen und nicht auf reine Mineralölprodukte beschränkt. Speziell kann das Benzin auch einen gewissen Anteil an Alkoholen, insbesondere Ethanol, aufweisen. Somit sind unter dem Begriff Erdgas auch erdgasähnliche Brennstoffe und unter dem Begriff Benzin auch benzinähnliche Brennstoffe zu verstehen.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist es, dass eine im Inneren des Gehäuses angeordnete Trennwand vorgesehen ist, die das Innere des Gehäuses in einen ersten Verteilerraum für das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück und einen zweiten Verteilerraum für das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück aufteilt. Der erste Verteilerraum kann hierbei auch die Funktion eines Speichers aufweisen. Ferner kann auch der zweite Verteilerraum die Funktion eines Speichers aufweisen. Durch solche Speicher können gegebenenfalls entstehende Druckpulsationen gedämpft werden. Außerdem können solche Speicher als Druckspeicher dienen, um das Verbrennungsverhalten der Brennkraftmaschine im jeweiligen Betrieb zu verbessern. Durch das gemeinsame Gehäuse ist eine kompakte Ausgestaltung des Brennstoffzuteilers möglich. Durch die im Inneren des Gehäuses angeordnete Trennwand ergibt sich hierbei in Bezug auf die Volumina der beiden Verteilerräume die Möglichkeit, eine besonders kompakte Ausgestaltung des Brennstoffzuteilers zu realisieren.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist es hierbei auch, dass im Inneren des Gehäuses ein Trennelement angeordnet ist, das die Trennwand umfasst, dass das Trennelement an dem ersten Verteilerraum zumindest abschnittsweise an einer Innenwand des Gehäuses anliegt und dass das Trennelement an dem zweiten Verteilerraum zumindest abschnittsweise an der Innenwand des Gehäuses anliegt. Hierbei ist es vorteilhaft, dass das Trennelement ein Z-förmiges Profil aufweist. Das Trennelement kann hierbei als innenliegendes Schwert ausgestaltet sein, das den ersten Verteilerraum von dem zweiten Verteilerraum trennt und eine Abdichtung zwischen den beiden Verteilerräumen gewährleistet. Hierbei ist es ferner vorteilhaft, dass das Trennelement eine hohe Steifigkeit hat. Hierdurch kann das dynamische Verhalten verbessert werden.
- Vorteilhaft ist es außerdem, dass der erste Verteilerraum zumindest näherungsweise als quaderförmiger erster Verteilerraum ausgestaltet ist. Vorteilhaft ist es auch, dass der zweite Verteilerraum zumindest näherungsweise als quaderförmiger zweiter Verteilerraum ausgestaltet ist. Außerdem ist es vorteilhaft, dass der erste Verteilerraum und der zweite Verteilerraum nebeneinander im Inneren des Gehäuses ausgebildet sind. Vorteilhaft ist es ferner, dass der erste Verteilerraum und der zweite Verteilerraum zumindest näherungsweise gleich groß ausgestaltet sind. Vorteilhaft ist es hierbei auch, dass sich der erste Verteilerraum und der zweite Verteilerraum nebeneinander und parallel zueinander durch das Innere des Gehäuses erstrecken. Solche Ausgestaltungen der beiden Verteilerräume ermöglichen eine kompakte Ausgestaltung des gemeinsamen Gehäuses und eine günstige Anordnung der jeweiligen Anschlussstellen an die Brennstoffverteilerstücke. Hierdurch kann der gesamte Brennstoffzuteiler platzsparend ausgestaltet werden.
- Vorteilhaft ist es somit auch, dass das Innere des Gehäuses zumindest näherungsweise quaderförmig ausgestaltet ist. Durch eine Trennwand kann hierbei eine Aufteilung in die beiden quaderförmigen Verteilerräume erfolgen. Möglich ist es auch, dass das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück und das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück nebeneinander und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorteilhaft ist es, dass das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück zumindest teilweise aus einem metallischen Werkstoff ausgebildet ist und dass das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück zumindest teilweise aus einem auf Kunststoff basierenden Werkstoff ausgebildet ist, wobei das gemeinsame Gehäuse teilweise aus dem metallischen Werkstoff und teilweise aus dem auf Kunststoff basierenden Werkstoff ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch ist insbesondere eine Kombination eines Stahlrails für die Erdgasanwendung und eines Kunststoffrails für die Benzinanwendung möglich. Hierdurch kann eine zuverlässige Verteilung und gegebenenfalls Speicherung sowohl des Erdgases als auch des Benzins und gleichzeitig eine kosten- und gewichtsoptimierte Ausgestaltung des Brennstoffzuteilers erreicht werden.
- Die Anschlussstellen des ersten Brennstoffverteilerstücks und die Anschlussstellen des zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstücks sind in vorteilhafter Weise an dem gemeinsamen Gehäuse ausgestaltet. Hierbei ist eine Reduzierung der Anbaustellen an einem Saugrohr oder einem Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine möglich, da die beiden Einspritzventile für den jeweiligen Zylinder nahe beieinander angeschlossen werden können.
- Bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Fig. 1 eine schematische, auszugsweise, räumliche Darstellung eines Brennstoffzuteilers entsprechend einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. -
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Brennstoffzuteiler 1 in einer auszugsweisen, schematischen, räumlichen Darstellung entsprechend einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Der Brennstoffzuteiler 1 kann insbesondere als kombinierte Brennstoffverteilerleiste für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von gemischverdichtenden, fremdgezündeten Brennkraftmaschinen dienen. Der Brennstoffzuteiler 1 weist ein erstes Brennstoffverteilerstück 2 und ein zweites Brennstoffverteilerstück 3 auf. Hierbei dient das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück 2 zum Verteilen von Erdgas an mehrere Anschlussstellen 4, von denen in derFig. 1 die Anschlussstelle 4 dargestellt ist. Ferner weist das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück 2 eine Anschlussstelle 5 auf, die als Zulauf für Erdgas ausgestaltet ist. Als Erdgas kommt hierbei vorzugsweise komprimiertes Erdgas (CNG) zum Einsatz. Das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück 3 dient zum Verteilen von Benzin an mehrere Anschlussstellen 6, 7, 8 des zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstücks 3. Außerdem weist das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück 3 eine Anschlussstelle 9 auf, die als Zulauf 9 für Benzin ausgestaltet ist. Die beiden Brennstoffverteilerstücke 2, 3 sind in ein gemeinsames Gehäuse 10 integriert. - Das Gehäuse 10 weist eine erste Seite 11 und eine zweite Seite 12 auf. Hierbei kann die erste Seite 11 aus einem ersten Teil 11 ausgestaltet sein, während die zweite Seite 12 aus einem zweiten Teil 12 ausgestaltet ist. Die Teile 11, 12 können dann auch aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen gebildet sein. Speziell kann der erste Teil 11 aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, insbesondere einem Stahl, gebildet sein. Der zweite Teil 12 kann aus einem auf einem Kunststoff basierenden Werkstoff gebildet sein. Allerdings ist auch eine einteilige Ausgestaltung möglich, bei der das Gehäuse 10 und somit beide Seiten 11, 12 aus einem einzigen Werkstoff, insbesondere einem Stahl, gebildet sind.
- Im Inneren (Innenraum) 15 des Gehäuses 10 ist eine Trennwand 16 angeordnet, die das Innere 15 des Gehäuses 10 in einen ersten Verteilerraum 17 für das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück 2 und einen zweiten Verteilerraum 18 für das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück 3 aufteilt. Der erste Verteilerraum 17 kann hierbei auch die Funktion eines Speichers, insbesondere Druck- und Volumenspeichers, aufweisen. Ferner kann auch der zweite Verteilerraum 18 die Funktion eines Speichers, insbesondere eines Druck- und Volumenspeichers, aufweisen. In dem ersten Verteilerraum 17 befindet sich im Betrieb durch hohen Druck komprimiertes Erdgas, das beispielsweise in einem geeigneten Speicher mit einem Druck von etwa 20 MPa (200 bar) bevorratet ist und über den Zulauf 5 in den ersten Verteilerraum 17 geführt wird. Außerdem befindet sich im Betrieb im zweiten Verteilerraum 18 des zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstücks 3 unter einem gewissen Druck stehender Benzinbrennstoff, der über eine Pumpe aus einem Brennstofftank in den zweiten Verteilerraum 8 gefördert wird. Die Trennwand 16 trennt einerseits das komprimierte Erdgas im ersten Brennstoffverteilerstück 2 von dem andererseits vorgesehenen Benzin im zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstück 3.
- In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist ein Trennelement 19 mit einem Z-förmigen Profil vorgesehen. In der
Fig. 1 ist das Gehäuse 10 zusammen mit dem Trennelement 19 in einer geöffneten Schnittdarstellung gezeigt, so dass das Z-förmige Profil im Schnitt dargestellt ist. Das Trennelement 19 weist durch diese Ausgestaltung drei Abschnitte 16, 20, 21 auf. Der Abschnitt 20 befindet sich auf der Seite 11 des ersten Brennstoffverteilerstücks 2. Der Abschnitt 21 befindet sich auf der Seite 12 des zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstücks 3. Die beiden Abschnitte 20, 21 sind durch die Trennwand 16 miteinander verbunden. Hierbei ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel im Profil ein rechter Winkel zwischen den Abschnitten 16, 20 sowie zwischen den Abschnitten 16, 21 vorgegeben. Die Abschnitte 20, 21 sind parallel zueinander orientiert. - Der Abschnitt 20 des Trennelements 19 liegt an einem Abschnitt 22 einer Innenwand 23 des Gehäuses 10 an. Der Abschnitt 21 liegt an einem Abschnitt 24 der Innenwand 23 an. Das Trennelement 19 ist hierbei mit einer hohen Steifigkeit ausgestaltet. Das Trennelement 19 dient als innenliegendes Schwert, das durch seine Steifigkeit neben einer Trennung der beiden Verteilerräume 17, 18 auch ein vorteilhaftes dynamisches Verhalten ermöglicht.
- Das Innere 15 des Gehäuses 10 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel quaderförmig ausgestaltet. Durch die Aufteilung des Inneren 15 des Gehäuses 10 mittels des Trennelements 19 mit Z-förmigem Profil ergibt sich auch eine quaderförmige Ausgestaltung des ersten Verteilerraums 17 und eine quaderförmige Ausgestaltung des zweiten Verteilerraums 18. Hierbei sind die beiden Verteilerräume 17, 18 gleich groß ausgestaltet. Ferner liegen die beiden Verteilerräume 17, 18 nebeneinander und diese erstrecken sich auch parallel zueinander durch das Gehäuse 10 des Brennstoffzuteilers 1. Dadurch sind auch das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück 2 und das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück 3 nebeneinander und parallel zueinander angeordnet.
- In
Fig. 1 sind exemplarisch ein Einspritzventil 25 zum Einspritzen von Erdgas und ein Einspritzventil 26 zum Einspritzen von Benzin mit dem Brennstoffzuteiler 1 verbunden. Hierbei sind Sicherungsclips 27, 28 vorgesehen, mittels derer die Einspritzventile 25, 26 an die jeweilige Anschlussstelle 4, 6 montiert sind. Die Anschlussstellen 4, 6 können hierbei als Ventiltassen 4, 6 ausgestaltet sein. Entsprechend kann auch an den Anschlussstellen 7, 8 beziehungsweise an den nicht dargestellten weiteren, neben den Anschlussstellen 7, 8 angeordneten Anschlussstellen des ersten Brennstoffverteilerstücks 2 jeweils ein geeignetes Einspritzventil befestigt werden. Es ist allerdings anzumerken, dass der Brennstoffzuteiler 1 unabhängig von solchen Einspritzventilen hergestellt und auch ohne Einspritzventile vertrieben werden kann. - Der Brennstoffzuteiler 1 weist außerdem Halter 29, 30 auf. Wenn der Brennstoffzuteiler 1 mit geeigneten Einspritzventilen, insbesondere den Einspritzventilen 25, 26, an eine Brennkraftmaschine montiert ist, dann können die Halter 29, 30 als Befestigungshalter 29, 30 zum Befestigen des gesamten Brennstoffzuteilers 1 an einem Saugrohr, einem Zylinderkopf oder dergleichen der Brennkraftmaschine dienen. Die Einspritzventile 25, 26 können hierbei einen Brennraum eines Zylinders der Brennkraftmaschine zugeordnet sein. Außerdem weist der Brennstoffzuteiler 1 einen Sensor 31 auf, der den Druck und die Temperatur im ersten Verteilerraum 17 des ersten Brennstoffverteilerstücks 2 sowie den Druck und die Temperatur im zweiten Verteilerraum 18 des zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstücks 3 misst. Hierbei ist über eine einzige elektrische Anschlussstelle 32 eine elektrische Verbindung mit einem Steuergerät oder dergleichen möglich, um die Messsignale beziehungsweise Messdaten zu übertragen. Somit ist die Anzahl der erforderlichen Signal- beziehungsweise Datenübertragungskabel im Vergleich zu einer Ausgestaltung mit zwei getrennten Brennstoffverteilerstücken optimiert.
- Somit kann der Brennstoffzuteiler 1 des Ausführungsbeispiels der Erfindung in kompakter Weise ausgestaltet sein. Hierbei verringert sich der erforderliche Bauraum im Fahrzeug. Außerdem entfällt ein separates Brennstoffverteilerstück-Hauptrohr mit dazugehörigen Haltern und Endkappen. Ferner ist die Anzahl der Montageeinzelteile reduziert, was sich auch günstig auf die Montagezeit auswirkt. Die Anzahl der Anbaustellen am Saugrohr oder Zylinder kann ebenfalls reduziert werden. Außerdem kann der Brennstoffzuteiler 1 mit geringem konstruktiven Aufwand an unterschiedliche Zylinderabstände oder an verschiedene Zylinderanzahlen der Brennkraftmaschine angepasst werden.
- Die Erfindung ist nicht auf die beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt.
Claims (8)
- Brennstoffzuteiler (1), insbesondere kombinierte Brennstoffverteilerleiste für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von gemischverdichtenden, fremdgezündeten Brennkraftmaschinen, mit einem ersten Brennstoffverteilerstück (2), das zum Verteilen von Erdgas an mehrere Anschlussstellen (4) des ersten Brennstoffverteilerstücks (2) dient, und zumindest einem zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstück (3), das zum Verteilen von Benzin an mehrere Anschlussstellen (6, 7, 8) des zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstücks dient, wobei das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück (2) und das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück (3) zumindest im Wesentlichen in ein gemeinsames Gehäuses (10) integriert sind, wobei eine im Inneren (15) des Gehäuses (10) angeordnete Trennwand (16) vorgesehen ist, die das Innere (15) des Gehäuses (10) in einen ersten Verteilerraum (17) für das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück (2) und einen zweiten Verteilerraum (18) für das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück (3) aufteilt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass im Inneren (15) des Gehäuses (10) ein Trennelement (19) angeordnet ist, das die Trennwand (16) umfasst, dass das Trennelement (19) an dem ersten Verteilerraum (17) zumindest abschnittsweise an einer Innenwand (23) des Gehäuses (10) anliegt und dass das Trennelement (19) an dem zweiten Verteilerraum (18) zumindest abschnittsweise an der Innenwand (23) des Gehäuses (10) anliegt. - Brennstoffzuteiler nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gezeichnet,
dass das Trennelement (19) ein Z-förmiges Profil aufweist. - Brennstoffzuteiler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Trennelement (19) eine hohe Steifigkeit hat. - Brennstoffzuteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der erste Verteilerraum (17) zumindest näherungsweise als quaderförmiger erster Verteilerraum (17) ausgestaltet ist und/oder
dass der zweite Verteilerraum (18) zumindest näherungsweise als quaderförmiger zweiter Verteilerraum (18) ausgestaltet ist und/oder dass der erste Verteilerraum (17) und der zweite Verteilerraum (18) nebeneinander im Inneren (15) des Gehäuses (10) ausgebildet sind und/oder dass der erste Verteilerraum (17) und der zweite Verteilerraum (18) zumindest näherungsweise gleich groß ausgestaltet sind. - Brennstoffzuteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Inneres (15) des Gehäuses (10) zumindest näherungsweise quaderförmig ausgestaltet ist. - Brennstoffzuteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück (2) und das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück (3) nebeneinander und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. - Brennstoffzuteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück (2) zumindest teilweise aus einem metallischen Werkstoff ausgebildet ist und dass das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück (3) zumindest teilweise aus einem auf zumindest einem Kunststoff basierenden Werkstoff ausgebildet ist, wobei das gemeinsame Gehäuse (10) teilweise aus dem metallischen Werkstoff und teilweise aus dem auf Kunststoff beziehungsweise Kunststoffen basierenden Werkstoff ausgebildet ist. - Brennstoffzuteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Anschlussstellen (4) des ersten Brennstoffverteilerstücks (2) und die Anschlussstellen (6, 7, 8) des zweiten Brennstoffverteilerstücks (3) an dem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (10) ausgestaltet sind und/oder
dass eine Anschlussstelle (5) für die Zufuhr von Erdgas in das erste Brennstoffverteilerstück (2) an dem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (10) ausgestaltet ist und/oder
dass eine Anschlussstelle (9) für die Zufuhr von Benzin in das zweite Brennstoffverteilerstück (3) an dem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (10) ausgestaltet ist.
