Definitions
- the invention relates to a bending load to claim, flat planar composite wood element.
- Wood composite elements according to the invention are very advantageous to use as a load-bearing ceiling in residential construction.
- the CA 2128845 A1 shows a plate made as a cross laminated timber.
- Three layers of approximately equal thickness boards each having a rectangular cross-sectional area are glued together, wherein in each camp, the boards with their narrow lateral surface sides abut each other, the boards of the upper and in the lower layer are aligned the same and normal in the middle position.
- low quality wood can be used than on the visible outer layers.
- the annual rings of the boards are aligned parallel to the short lateral surface sides of the boards and thus normal to the plane of the plate formed together.
- Adjacent boards of the visible side are preferably formed by dividing a thicker board, wherein the exposed during sharing surfaces of both boards are arranged mirror-image to each other.
- the plate is as good producible, beautiful and relatively distortion-free furniture plate well usable. Against bending stress around normal to the longitudinal direction of the boards of the outer layers lying axes, the plate is useful good. For particularly high bending stresses or as a load-bearing ceiling element, the plate is less suitable and not provided.
- the WO 2008113890 A1 shows a, for example, as a load-bearing ceiling element in housing usable, flat wood composite element, which is made as glued laminated timber. It consists of glued together, parallel aligned boards with rectangular cross-sectional area. The boards are glued together on their larger lateral surface sides. The annual rings in the boards are largely parallel to the large cross-sectional dimensions of the boards and thus almost normal aligned with the plane of the formed from the boards flat wood composite element. The individual boards are sawn from the zones of round wood spaced from the core. Branch and other defects are cut out of the boards and the faultless sections are glued together by a finger joint.
- the wood composite element is arranged as a horizontal surface, typically as a load-bearing ceiling, wherein it is supported on the longitudinal ends of the boards.
- the bending plane is vertical, parallel to the larger cross-sectional orientation of the boards.
- the wood composite element is significantly better against failure due to excessive shear stress than if the annual rings were aligned horizontally.
- This simple design allows relatively low height of supporting ceiling surface elements.
- the thickness of the surface element is equal to the width of the boards used. Since boards can only be obtained in large quantities without difficulty up to a certain width, the strength of the wood composite elements that can be mass produced in this way is disruptively limited for many applications. In some places, it is also visually disturbing that the horizontal surfaces consist of many narrow stripes.
- An object underlying the invention is that of the WO 2008113890 A1 known, to be bent on claiming sheet-like composite wood element so that it can be used for ceilings with more widely spaced outriggers.
- Another object is to provide a high-quality by its usability wood composite element, in which woodcut product, which is obtained in a sawmill and gluelam works, but so far hardly usable high quality, can be used meaningfully.
- FIG. 1 illustrated flat wood composite element consists of three layers glued together boards 1, 2, 3, which are also glued together.
- the upper and lower boards 1, 3 are aligned parallel to each other.
- the boards 2, which form a liner, are normally aligned.
- the sheet-like composite wood element is used in such a way that the main bending stress takes place about bending axes which are parallel to the plane of the wood composite element and normal to the longitudinal directions of the upper and lower boards 1, 3, wherein the upper side of the boards 1, the pressure side of the bending curve and the lower boards 3 the train side.
- this bending stress occurs when the surface Wood composite element is arranged horizontally and rests only with the longitudinal ends of the boards 3 to a support.
- the boards 1 extend over the majority of the thickness of the flat composite wood element. They are at the discussed bending stress on pressure and considerably stressed on shear. Compressive stress and shear stress are parallel to the longitudinal direction of the boards 3. The shear stress "tends” to move upper and lower higher areas of the boards 3 against each other in the longitudinal direction of the boards 3.
- the annual rings 1.1 (or the areas formed by the annual rings) of the upper boards 1 are substantially normal to the plane at which greatest shear stress occurs. This is equivalent to saying that the annual rings 1.1 are substantially parallel to the plane within which the main bending deformation takes place. As a result, the annual rings wear as best as possible against failure due to shearing stress.
- the cross-sectional area of the boards 1 in the direction normal to the plane of the wood composite element is several times greater than in the direction parallel thereto.
- the direction of the annual rings deviates from the direction of the larger cross-sectional dimensions of the boards 1 by not more than 30 °. But positive effects are also possible already detectable if this angle is not greater than 45 °.
- the parallel to the axis of the expected bending cross-sectional dimension of the boards in the boards on the tension side is preferably larger than the boards on the pressure side.
- the lower boards 3 are made of wood of higher stiffness (that is, wood with higher modulus of elasticity) than the middle and upper boards 2, 1. If they have high rigidity, they can be made thinner (that is, lower in height) with which the blanket can be made relatively thin with sufficient rigidity. In addition, the boards are then available in a relatively large width, which is desirable for optical reasons.
- the boards 2 of the middle layer can be made relatively thin and they can have the least strength of the three types of boards 1, 2, 3.
- the lower boards 3 are made of beech, the middle boards 2 pine or spruce for relatively low strength class and the upper boards 1 pine or spruce with medium strength.

Abstract
Description
-
Fig. 1 : zeigt ein beispielhaftes erfindungsgemäßes Holzverbundelement in Schrägrissansicht.
