Claims (10)

  1. Une charnière (1) ayant au moins un corps fixe (10) et au moins un corps mobile (20) reliés l'un à l'autre au moyen d'au moins une articulation (15) pour connecter une porte (60) sur une carrosserie de véhicule (50) d'une manière rotative, dans laquelle, afin de limiter l'ouverture de la porte (60) à un angle prédéterminé par rapport à la carrosserie (50) du véhicule, la charnière (1) comprend un bras de presse (40)) relié à l'un des corps fixe (10) et mobile (20) d'un côté au moyen d'un joint (42) d'une manière rotative et d'au moins un bras de contrôle (30) relié au bras de presse (40) par des moyens d'un élément de connexion (35), dans lequel ledit bras de contrôle (30) comprend au moins un corps de bras de contrôle (31) comprenant au moins une fente de réglage (34) à travers laquelle passe ledit élément de connexion (30)) comprenant en outre au moins un élément de verrouillage (32) retenu par un élément de préhension (14) lorsque la porte (60) est ouverte selon ledit angle, ledit élément de préhension (14) pouvant être assemblé pour le corps de véhicule (50) ou assemblé au corps fixe (10) si le bras de presse (40) est relié au corps mobile (20), ou si ledit élément de préhension (14) est assemblé au corps mobile (20) si le bras de presse (40) est relié au corps fixe (20), la charnière (1) comprenant en outre au moins un ressort de pression (41) disposé sur ledit joint (42) et relié à celui-ci du corps fixe (10)) et le corps mobile (20) du bras de presse (40) d'une extrémité et relié au bras de presse (40) de l'autre extrémité afin de presser le bras de presse (40) vers l'autre du corps fixe (10) ou le corps mobile (20).
  2. Une charnière (1) à bras de contrôle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (32) est prévu sur le bras de contrôle (30) pour définir une ouverture de préhension (33) entre le corps de bras de contrôle (31) du bras de contrôle (30) et de l'élément de verrouillage (32), à travers lesquels l'élément de préhension (14) peut passer après l'ouverture de la porte (60) à un certain angle.
  3. Une charnière (1) avec un bras de contrôle selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un bras de verrouillage (312) prévu en forme de patte vers l'extérieur de la partie d'extrémité dudit corps de bras de contrôle (31) et sur lequel ledit élément de verrouillage est positionné de façon à définir l'ouverture de préhension (33).
  4. Une charnière (1) à bras de contrôle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de préhension (14) est prévu sur la partie de base (11) du corps fixe (10) relié à la carrosserie (50).
  5. Une charnière (1) avec un bras de contrôle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de serrage (14) comprend un boîtier de verrouillage (141) dans lequel l'élément de verrouillage (32) est retenu.
  6. Une charnière (1) avec un bras de contrôle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 5, caractérisée en ce que le corps de bras de contrôle (31) comprend un espace intérieur (311) s'étendant de manière longitudinale et ayant des dimensions de manière à s'assurer que l'organe de préhension (14) peut y pénétrer au moins partiellement.
  7. Une charnière (1) à bras de contrôle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une rampe de guidage (13) prévue dans une structure en forme de nervure entre la partie de base (11) et la partie de bras (12) s'étendant vers le corps mobile (20) à partir de la partie de base (11) du corps fixe (10).
  8. Une charnière (1) à bras de contrôle selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la rampe de guidage (13) comporte au moins une partie d'extrémité de rampe (131) s'étendant au moins partiellement vers l'organe de préhension (14).
  9. Une charnière (1) à bras de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de préhension (14) comporte au moins une pièce de liaison de préhension (142) pour assurer la liaison du corps fixe (10)avec la partie de base (11).
  10. Une charnière (1) à bras de contrôle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que pour assurer la liaison du corps mobile (20) avec le bras de contrôle (30), il y a au moins une extension de connexion de bras de contrôle (23) dans laquelle l'articulation (42) est placée en lit.
