Claims (10)

  1. Scharnier (1) mit mindestens einem festen Körper (10) und mindestens einem beweglichen Körper (20), die zur schwenkbaren Verbindung einer Tür (60) an eine Fahrzeugkarosserie (50) mittels mindestens einem Gelenk (15) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei zur bestimmungsgemäßen Begrenzung des Öffnungsausmaßes der Tür (60) zu einem vorbestimmten Winkel gegenüber der Fahrzeugkarosserie (50) das Scharnier (1) einen von einer Seite her mittels eines Gelenks (42) entweder mit dem festen Körper (10) oder mit dem beweglichen Körper (20) drehbar verbundenen Pressarm (40) sowie mindestens einen Sperrarm (30) umfasst, der mittels eines Verbindungselements (35) mit dem Pressarm (40) verbundenen ist, wobei der Sperrarm (30) mindestens einen Sperrarmkörper (31) mit mindestens Einstellschlitz (34) umfasst, durch welchen das Verbindungselement (35) hindurchgeführt werden kann, wobei der Sperrarm (30) weiterhin mindestens ein Sicherungselement (32) umfasst, das durch ein Greifelement (14) gehalten wird wenn die Tür (60) mit dem vorbestimmten Winkel geöffnet wird, wobei das Greifelement (14) an die Fahrzeugkarosserie (50) montierbar ist oder an den festen Körper (10) montiert wird falls der Pressarm (40) mit dem beweglichen Körper (20) verbunden ist bzw. das Greifelement (14) an den beweglichen Körper (20) montiert wird falls der Pressarm (40) mit dem festen Körper (20) verbunden ist, und wobei das Scharnier (1) weiterhin mindestens eine auf dem Gelenk (42) angeordnete Pressfeder (41) umfasst, die an dem zugewandten Ende, der dem Pressarm (40) zugewandt ist, mit dem festen Körper (10) und dem beweglichen Körper (20) und am anderen Ende mit dem Pressarm (40) verbunden ist, so dass der Pressarm (40) jeweils an den festen Körper (10) oder an den beweglichen Körper (20) angedrückt wird.
  2. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement (32) auf dem Sperrarm (30) vorgesehen ist und somit eine zwischen dem Sperrarmkörper (31) des Sperrarms (30) und dem Sicherungselement (32) befindliche Greiföffnung (33) begrenzt, durch welche das Greifelement (14) hindurchgreift sobald die Tür (60) in einem bestimmten Winkel geöffnet wird.
  3. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es mindestens einen Sicherungsarm (312) umfasst, der in Form einer vom Endstück des Sperrarmkörpers (31) nach außen reichende Klappe vorgesehen und auf dem das Sicherungselement (32) angeordnet ist, so dass die Greiföffnung (33) begrenzt wird.
  4. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greifelement (14) auf dem mit der Fahrzeugkarosserie (50) verbundenen Unterteil (11) des festen Körpers (10) vorgesehen ist.).
  5. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greifelement (14) ein Sicherungsgehäuse (141) umfasst, worin das Sicherungselement (32) gehalten wird.
  6. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrarmkörper (31) einen Körperinnenleerraum (311) umfasst, dass sich in Längsrichtung erstreckt und solche Abmessungen besitzt, dass das Greifelement (14) teilweise hier eingreifen kann.
  7. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es mindestens eine Führrampe (13) umfasst, die mit rippenartigem Aufbau zwischen dem Unterteil (11) und dem sich vom Unterteil (11) des festen Körpers (10) entgegen dem beweglichen Körper (20) erstreckenden Armteil (12) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führrampe (13) mindestens ein Rampenendstück (131) umfasst, die sich zumindest teilweise entgegen dem Greifelement (14) erstreckt.
  9. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greifelement (14) zur Herstellung einer Verbindung des festen Körpers (10) zum Unterteil (11) mindestens ein Greifverbindungsstück (142) umfasst.
  10. Scharnier (1) mit einem Sperrarm nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Herstellung einer Verbindung des beweglichen Körpers (20) zum Sperrarm (30) mindestens ein Sperrarmverbindungsfortsatz (23) vorgesehen ist, worin das Gelenk (42) gelagert ist.
