- DE 20 05 270 A1 discloses a transport device for sheet-like documents consisting of a hollow drum, in which a vacuum chamber is provided, which is connected to a vacuum source via a hollow shaft and has suction openings in its cylinder jacket. Behind a suction opening or a group of suction openings in this transport device, a pneumatically operated diaphragm valve is arranged, which connects these openings optionally with the vacuum chamber.

- Method the position of the sheet-shaped objects or a sheet-shaped object can be determined.
- Edge detection is part of image processing segmentation that attempts to separate two-dimensional areas in a digital image. Many methods for automatic segmentation are known.
- model-based methods based on a specific form of the objects and texture-based methods in which an internal, homogeneous structure of the objects is also taken into account.
- edge operators should detect the transitions between these areas during edge detection. These transitions are marked as edges. In contrast, however, a single area should also be recognized as such and not be divided by an edge into two parts by a good edge detector.
- An edge detector calculates its corresponding edge image from an image, in which all edges can be seen accordingly. To achieve this, each pixel is reset by a calculation using a matrix.
- edge-oriented methods for segmenting digital images the image is searched for edges or object transitions. Many algorithms do not yet provide closed edges; These must first be combined with other methods to include objects. However, this is often not necessary for determining the position of leaf-shaped objects of known form. Edges often lie between the pixel regions of an image.
- the results of an algorithm may be polygons (or lines), but some operations also provide the edges as differently colored pixels.
- methods such as the Sobel operator and the Laplace operator, as well as a gradient search, pixels belonging to an edge can be found. These are still loose and must be completed with edge-tracking algorithms.
- a popular method of creating a contiguous object silhouette, or at least edge sequences from the edge pixels is the live wire method of the authors E. Möllensen, WA Barrett, and JK Udupa. The idea can be visually compared with a navigation system, which determines an optimal path from the start to the destination. Optimal in the context of segmentation means that the path between start and destination always leads over the strongest edge pixels.
- the optimal routing is then a standard problem of computer science and can be solved, for example, with a breadth first search.
- Another very well-known method is the watershed transformation, which works on grayscale images and always delivers closed edges.
- Other methods include parallel and sequential edge extraction, optimal edge search, the Feltszwalb-Huttenlocher algorithm, Active Shape Models and Snakes.
- At least one lifting device 1, more preferably a vacuum jack 1 is provided which is rotatably mounted on a lifting device 2 about a vertical axis 9 and / or in a horizontal plane 10 ,
- the vertical axis 9 is preferably arranged substantially parallel to the direction of gravity and thus substantially orthogonal to the surfaces of the stored or raised objects.
- the horizontal plane 10 is preferably arranged perpendicular to the vertical axis 9.
- These or further embodiments of the invention preferably have at least one hold-down device 3, through which at least one first object 4 is held while at least one lying over the at least one first object 4 second object 5 is removed.
- a hold-down device 3 preferably mechanical gripping devices, electrostatic holding devices or working with a vacuum or vacuum hold-down come into question.
- Hold-down 3 which is constructively connected to the vacuum generator 1 or with any other lifting device such that this holddown in kinematic reference systems of the vacuum lift does not or at most in the vertical direction moves when the vacuum lift in relation to a stored or horizontal object in horizontal Direction moves.
- the hold-3 is preferably rigidly connected to the vacuum jack 1 or with the other lifting device or at least connected so that a relative movement between the hold-down and the vacuum lift in any case is not possible if the vacuum lift or other lifting devices themselves moved horizontally in relation to a stored or lying object.
- at least one vacuum jack 1 has a plurality of pressure chambers 6.
- Pressure chambers 6 are preferably independent of each other
- Negative pressure acted upon Particularly preferably, the pressure chambers are arranged in the horizontal direction 10 against each other displaceable. This has the advantage that the position of the pressure chambers of the shape of the sheet-shaped object can be adjusted.
- a preferred embodiment of the inventive arrangement has an information technology device 7 for detecting the position of an object 5 to be removed. Also preferably, the inventive arrangement has a
- Information technology device for alignment and / or positioning a lifting device based on the detected by this or other information technology device location of an object to be removed.
- an object to be removed preferably has a camera 7.
- the sheet-shaped objects 4, 5 are preferably rotated against each other, particularly preferably rotated by an angle of about 26 degrees against each other or alternately individually or in groups are stored in two interpenetrating stacks, which are rotated against each other.
- the sheet-like objects can be secured at their ends or edges by limiting elements 17, 18 against unintentional twisting or displacement.
