Claims (16)

  1. Procédé pour rompre et ventiler des piles de matériau (1) de type feuilles, notamment des piles de papier, dans lequel des couches (5) de la pile de matériau sont transportées en vue d'ouvrir en éventail les feuilles (14) à travers un passage (7) d'un dispositif en forme de pince (8), constitué d'une partie supérieure et d'une partie inférieure (10,11) tournant axialement, sachant que le passage est formé par la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure, et que les couches reposant sur la partie inférieure (11) et la partie supérieure (10) reposent sur les couches, caractérisé en ce que les couches (5) sont d'abord guidées vers un élément de guidage (6) tournant axialement, y sont saisies par un dispositif de serrage (12) et sont tirées par le biais de l'élément de guidage (6) suivant un angle oblique vers le bas par rapport à l'horizontale vers le passage adaptable (7) du dispositif en forme de pince (8) et à travers celui-ci sur un dispositif de dépose (4), les couches (5) étant déplacées les unes vers les autres et se rompant et de l'air parvenant entre les feuilles individuelles (14), et en ce qu'à la fin du passage, les couches (5) sont déposées sur le dispositif de dépose (4) par relâchement du serrage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que directement après le passage de la pince de serrage (13) du dispositif de serrage (12) à travers le passage (7), la partie supérieure (10) du dispositif en forme de pince (8) est descendue sur la couche (5).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les couches (5) sont déposées sur le dispositif de dépose (4) dans létat fixé des deux côtés.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la partie supérieure ou la partie inférieure (10 ou 11) du dispositif en forme de pince (8) est entraînée.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les couches (5) sont saisies de la pile de matériau (1) au moyen d'une unité de préhension et sont transportées jusqu'à l'élément de guidage (6) ou par le biais de l'élément de guidage (6) jusqu'au passage (7).
  6. Dispositif pour rompre et ventiler des piles de matériau (1) de type feuilles, notamment des couches de papier (5), constitué au moins d'un dispositif en forme de pince avec une partie supérieure tournant axialement (10) et une partie inférieure tournant également axialement (11), la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure (10,11) formant ensemble un passage (7) adaptable à l'épaisseur de la couche pour permettre le passage des couches et la partie supérieure étant de type rouleau et pouvant être déplacée verticalement, caractérisé en ce qu' un dispositif de serrage (12) pour le serrage au moins unilatéral de la couche est prévu, en ce que la partie supérieure (10) et la partie inférieure (11) du dispositif en forme de pince (8) jusqu'à un élément de guidage (6) réalisé de manière tournant axialement présente un espacement horizontal et vertical et en ce que le dispositif de serrage (12) tire les couches (5) par le biais de l'élément de guidage (6) suivant un angle oblique vers le bas par rapport à l'horizontale jusqu'au passage (7) et à travers celui-ci sur un dispositif de dépose (4) et les dépose sur ce dernier.
  7. Dispositif selon de la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (6) ainsi que la partie inférieure (11) du dispositif en forme de pince (8) sont réalisés en forme de rouleaux.
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure (10, 11) du dispositif en forme de pince (8) sont disposées parallèlement l'une au-dessus de l'autre et sont réalisées de manière à tourner en sens opposés.
  9. Dispositif selon les revendications 7 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (1) est réalisée en forme de bande.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (11) présente un plus grand diamètre que la partie supérieure (10) et se compose d'un matériau élastique.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la partie supérieure ou la partie inférieure (10 ou 11) possède un entraînement et en ce que des deux parties (10, 11) présentent des vitesses périphériques différentes.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (11) es munie d'un revêtement ou se compose d'un matériau, présentant une surface plus molle que la couche (5).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (12) présente une pince de serrage (13) qui est réalisée de manière à pouvoir être déplacée horizontalement et verticalement.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de dépose (4) est un automate vibrant et en ce que le dispositif (3) forme avec l'automate vibrant (4) une unité.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une buse à air est disposée sur le dispositif en forme de pince (8), laquelle souffle de l'air supplémentaire entre les feuilles individuelles (14) de la couche (5).
