Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door for a household appliance for preparing food with a carrier part.
  • doors which are provided for closing a cooking chamber of a household appliance for preparing food
  • these have a plurality of plate-like door panes.
  • an outer door pane and an inner door pane formed parallel to and spaced apart from it are usually provided.
  • the inner door pane is positioned closer to the cooking space when the door is closed.
  • doors are also designed which, in addition to these two door panes mentioned, have at least one further intermediate door pane, which is positioned parallel to and at a distance from the inner door pane of the intermediate door pane.
  • Such a structure of several door panes is intended on the one hand to prevent the thermal energy generated in the cooking space from escaping to the outside, on the other hand to ensure that the outer door pane does not heat up undesirably, so that it is still possible for the outer door pane to be touched without any problems .
  • Doors constructed in this way can also be dismantled into their individual parts for cleaning purposes or other assembly work.
  • the door inner pane is arranged with a non-positive locking mechanism. This is made up of two bolts glued to the inner pane, which are pressed into two clips that are anchored in a cross strut.
  • the locking forces are with subject to very high tolerances, as the bolt-clip system depends on several parameters, for example the surfaces, the geometry and possible contamination. Dismantling is therefore user-unfriendly in specific situations and may require a lot of effort.
  • the EP 1 030 116 A2 discloses an oven with an appliance door with an inner pane and an outer pane. Extruded profiles running in parallel are fixed on the outer pane.
  • the inner pane has an upper and a lower cross profile. The upper transverse profile can be pivoted and the lower transverse profile is detachably arranged on the extruded profiles.
  • the DE 101 63 150 A1 discloses an appliance door, preferably for an oven, in which an inner pane is connected to upper and lower retaining strips.
  • the upper retaining bar here forms a bearing around which the inner pane can be rotated.
  • the lower retaining bar is releasably held in one position by means of a bolt with a spring element.
  • the object of the present invention is to create a door for a household appliance for preparing food, which allows a more user-friendly dismantling process.
  • a door according to the invention for a household appliance for preparing food comprises a locking device which is designed to receive a hook arranged on the door pane in a locking manner.
  • the locking device is integrated into the carrier part.
  • Such a configuration, with which a one-piece design is realized significantly reduces the number of components.
  • position tolerances between the components can be avoided. This also enables the components to be positioned reliably over the long term.
  • the carrier part is also made of plastic.
  • a material design made of plastic is advantageous since the entire carrier part can be implemented as an injection-molded part, for example.
  • This specific material design also results in a very lightweight component, which in the case of complex doors with a plurality of door panes leads to a weight reduction of the door.
  • the locking device is designed in such a way that a form-fitting reception of the hook and thus a form-fitting locking is achieved.
  • Positive locking results in a significantly improved feel with regard to the perceptibility of the user when locking and unlocking.
  • the dismantling and assembly of the components of the door can thus be carried out more safely and easier to understand with regard to the final state actually achieved during dismantling. This has significant advantages over a non-positive locking mechanism.
  • the locking device has an actuating element which is arranged in one piece on a base carrier of the carrier part and can be moved relative to the base carrier.
  • an actuating element which is arranged in one piece on a base carrier of the carrier part and can be moved relative to the base carrier.
  • the actuating element is connected to a locking bracket which is deformable as a function of the movement of the actuating element.
  • the actuating element is integrally connected to the locking bracket.
  • the locking bracket is positioned in such a way that it is not accessible from the outside and cannot be actuated directly by a user, but rather the actuating element is positioned in front of it and only this can be touched. Since the actuating element is coupled to the locking bracket, the movement of the actuating element is transmitted to the locking bracket and the locked state with the hook is thereby released.
  • the locking bracket is bent in a U-shape.
  • the operating element and the locking bracket are coupled in the form of a cracking frog principle.
  • a certain maximum point of force application is provided on the actuation path, so that when this is exceeded there is also a haptic feedback about the correspondingly released or locked state of the locking device.
  • a particularly reliable and securely perceptible possibility of assembly and disassembly is thereby achieved.
  • the operating element or the actuating element and the locking bracket are connected to the base support at two different points.
  • the coupled mechanical operating principle between these two components can be implemented in a particularly noteworthy manner.
  • the two points at which the actuating element on the one hand and the locking bracket on the other hand are connected to the base support are arranged in a straight line that corresponds to the Actuation travel of the actuator corresponds.
  • the force can thus be transmitted in a correspondingly preferred manner without undesired force peaks occurring;
  • the linear actuation travel can also be carried out in a particularly precise and continuous manner and transmitted via the actuation element. The particularly smooth and continuous release of the locking via the locking bracket is thereby achieved.
  • the locking bracket has a bridge-shaped web, at the front end of which an engagement element is arranged which is wider than the web which, in the locked state, is designed to engage the hook of the door pane.
  • a specific shape of the locking bracket favors the smooth deformability when the actuating element is actuated and, on the other hand, also ensures a solid and mechanically stable locking state with the hook due to the correspondingly arranged and shaped engagement element.
  • the bridge-shaped configuration of such a web also realizes an embodiment that is as material-saving as possible.
  • the actuating element is plate-shaped and is pivotably arranged on a first edge on the base support, and two connecting webs are formed on an opposite second edge, which are connected to the locking bracket, in particular an engagement element of the locking bracket.
  • the actuating element can thus be implemented in a very flat and space-saving manner and, thanks to its size, enables reliable actuation by a user with a finger or the like.
  • a very precise transmission of movement to the locking bracket can also take place.
  • the base carrier of the carrier part has a centering element on at least one side adjacent to the actuating element, with which a position centering of the hook can be generated.
  • a position centering can be carried out before the actual locking, so that the above-mentioned advantages with regard to avoiding jamming or expansion are further enhanced.
  • the centering element is designed as a web which extends laterally between the actuating element and the locking bracket.
  • a certain stiffening strut is generated on the base support, which just allows movement of the actuating element and the locking bracket, but on the other hand, twisting of the base support is prevented. This is particularly favored by the aforementioned specific exposed position of a centering element.
  • the centering element has a Y-shaped receptacle for the hook.
  • a funnel-like inlet is thus initially generated, so that the hook does not initially have to be introduced with very high positional accuracy, but rather self-positioning can also be achieved, as it were, through the Y-shaped introduction. If the hook has then entered the lower area of the Y-shape, a correspondingly precise position centering is guaranteed. This also achieves a very exact position for the subsequent locking process, so that the locked state is also achieved here in a very targeted and precise manner, without preventing the engagement element of the locking bracket from moving or possibly not being able to snap into the hook.
  • the base support has a movable ejector element, which is designed as a function of the actuation of the actuating element and the release of the lock to lift the door pane from the mounted end position.
  • the ejector element is designed to automatically lift this door pane when the locked state is released.
  • the ejector element is preferably designed as a cylindrical socket, which thus has a mechanically stable and highly resilient shape and, on the other hand, rests over a large area on the inside of the door pane and thus the force that occurs when it is lifted is distributed over the largest possible area, namely the top of the cylinder.
  • undesired force peaks on the door pane can be avoided, which is particularly advantageous in the case of glass panes or glass-like materials in order to be able to protect them from undesired wear, such as scratching or the like.
  • the ejector element is positioned pretensioned by a spring.
  • This preload is designed in particular such that in the locked state the ejector element is pressed into its end position against the spring force by the adjacent door pane and the spring is thus preloaded. If the locked state of the locking device is then released and the door pane can move backwards or upwards, this is done automatically via the spring-preloaded state of the ejector element, in that the spring moves into the unstressed state, thus pushing the ejector element outwards and this then the door glass lifts.
  • the base support preferably has an outer wall which is curved in some areas and is drawn downwards towards the front and through which an air guiding wall for targeted air guidance is formed.
  • an air guiding wall for targeted air guidance is formed.
  • two household appliances are positioned directly one above the other in the vertical direction, for example two ovens are arranged in an add-on wall.
  • Such a shaping and generation of an air duct ensures that hot air exiting from the upper oven is not directed downwards to the handle of the door of the lower oven, but rather, due to this specific shape, no turbulent flows occur which are directed towards the handle of the the lower oven. Rather, through this air baffle and the resulting targeted air flow, the hot air of the upper oven is directed horizontally forwards or slightly upwards on this underside or the lower area.
  • the outer wall has a shape which is then slightly bent upwards again on the front side, so that a shape similar to one half of a Venturi nozzle is formed.
  • the carrier part is designed to receive only one hook which is arranged, in particular glued, on an inside of the door pane.
  • two such hooks in particular structurally identical hooks, are formed on opposite sides, in particular in the lower region of the inner door pane.
  • a separate carrier part is formed and arranged for each such hook.
  • the carrier part is designed as an elongated strut in which two separate locking devices are already integrated, one being designed to receive one of the hooks in each case.
  • the carrier part is preferably screwed into door profiles arranged next to it by means of two screws and fastened thereto.
  • the door profiles are elongated components which are oriented vertically when the door is closed and are provided to accommodate the inner door pane and an at least one intermediate door pane that may be present.
  • the door profiles are arranged, in particular glued, on the inside of the outer door pane.
  • the carrier part which is designed in particular as a transverse strut and extends over the entire area between the door profiles, is then arranged in the lower region of the outer door pane.
  • the locking device functions as a carrier for one or more sealing elements. This enables a multifunctional design to be achieved.
  • the carrier part is designed in particular to accommodate the inner door pane.
  • at least one intermediate door pane is also received and held locked by the carrier part.
  • the form-fitting connection consisting of the hook and the resilient locking is designed inversely.
  • the locking device as such is rigid and the hook is designed to be resilient.
  • a hook is designed as an angle element which is arranged on an inside of the door pane. With the portion of the angle element protruding downwards or from the inside of the door pane, a hole or a recess is formed, into which the engagement element of the locking bracket engages to produce the locking state.
  • the carrier part is preferably designed as a one-piece cross strut which extends over the entire width of the door pane between two profiles.
  • This is advantageous in that an improved support is achieved with regard to the introduction of force into the adjacent door profiles.
  • the introduction of force from glued angle elements via the lock into the adjoining door components takes place with a minimal lever arm on a stop that is integrated into the carrier part.
  • This stop is provided as close as possible to a connection point of the cross strut or the carrier part to a door profile.
  • the door profile usually has a relatively narrow plate-like web, to which the carrier part is then screwed. As this proximity of the stop to this connection point is formed, a very small lever arm is generated, so that practically no bending occurs when forces act on this connection point.
  • the invention also relates to a door for a household appliance for preparing food, which door has an inner door pane and an outer door pane.
  • the door also comprises a support part according to the invention or an advantageous one Design of it.
  • the carrier part is arranged on an inside of the outer door pane and is designed to receive at least the inner door pane. It is preferably provided that the carrier part is arranged in the lower region of the outer door pane and is designed as a cross strut.
