Definitions

  • the invention relates to a building opening shading device, for example a vertical awning or a roller shutter, which has a winding shaft driven by tubular motor, according to the preamble of claim 9, and a tubular motor cable drum therefor, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the winding shaft at its end remote from the tubular motor with a resilient provided extension piston such as the European Patent EP 1 746 244 B1 can be seen.
  • a resilient provided extension piston such as the European Patent EP 1 746 244 B1
  • the winding shaft this is initially recognized with its resiliently received end to the associated receptacle, for example on a visor of a winding shaft box obliquely and then brought under pressure and concomitant shortening of their length in the horizontal position, where they then with their tubular motor end, ie is placed with the engine head of the tubular motor to the associated receptacle, normally on the opposite visor, under the action of spring force of the resilient end.
  • the disassembly runs accordingly in reverse order.
  • the spring travel must therefore be large enough that for installation and removal of the plug sufficient space in the axial direction between the compressed winding shaft and the visor cap is present.
  • the insertion and removal of the power supply in tight installation spaces designed by nature, while also compressing the winding shaft and the plug connection must be solved, so that normally two fitters are necessary for this operation.
  • the international patent application WO 86/02970 A1 shows a housing surrounding the stationary engine head of a winding shaft drive motor, which simultaneously serves as a bearing for the engine head on a side cover.
  • a power supply cable is inserted, which leads from an external limit switch to the internal motor.
  • a tubular motor cable drum is provided for the supply cable or for receiving a cable section of one or more connected to the motor head cable, which is suitable for arrangement in the region of the engine head and one or more turns or even a partial turn of the with the local and rotatably supported on the building side supported motor head connected supply cable.
  • the building opening shading device which may in particular be a vertical awning or else a roller shutter, in the region of that end face of the tubular motor provided as a winding shaft motor to which the tubular motor mounted a stationary and rotationally fixed to an associated building-side holding part motor head having, arranged with a portion of the cable connected to the motor head cable tubular motor cable drum according to the invention arranged.
  • the tubular motor cable drum according to the invention further comprises two circumferential winding portion laterally enclosing annular disc sections for guiding the accommodated cable section.
  • a cable inlet according to the invention provided on the tubular motor cable drum, through which coming from the engine head cable between the annular disc sections on the tubular motor Cable drum or its winding section can be performed.
  • the cable inlet may be provided at various locations, for example by a cylindrical or conical wall forming an inner circumferential surface on the one side and the winding section on the other. If a direct cable routing on the outside of the tubular motor cable drum in the region of the annular portion facing the tubular motor is not possible from the motor head side connector, through the opening formed by the cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the tubular motor cable trommel and then through one in the side part facing Ring disc section provided cable passage gap therethrough.
  • a gap is formed through which the cable coming from the tubular motor head plugged and then wound with the appropriate cable section on the winding section of the tubular motor cable drum. If the cable inlet is designed accordingly narrow, he can simultaneously a function described below as a strain relief for the engine head side plug connection Fill take-up shaft assembly.
  • the wound on the tubular motor cable drum section of the cable can serve as a facilitating the assembly cable reserve. If the winding shaft with the integrated tubular motor taken out of their building side storage on the engine head, for example, by the above-described pressure on the other, advantageously spring-trained end of the winding shaft, so wound on the tubular motor cable drum cable section unwind until the winding shaft in an inclined position arrives, in which they with their other, the engine head end remote in the associated storage, eg hangs on the box side part, however, depends with its connected to the cable and the engine head end having out of the box inside or out of a drive bay, so that the fitter the front side of the engine head and thus advantageously provided there connector connection is easily accessible.
  • the cable reserve wound onto the tubular motor cable reel ensures that during the operation of the building opening shading device, no loose-hanging cable rubs against the moving parts or gets caught.
  • the tubular motor cable drum could theoretically be arranged eccentrically to the tubular motor or winding shaft axis, or even with an axis not aligned with the tubular motor or winding shaft axis. Due to the cramped installation conditions in modern building opening shading devices, for which the cable drum according to the invention is mainly provided, it is advantageous if the tubular motor cable drum is provided for arrangement with the axis of the winding shaft axis, so that the tubular motor cable drum be either externally peripheral side mounted on the tubular motor can or can be arranged in the axial extension of the tubular motor head between the engine head and the side panel or the side panel or any other, provided for supporting the winding shaft, building-fixed part.
  • tubular motor cable drum could be formed integrally with the motor head of the tubular motor.
  • subject of the invention would extend to a tube motor cable reel unit incorporating the tube motor.

  • the tubular motor cable drum is designed as a separate component.
  • the tubular motor cable drum does not have to be firmly connected to the engine head or the side panel or the hood, as long as it is ensured that the engine head can be supported against rotation on the side part and the cable drum is not exposed to entrainment by the winding shaft in the direction of rotation is.
  • tubular motor cable drum on means for stationary and rotationally fixed mounting on the engine head.
  • means for stationary and rotationally fixed support on the associated side part of the building side mounted winding shaft receptacle may be provided.
  • tubular motor cable drum is combined with the motor head to form a one-piece structural unit or fixed in place and rotationally fixed, it is advantageous if the motor head is supported via the tubular motor cable drum on the associated building-side holding part, so if the tubular motor cable drum means has for stationary and rotationally fixed support of the engine head. Incidentally, this also applies if the tubular motor cable drum is provided as a separate component.
  • tubular motor cable drum is integrated into the side cap or the hood or attached to the visor cap, it is on the other hand advantageous if it has the means by which the engine head can be supported on the building side.
  • tubular motor cable drum in the axial direction together with the winding shaft peelable and connected to the motor head that dissolves when moving the tubular motor in the axial direction, the connection of the tubular motor cable drum with the side panel and not the connection of the tubular motor cable drum with the motor head, so this is exactly what is achieved.
  • the tubular motor cable drum when removing the winding shaft act as a cable strain relief for the plug connection to the engine head of the tubular motor.
  • the tubular motor cable reel may also include an additional cable brake for the cable, such as a component attached thereto through which the cable passes with narrow radii.
  • the winding shaft is then removed with its engine head end from the associated building-side recording, even then no train on the plug on the engine head, if the installer does not hold the winding shaft. If a corresponding strain relief or a suitably robust connection point is provided at an end opposite the motor head side plug, the installer can even deliberately use the cable to hold the winding shaft during deflation. But instead of the cable drum side strain relief could also be a correspondingly robust executed plug connection may be provided on the engine head to replace the cable or in this way for ease of assembly.
