Definitions

  • the invention relates to a building opening shading device such as a roller shutter or a vertical awning, and a bearing arrangement for mounting a motor-side end of a winding shaft of the building opening shading device on a side wall of a winding shaft box according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • German patent application DE 195 22 622 A1 shows a motor mounting for the motor-side end of a winding shaft, in which a radially insertable locking split pin serves to fix a bearing stub protruding from the end of the winding shaft in a holding plate in a rotational and axial manner.
  • a radially insertable locking split pin serves to fix a bearing stub protruding from the end of the winding shaft in a holding plate in a rotational and axial manner.
  • two openings arranged at a 90 ° angle to one another and running radially through the bearing socket are provided for the securing bolt, and a corresponding, horizontally extending insert is provided on the holding plate on the side part. Due to the spring attached to it, the split pin is biased into its locked position.
  • the holding plate with the bearing holder for the bearing socket of the winding shaft and the insert for the safety pin is located on the rear side of the side part facing away from the winding shaft.
  • This area is generally inaccessible in the case of generic building opening shading devices, so that the in the DE 195 22 622 A1
  • the arrangement shown is more suitable for roller doors that are easily accessible in the side area, that is, building opening closure devices or for freely accessible awnings, than for building opening shading devices of the generic type with a winding shaft box that is usually to be accommodated in an installation space provided on site.
  • Such building opening shading devices e.g. Roller shutters or vertical awnings also frequently have a motor-driven winding shaft, the motor being designed as a tubular motor.
  • the motor must be supported in a rotationally fixed manner on the inside of the associated side part with its end protruding from the winding shaft.
  • the motor was screwed or otherwise fastened to the associated side part of the roller shutter box via a corresponding adapter plate and the like attached to the motor front end.
  • the European patent application EP 1 568 844 A1 shows a round bearing shell which can be plugged onto a winding shaft end, which can be inserted into a corresponding recess in a box side part and fixed there against axial pulling out and against rotation.
  • the round bearing shell has on the circumferential side radially outwardly projecting engagement tabs which are engaged behind by a locking piece which can move radially to the shaft below the shaft receptacle on the side part, provided that the locking piece is in its locking position.
  • the locking piece has an arcuate section which faces the bearing shell and on which project in the radial direction of the shaft axis the rear engagement tabs on the bearing shell protruding projections which engage in the locking position of the locking piece between the rear handle tabs of the bearing shell and thus the bearing shell and the attached thereto Set the winding shaft so that it cannot rotate.
  • two spring legs are formed in a Y-shape, which come into contact with corresponding wall sections on the shaft receptacle when the locking piece is pulled out of its locking position, and thereby pretension the locking piece into its locking position.
  • this arrangement is relatively complex, both in terms of the individual parts and their assembly.
  • German patent application DE 10 2011 000 228 A1 shows such a, bayonet-type mounting of the motor-side winding shaft end on the box side part, in which the rotary locking mechanism consists of a locking piece, which is inserted from below into a bolt receptacle provided radially to the shaft axis on the shaft holder and the motor-side adapter plate.
  • This revision locking piece can be removed for inspection purposes so that the winding shaft can be freely rotated in the shaft holder at the motor end even when the motor is blocked.
  • the European patent application EP 3 216 971 A1 also shows a bayonet-type mounting of the motor-side winding shaft end on the box side part, with the radially insertable locking bolt being pretensioned into its anti-rotation position via a locking spring, which at the same time hangs the bolt captively on the motor shaft.
  • the installation of the winding shaft is quite difficult, because the retaining tabs on the motor-side adapter disk must first be inserted into the retaining tabs in a round shaft mount before the bayonet lock is closed by turning the adapter disk in the shaft mount can be.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a bearing arrangement for the motor-side end of a winding shaft or a building opening shading device with a winding shaft mounted in this way, which is reliable, structurally simple and easy to assemble in the case of a small size in the direction of the winding shaft, and easy to solve in the event of maintenance of the anti-rotation lock allowed from the inside of the winding shaft box.
  • a generic bearing arrangement for mounting a winding shaft of a building opening shading device with its motor-side shaft end on an end side wall of a winding shaft box has a bearing pin provided on the inside of the box on the side wall and an adapter disk which can be fastened on the end side to the motor-side shaft end.
  • the adapter disk has a central recess for sliding onto the bearing journal and an outer circumferential surface with cylindrical segment-shaped and / or flat sections which are constant or taper in the direction away from the side wall.
  • a locking bolt of the generic type is provided, which is displaceable between an anti-rotation position and an anti-rotation position, the locking bolt in its anti-rotation position fixing the adapter disc in a rotationally fixed manner on the side wall and allowing the adapter disc to rotate in the anti-rotation position.
  • the adapter disk has at least one first latch contact surface on the outer circumference side for the securing latch and the side wall has a second latch contact surface, the first latch contact surface and in a predetermined angular position of the adapter disk, the locking rotational position and the second bolt contact surface runs parallel to one another with a distance from one another that limits a bolt insertion space for the securing bolt.
  • the first bolt contact surface secant-like forms a section of the outer peripheral surface of the adapter plate. This means that in the case of a circular outer circumferential surface, the first latching contact surface runs on a bowstring in a recess opposite the circular outer circumferential surface.
  • the first locking contact surface on an arch chord runs opposite a cylindrical surface conceived by the radially outermost points of the outer circumferential surface.
  • the locking bolt is in its rotationally secure position in the insertion space and is pulled out of the bolt insertion space in its rotational release position.
  • the bearing arrangement according to the invention proves to be cheap because the bolt insertion space and the locking bolt located therein are easily accessible and the The direction in which the locking bolt is to be moved between the anti-rotation position and the rotation-release position can be easily handled from the inspection opening.
  • the second bolt contact surface is provided on the front side wall of the winding shaft box
  • this can also be provided on an adjacent jacket profile of the winding shaft box, for example on a base plate or a cloth guide profile, in a region of the adjacent jacket profile adjacent to the front box wall.
  • the building opening shading device that is to say in particular a vertical awning or a roller shutter, has a motor-driven winding shaft and a winding shaft box supporting the winding shaft, the motor-side winding shaft end having a bearing arrangement of the above designated type is supported.
  • the winding shaft box is preferably designed such that it can be opened from the inside of the building for inspection purposes.
  • the securing bolt can be designed to be relatively voluminous, but at the same time geometrically simple, so that on the one hand it can be manufactured inexpensively and on the other hand it can be easily operated. If the two bolt contact surfaces are completely parallel in the locked rotational position, relatively high manufacturing tolerances can be used in the manufacture of the locking bolt and the adapter plate, since there is little or no clamping and the locking bolt therefore reliably moves out of its seat in the anti-rotation position the rotation release position can be shifted.
  • first and the second reigel contact surface should run parallel to one another is not to be understood as meaning that this must be exactly parallel. Rather, deviations of a few degrees, for example up to 10 °, would also be conceivable, in which case the securing bolt would then have to have a corresponding wedge shape.
  • the second locking contact surface is preferably arranged below the adapter disc, the locking rotational position of the adapter disc corresponding to a rotational position in which the first locking contact surface is located on an underside of the adapter disc.
  • the bolt insertion space and thus also the locking bolt are therefore also below the adapter disc and thus in an area that is relatively easy to access during the inspection, provided that the inspection opening of the winding shaft box is located on the side facing the building on a vertical side wall of the winding shaft box.
  • the winding shaft box advantageously has a vertical side wall facing the interior of the building, which is removable or has an inspection flap or an inspection cover.
  • the bolt insertion space and thus the second bolt contact surface, but also the first bolt contact surface, if the adapter disk is in its locking rotational position, advantageously extends approximately along a horizontal direction, so that the securing bolt can be inserted into the bolt insertion space in an at least substantially horizontal direction or can be pulled out of it.
  • the bolt can be moved in the direction perpendicular to the winding shaft axis, that is to the back of the box and away from it.
  • the bolt insertion space can extend correspondingly perpendicular to the winding shaft axis. It is also advantageous in terms of good accessibility from the inspection opening on the vertical inner wall of the box if the direction of the bolt pull-out and thus the bolt insertion space is slightly inclined to the horizontal, for example 15 °, namely inclined upwards towards the inside of the building.
  • the first bolt contact surface can extend as a concave groove or on the bottom of a U-shaped longitudinal groove, for example, in the direction in which the locking bolt is inserted into or withdrawable from the bolt insertion space.
  • the adapter disk can also be additionally fixed against displacement in the axial direction of the winding shaft via the securing bolt.
  • the adapter disk has a plurality of first locking contact surfaces distributed over its circumference, so that the adapter disk can be fixed in a plurality of rotational positions on the side wall.
  • the end position of the unwound curtain can also be adjusted via the bearing arrangement of the motor-side end of the winding shaft take place in relatively small steps, since several adjustable anti-rotation positions are provided per revolution of the adapter disk.
  • a locking spring is also advantageously provided which, in its locking position, locks the locking bolt in its rotationally locking position and releases it in its release position.
  • the locking spring can be attached to the side wall or an adjacent jacket profile of the winding shaft box.
  • the locking spring and locking bolt are advantageously two separate components. In this way, a suitable material can be selected for each of the two components.
  • the overall voluminous locking latch can, for example, consist of plastic at low cost, whereas the locking spring can be designed as a leaf spring made of metal.
  • the securing spring can have a leaf spring section protruding into the interior of the box in the locking position and pressing with its free end against the locking bar, which can be pressed from the inside of the box against the front side wall in order to move the locking spring from its locking position into its release position and pulling out the locking bar to allow or allow the latch insertion space.
  • the securing bolt can have an elongated hole which extends in the direction in which the securing bolt can be inserted into or withdrawn from the bolt insertion space. The elongated hole can then be penetrated by at least one fastening screw or a corresponding hook or bolt in order to slidably fix the locking bar on the front side wall or the adjacent casing profile.
  • the securing bolt also has an engagement section on which a user can engage by hand or with a tool to move the securing bolt.
  • the engagement section can be designed, for example, in the form of two tabs projecting downward from the securing bolt and spaced apart, which are suitable, for example, for attaching a screwdriver.
  • the adapter disk has two first locking contact surfaces which run in the direction of parallel secants and which are located on the top and bottom of the adapter disk in the locked rotational position of the adapter disk.
  • the first bolt contact surface located on the underside of the adapter disc can then serve to limit the installation space for the bolt, whereas a storm supply and / or control line leading to the winding shaft motor can be routed via the first bolt contact surface located on the top of the adapter disc.
  • the two first latching contact surfaces advantageously each extend as a concave channel or on the bottom of a U-shaped longitudinal groove, for example, in a parallel secant direction, so that not only does the motor-side adapter plate and thus the winding shaft secure against axial displacement of the winding shaft, but also that Cable to the winding shaft motor can be inserted in a kind of cable duct.
  • a cable separation point is provided at which a power supply and / or control line section leading from the cable separation point to the winding shaft motor is interruptibly connected to a power supply and / or control line section leading to the cable separation point.
  • a plug connection can serve as the cable separation point, whereby it would be conceivable to connect the two line sections directly to one another and to fix the plug connection or luster terminal on the box or on the inside of the box arranged plug on the one hand for the line section leading from the cable separation point to the winding shaft motor and on the other hand for the line point leading to the cable separation point to provide leading line section.
  • the bearing journal onto which the winding shaft is pushed with its motor-side end or the adapter disk attached to the motor-side shaft end, can expediently be designed as a bearing collar pressed into the end-side wall.
  • the building opening shading device according to the invention or advantageously developed thus has a bearing arrangement with the features according to the invention or the features of an advantageous development described above in order to support the motor-side end of its winding shaft on a box side part in a rotationally fixed manner.
  • the winding shaft has at its other end remote from the motor an axially displaceable, in particular resilient bearing pin, so that the winding shaft can be telescoped there for assembly or disassembly.
  • the Figures 1 to 4 show a vertical awning, wherein the winding shaft and the curtain has been omitted, in the order of the dismantling steps to remove the winding shaft when the motor is blocked.
