Claims (6)
- Encarteuse-piqueuse dévolue à des produits d'impression assemblés, dotée de plusieurs têtes d'agrafage conçues pour agrafer lesdits produits d'impression, lesdites têtes d'agrafage étant respectivement constituées de plusieurs groupes structurels (1-6, 12, 13) et présentant une forme allongée, la zone d'expulsion des agrafes (8) occupant une position excentrée par rapport à un axe médian longitudinal (7) de la tête d'agrafage (20),
caractérisée par le fait
que ladite encarteuse-piqueuse comprend au moins deux têtes d'agrafage (20, 120), lesdites têtes d'agrafage (20, 120) incluant les groupes structurels suivants, réalisés avec inversion spéculaire : sectionneurs (2, 102) de fil métallique, profileurs (3, 103) de fil métallique, pousse-agrafes (4, 104), boîtiers (5, 105), leviers de commande (12, 112) associés auxdits sectionneurs de fil métallique, outils de cintrage (13, 113) ; et par le fait qu'au moins trois, parmi ces groupes structurels, présentent en soi un agencement asymétrique et sont réalisés avec inversion spéculaire par rapport aux groupes structurels similaires de l'autre tête d'agrafage considérée. - Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée par le fait
qu'au moins deux groupes en succession mutuelle, comptant chacun deux têtes d'agrafage (20, 120), sont disposés sur ladite encarteuse-piqueuse, le premier groupe comportant deux têtes d'agrafage (20) similaires, et le second groupe comportant deux têtes d'agrafage (120) agencées avec inversion spéculaire par rapport aux têtes d'agrafage (20) dudit premier groupe, de manière que les têtes d'agrafage (20) mutuellement limitrophes dans ledit premier groupe, et celles (120) dudit second groupe, soient limitrophes les unes des autres de façon telle que leur zone d'expulsion, destinée aux agrafes (8), présente les distances respectivement moindres par rapport à une paroi extérieure du boîtier d'une tête d'agrafage (figure 4b). - Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée par le fait
qu'un ou plusieurs groupe(s) structurel(s) en succession mutuelle, comptant chacun deux têtes d'agrafage (20, 120), est (sont) disposé(s) sur ladite encarteuse-piqueuse, au moins un groupe comportant deux têtes d'agrafage (20, 120) agencées avec inversion spéculaire (figure 4a). - Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée par le fait
que les têtes d'agrafage traitent, de préférence, des agrafes d'une largeur de dos d'au moins 14 mm, l'espacement minimal des zones d'expulsion d'agrafes mesurant 36 mm, ou moins, entre deux têtes d'agrafage (20,120) agencées avec inversion spéculaire. - Utilisation de l'encarteuse-piqueuse conforme aux revendications 2 et 4, pour produire des brochages à agrafage double avec espacement entre agrafes représentant au moins la largeur des têtes d'agrafage, ou au-delà, pour une largeur de format de 68 à 82 mm en double pose.
- Utilisation de l'encarteuse-piqueuse conforme aux revendications 3 et 4, pour produire des brochages à agrafage double avec espacement de 25 à 40 mm entre agrafes, pour une largeur de format de 72 mm au maximum.
