Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Wirkkörper (1) zur Aufnahme von Subkörpern (5), gekennzeichnet durch eine vorwiegend kugelförmige Form, bestehend aus einer Hülle (2), in die Subkörper (5) hinein und/oder hindurch ragen, und einem Kern (3), der zur Aufnahme zumindest der Subkörper (5) dient. Dazu weist die Hülle (2) mehrere Löcher (4) zur Aufnahme der Subkörper (5) auf. Bevorzugt wird die Hülle (2) durch eine Hohlkugel gebildet. Auch der Kern (3) besitzt mehrere Löcher (7) zur Aufnahme bzw. Halterung der Subkörper (5). Insbesondere der Kern (3) hat eine Öffnung oder Durchführung (12) zur Aufnahme der Zünder und der Verzögerung(en), die ihrerseits über Verbindungen (8) mit den Subkörpern (5) funktional verbunden sind. Ein an der Schnittstelle zum Kern (3) eingebundenes Mittel (10) bewirkt, dass der jeweilige Subkörper (5) aus der Halterung (7) im Kern (3) getrieben wird.

Description

BESCHREIBUNG
KUGELFÖRMIGER TRÄGERWURFKÖRPER BZW. TRÄGERWIRKKÖRPER
Die Erfindung beschäftigt sich mit einem kugeligen Wirkkörper, der nach Ausbringen in näherer Distanz, beispielsweise per Hand, darin befindliche Subkörper freigibt. Dabei kann es sich im Subkörper um Substanzen handeln wie Reizstoffe und / oder Mittel zum Erzeugen von Blitz-und Knalleffekten sowie Nebel als auch von Farbrauch etc.
Bei der aktiven Beeinflussung von größeren als auch kleineren Menschengruppen werden nichtletale Mittel, wie beispielsweise der Einsatz von Reizstoffen, bevorzugt. Reizstoffe können dabei CS, CN, Capsaicin etc. sein. Ebenfalls werden pyrotechnische Sätze oder ähnliche Wirkmittel in die Nähe eines Zieles gebracht. Wichtig ist, dass die Wirkmittel selbst nur in einem begrenzten Raum sowie zeitlich begrenzt wirken.
Diverse Wurf- bzw. Irritationskörper dieser Art zeigen die DE 10 2008 058 776 A1 , DE 10 2004 059 991 B4 oder DE 199 44 486 C2 auf. Derartige Irritationskörper ähneln meist der Form einer Handgranate und weisen einen zylinderförmigen Behälter mit mehreren Abteilen für Wirk- bzw. Effektivladungen, wie z. B. Knall- und / oder Blitzladungen, auf. Die Effektladungen werden mit Hilfe einer manuell betätigbaren Zündeinrichtung gezündet und danach durch Wurf verbracht.
Alternative Varianten sind das Verschießen der Wirkmittel mittels einer Waffe oder eines Wurfgerätes in Richtung Ziel, insbesondere dann, wenn die Wurfdistanz einer Person zum Ziel zu groß ist. Bekannte Ausführungen als Träger sind hierbei Bombetten. Eine Bombette ist in der Praxis ein starrer zylindrisch geformter Feuerwerkskörper aus Pappe oder fest gewickeltem oder umschnürtem Papier. Sie können einen Durchmesser von ca. 1 ,5 bis 6cm besitzen. Im Gegensatz zu Feuerwerks- Bomben verfügen Bombetten jedoch über keinen eigenen Ausstoß bzw. keine Treibladung. Sie werden aus einem Gestell mit Rohren, Aluminium oder Kunststoff, und mit separater Ausstoßladung verschossen. Beim Abschuss wird in der Regel ein Verzögerungszünder entzündet, der seinerseits eine Zerlegeladung zündet. Durch diese wird der Effektsatz gezündet und verteilt. Mit einer Bombette werden zudem Applikationen ausgebracht, die häufig der nichtletalen Wirkung dienen und Personen etc. nur irritieren sollen. Bekannte Einsätze dieser Art sind beispielsweise Polizeieinsätze mit Demonstranten. Dabei werden Wirkkörper mittels (Spezial-)Waffen verschossen, die beispielsweise bei Reizstoffpatronen jeweils eine bestimmt Menge Wirkstoff, wie CS oder CN enthalten, die im Zielgebiet freigesetzt werden. Verbracht werden aber auch Wirkkörper wie ein Gummiball, Gummischrott, Gummiwucht, Farbmarkierer etc.
Die Erfindung stellt sich daher die Aufgabe, einen Wurfkörper bzw. insbesondere geworfenen Wirkkörper aufzuzeigen, dessen Reichweite erhöht wird.
Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch den Patentanspruch 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen finden sich in den entsprechenden Unteransprüchen wieder.
Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zu Grunde, dass es vorteilhaft sein kann, wenn der Wirk- bzw. Wurfkörper eine Kugelform aufweist, da diese Form selbst einen kleineren Luftwiederstand aufbaut, als ein zylindrischer Behälter.
Kugelformen diverser Anwendungen selbst werden hinreichend im Stand der Technik genutzt.
Aus der DE 34 00 955 A1 ist bereits eine Kugelmine bekannt, die mit Auflagepunkt- und Rollbewegungssensor zur Bekämpfung von Bodenzielen ausgestattet ist. Die Kugelmine wird durch Impulstriebwerke auf der Bodenoberfläche bewegt, wobei der Schub für die Fortbewegung parallel zu Bodenfläche erfolgt.
Einen als Waffenträger bezeichneten rollfähigen Körper, insbesondere für die Annäherung von Spreng- oder Hohlladungen an Bodenzielen, beschreibt die DE 35 35 337 A1. Dieser weist Antriebsmittel zur Erzeugung eines Antriebsmomentes um seine Rollachse und zur Erzeugung eines Lenkmomentes um seine Hochachse auf. Weitere Einrichtungen sind die zur Bestimmung bzw. Steuerung seiner Fahrtrichtung sowie die zum Zünden. Einen Irritationskörper bevorzugt in Kugelform offenbart auch die DE 102 59 913 A1. Dieser wird vorzugsweise per Hand verbracht, um dann in einer Abfolge hochbeschleunigter Rollbewegungen in zufällige Richtungen mittels integrierter Impulstriebwerke versetzt zu werden. Eine Vorrichtung mit einer kontrollierbaren explosiven Oberfläche wird durch die US 4,799,666 A vermittelt.
Die eigene Erfindung zeichnet sich dagegen dadurch aus, dass der Wirk- bzw. Wurfkörper aus einer Hülle und einem Kern besteht. Die Hülle weist mehrere Löcher bzw. Öffnungen zur Aufnahme von Subkörpern sowie jeweils ein Loch zur Verbindung des Subkörpers mit dem Kern auf. Die Hülle besitzt bevorzugt eine elastisch verformbare Außenfläche. Diese kann die Stöße und Erschütterungen beim Aufprall nach dem Wurf dämpfen. Der Kern dient seinerseits zur Aufnahme der Zündung und, wenn vorgesehen, der Verzögerungen sowie der Subkörper. Durch die Aufnahme der Subkörper im harten Kern sind diese gegen das Herausfallen beispielsweise bei Schlägen und Stößen geschützt. Natürlich gilt dieses auch für den Transport der Wirk- bzw. Wurfkörper. Bevorzugt wird die Hülle durch eine Hohlkugel gebildet.
Wird der Außenfläche der Hülle zudem eine - wie beispielsweise bei Golfbällen bekannte - Struktur aufgesetzt (Dimpel), kann eine weitere Erhöhung der Reichweite geschaffen werden.
Die Subkörper enthalten den / die pyrotechnischen Satz (Sätze) und werden ihrerseits durch ein (Fremd-)Mittel aus der Halterung des Kerns getrieben. Der dabei erzeugte Impuls lässt dann den / die Subkörper einige Meter fliegen.
Eine gleichmäßige Anordnung um den Kern ermöglicht zudem eine relativ gleichmäßige Verteilung der Subkörper um den verbleibenden Wurfkörper. In dieser Verteilung wirkt dann die Pyrotechnik, wie z. B. das Verschwelen von Reizgas. Durch die Verteilung, die nicht geringe Anzahl und der geringen Größe der Subkörper ist es für eine nahe Zielperson nicht möglich, hinreichend schnell die vielen Subkörper zu entfernen, um deren Wirkung zu behindern.
Die Subkörper können zusätzlich mit einer abdeckenden Kappe versehen sein. Dies bewirkt einerseits einen Schutz und eine Versiegelung des ungezündeten Wirkkörpers. Weiterhin erzeugen die am Subkörper befestigten Kappen einen Luftwiederstand, der den fliegenden Körper (ab-)bremst. Mit einem geschickten Design dieser Kappe kann dabei der Luftwiederstand so eingestellt werden, dass der Flug nicht zu stark gebremst wird, der Subkörper aber auch nicht zu einem Geschoss mutiert und damit zu einer letalen Gefahr.
Ein weiterer Vorteil ergibt sich dadurch, dass verschiedene pyrotechnische Sätze in den Subkörpern eines Wirkkörpers eingebunden werden können, was die Schaffung eines multifunktional einsetzbaren Wirk- bzw. Wurfkörpers bewirkt.
Vorgeschlagen wird somit ein Wirkkörper, der als Wurfkörper verbracht werden kann und dessen (Wurf-)Reichweite erhöht wird. Der Wirkkörper dient als Träger für Subkörper. Diese sind - relativ zum Wirkkörper gesehen - kleiner Subkörper, die in das Ziel mitgeführt werden. Im Ziel werden diese bevorzugt zeitverzögert aus dem Wirkkörper ausgestoßen und in einem Raumbereich um den Wirkkörper verteilt. In den Subkörpern wirken im Anschluss die pyrotechnischen Sätze.
Anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Zeichnung soll die Erfindung näher erläutert werden. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine schematische Außenansicht eines Wurfkörpers, Fig. 2 eine Schnittdarstellung des Wurfkörpers.
In Fig. 1 ist ein Wirkkörper 1 dargestellt, der ein vorwiegend kugelförmiges Aussehen besitzt. Der Wirkkörper 1 besteht aus einer Hülle 2 und einem Kern 3 (Fig. 2). Die Hülle 2 weist Öffnungen oder Löcher 4 auf, durch die bzw. in denen Subkörper 5 ragen, die also zur Aufnahme der Subkörper 5 dienen. Die Hülle 2 besteht mindestens an der Außenfläche 6 aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material. Bevorzugt wird die Hülle 2 durch eine Hohlkugel gebildet, die den Kern 3 umfänglich umschließt und somit sicher in der Hülle 2 hält. Mit 14 ist ein Hohlraum zwischen dem Kern 3 und der Außenhülle 2 gekennzeichnet.
Der Kern 3 weist zur teilweisen Aufnahme der Subkörper 5 Löcher 7 auf, die entsprechend der Subkörper 5 dimensioniert sind. Der Kern 3 wird durch ein Material gebildet, das nicht nur die Subkörper 5 aufnehmen kann, sondern auch die Hohlkugel bzw. Hülle 2 selbst derart stützt, dass diese beim Aufprall nicht deformiert wird. In der Regel handelt es sich daher um ein hartes Material, durch das ein harter Kern 3 bildet. Der Kern 3 dient zudem zur Aufnahme der Zünder und der Verzögerung(en). Dazu weist dieser Kern 3 eine Öffnung / eine Durchführung 12 auf, die ihrerseits beispielsweise durch eine Kappe oder Blindstopfen 13, wenn nötig auch beidseitig verschließbar ist. Zünder und Zündverzögerungen sind über Verbindungen 8 mit den Subkörpern 5 funktional verbunden. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Kern 3 und der Hülle 2 kann derweil durch eine geschickte Profilgebung erfolgen. In jedem Fall sollte der Kern 3 mit den Subkörpers 5 bis zur Zündung durch die Hülle 2 geschützt sein.
Die Subkörper 5 enthalten neben dem pyrotechnischen Satz 9 ein weiteres Mittel 10 an der Schnittstelle zum Kern, durch das der jeweilige Subkörper 5 aus der Halterung 7 im Kern 3 getrieben wird. Der dabei erzeugte Impuls lässt dann den Subkörper 5 einige Meter fliegen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführung handelt es sich bei dem Mittel 10 um eine bestimmte Menge Schwarzpulver. Dieses ursprünglich als Anzündhilfe vorgesehene Pulver erzeugt nach seiner Zündung eine rückstoßende Kraft, welche den Subkörper 5 aus dem Kern 3 treibt.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführung sind die Subkörper 5 in der Hülle 2 bzw. Außenfläche 6 gleichmäßig um den Kern 3 verteilt (in Fig. 2 leicht angedeutet). Diese Anordnung bewirkt eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der entzündeten Subkörper 5 um den verbleibenden Wurfkörper 1.
Die Subkörper 5 können zusätzlich mit einer abdeckenden Kappe 11 versehen werden. Dies bietet neben dem Schutz auch eine Möglichkeit, den Luftwiederstand einzustellen.
Es versteht sich, dass der Wirkkörper 1 nicht nur geworfen sondern auch durch eine Waffe, wie beispielsweise Luftdruckwaffe, verbracht werden kann. Eine Reichweiten gesteuerte Druckluftwaffe beschreibt beispielsweise die nicht vorveröffentlichte DE 10 2009 041 094 .5. Diese ist insbesondere für den nahen Bereich (beispielsweise 20-100m zum Ziel) gedacht. Alternative Verbringungsarten für treibladungslose Wirkmittel der vorbeschriebenen Art sind dem Fachmann bekannt.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Wirkkörper (1) zur Aufnahme von Subkörpern (5), gekennzeichnet durch eine vorwiegend kugelförmige Form, bestehend aus einer Hülle (2), in die die Subkörper (5) hinein und / oder hindurch ragen, und einem Kern (3), der zur Aufnahme zumindest der Subkörper (5) dient.
2. Wirkkörper nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (2) mehrere Löcher (4) zur Aufnahme der Subkörper (5) besitzt.
3. Wirkkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle
(2) durch eine Hohlkugel gebildet wird.
4. Wirkkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern
(3) mehrere Löcher (7) zur Aufnahme bzw. Halterung der Subkörper (5) besitzt.
5. Wirkkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (2) mindestens an der Außenfläche (6) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material besteht.
6. Wirkkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch kennzeichnet, dass der Kern (3) eine Öffnung oder Durchführung (12) zur Aufnahme der Zünder und der Verzöge- rung(en) aufweist, die über Verbindungen (8) mit den Subkörpern (5) funktional verbunden sind.
7. Wirkkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mittel (10) an der Schnittstelle zum Kern (3) eingebunden ist, durch das der jeweilige Subkörper (5) aus der Halterung (7) im Kern (3) getrieben wird.
8. Wirkkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Subkörper (5) pyrotechnische Sätze (9) enthalten und durch Kappen (11) abgedeckt werden können, durch die der Luftwiederstand auf die Subkörper (5) nach ihrer Freigabe definiert werden kann.
9. Wirkkörper nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Mittel (10) um eine bestimmte Menge Schwarzpulver handelt
10. Wirkkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sub- körper (5) in der Hülle (2) gleichmäßig um den Kern (3) verteilt angeordnet sind.
