Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a rigid shelter for technical equipment and, in particular, a technical view or a technical cabinet.
  • the document US 5,960,592 A describes such a shelter.
  • shelters In the field of Civil Engineering, some technical equipment, such as water meters, gas or electricity, must be installed outside buildings to be easily accessible. However, it is necessary to protect them even from the environment. They are therefore placed in shelters. These shelters can be looks, that is to say that they are buried shelters remaining accessible by a removable plate on the top of the gaze. These shelters can also be cabinets, that is to say that they are shelters in the open air, usually placed on the ground.
  • These shelters can be made of various materials and are more particularly interested in those with cement in their materials.
  • cementitious materials have certain advantages, including, among others, in terms of cost or compressive strength.
  • the elements obtained are, however, generally relatively heavy compared to those made in other lighter materials such as plastics. They are also relatively brittle.
  • the realization of a cement-based element requires a certain setting time and the use of a formwork to give the desired shape to the element. It has been proposed to improve certain mechanical properties of cementitious elements by incorporating glass fibers and then using a composite glass mortar.
  • Plastics also have advantages including, among others, in terms of weight or relative impact resistance.
  • the present invention provides a combined use of a cementitious and a plastic composition that provides the combined benefits of each of these materials. It is thus possible to reduce the amount of cement composition in the shelter made for equivalent mechanical characteristics, especially as regards the crush resistance.
  • the use of the plastic material allows the realization of a lost formwork which is integrated into the shelter made. Thanks to the composite structure / sandwich of the walls of the gaze and the particular shape of the upper part of the gaze receiving a metal closing plate, the gaze is able to withstand the significant compression forces applied to the metal plate closure. In particular, the look obtained is able to withstand the compression forces defined in the current standards concerning this type of look.
  • the invention relates to a rigid shelter for technical equipment comprising peripheral partitions defining an interior space.
  • the shelter consists of a lost formwork internally comprising a cement composition that has been poured into said formwork, the formwork being a rotomolded hollow monobloc hull, made of plastic, the formwork comprising two main walls, a wall interior delimiting the walls of the shelter towards the interior space of the shelter and an outer wall delimiting the partitions of the shelter to the outside of the shelter.
  • the look 1 of the Figure 1 is a shelter for technical equipment, including water supply meter, intended to be buried.
  • the look 1 consists of peripheral partitions delimiting an interior space in which the technical equipment can be installed.
  • the partitions four in number, 2, 3, 4 and 5, form a peripheral belt of the shelter which is open on the top 13 and the bottom 14.
  • the general shape of the gaze is a truncated pyramid with rectangular base and the partitions opposed two by two with two partitions of length 2 and 4 opposite and two partitions of width 3 and 5 opposite.
  • the top opening 13 of the manhole is intended to be closed by a removable closure plate (not shown), typically a plate of cast iron or other metallic material.
  • a shoulder 6 is formed on the inside and upwards of the partitions.
  • a means for locking the plate on the manhole is provided in an advanced embodiment.
  • the bulkheads are a plastic sandwich - cement-plastic composition because the shelters of the invention consist of a lost formwork in which a cement composition has been poured.
  • the plastic formwork is thus on the surface of the shelter as well to the outside as the inside of the shelter.
  • the lost form is rotomoulded and forms a hollow shell in which the cast cement composition is retained and can cure.
  • Each partition is formed of an outer wall 11 and an inner wall 12 of the plastic formwork.
  • the walls 11, 12 of view 1 are continuous and form two continuous belts.
  • the cement composition which is between the two walls 11, 12 thus also forms a continuous belt.
  • the two walls, said recollections, are made to join together. , in certain areas of the formwork.
  • the outer wall 11 joins and is contiguous to the inner wall 12 in certain areas from where the presence of collages 7 in the form of closed bottom orifices on the outer surface of the shelter.
  • These collages 7 here have a circular shape and the orifices have a cylindrical shape substantially straight and regular in this embodiment.
  • the outer wall of the formwork although generally flat has orifices while the inner wall remains substantially flat to the shoulder 6 near.
  • the Figure 4 seen from below, makes it possible to better see the openings 9 for filling the formwork which are openings giving access to the inside of the rotomoulded shell of the formwork.
  • the formwork made by rotational molding is reversed so that the gills 9 are upwards and that the cement composition, typically a composite mortar cement with glass fibers, flows throughout the hull of the formwork.
  • the filling of the hull can be very fast and automated.
  • the formwork is left at rest for taking the cement composition. During filling or just after it, one can vibrate the formwork to facilitate the distribution of the cement composition inside the formwork.
  • the plastic formwork is made by rotomolding, which allows to obtain a hollow monobloc shell.
  • a mold of the appropriate shape and having in its inner space pins for forming the gluing areas is filled with a predetermined amount of plastic material.
  • the mold is heated and is rotated about an axis of rotation whose orientation varies over time.
  • the plastic material in the mold becomes fluid and eventually covers all the walls of the mold.
  • the mold is then cooled and the form is removed from the mold. It is understood that the determined amount of plastic material is chosen to obtain a desired thickness of the walls of the formwork.
  • the filling openings may be opened originally, the mold being made non-wettable by the plastic in the corresponding area where the openings can be opened later.
  • the form is then filled by the filling louvers with a cement composition which is preferably a glass composite mortar, the glass being in the form of glass fibers.
  • a cement composition which is preferably a glass composite mortar, the glass being in the form of glass fibers.
  • the shelter can also be made of simple mortar or fiber-reinforced composite mortar with fibers other than glass or other fibers combined with glass fibers. These other fibers include fibers in materials such as synthetic plastic or metals or their alloys. It is thus possible to make shelters with properties, particularly mechanical, advantageous.
  • a shelter that is a look, it is installed in the ground and is closed by the top by a metal plate which is removable in order to access the interior space of the gaze.
