Claims (4)
- Einschub (1), umfassend einen Körper aus einem Material mit geringer Dichte, wie z. B. Polystyrol, und mit zwei Längskanten (6, 7), die jeweils einen Schnabel (13, 17) haben, der in Querrichtung übersteht, wobei dieser Einschub (1) dazu bestimmt ist, auf zwei Trägern vom Typ mit umgekehrten T-Profil oder dergleichen angebracht zu werden, indem ein Schnabel (13, 17) auf jedem Träger aufliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens eine Versteifung (19, 21) aus einem Material umfasst, das einen höheren Widerstand als das Material des Einschubkörpers hat, wobei diese Versteifung (19, 21) so ausgebildet ist, dass es die Kohäsion eines Schnabels (13, 17) mit dem Rest des Einschubkörpers (1) erhöht, wobei die Versteifung (19, 21) die Form eines Winkeleisens mit Z-Profil hat, das einen oberen Abschnitt (23), einen mittleren Abschnitt (22) und einen unteren Abschnitt (24) begrenzt, wobei der obere Abschnitt (23) eine Unterseite (14, 18) des Schnabels (13, 17) bedeckt, wobei die Versteifung (19, 21) mit dem Polystyrol des Einschubkörpers (1) derart vergossen ist, dass der untere Abschnitt (24) der Versteifung (19, 21) in der Dicke des den Einschubkörper (1) bildenden Polystyrols aufgenommen ist.
- Einschub nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Versteifung (19, 21) in ihrem unteren Abschnitt (24) Löcher oder Öffnungen umfasst, durch die ihre Verankerung in dem den Einschubkörper (1) bildenden Polystyrol verbessert wird.
- Einschub nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, bei dem die Versteifung (19, 21) aus einem Material, wie z. B. Kunststoff, hergestellt ist, das mit einem Werkzeug nach Art eines Fuchsschwanzes geschnitten werden kann.
- Einschub nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Versteifung (19, 21) sich quer erstreckende Rippen (26) umfasst, um die Verbindung des mittleren Abschnittes (22) mit dem oberen Abschnitt (23) zu verstärken.
