Claims (11)
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) für den Bau eines Gebäudes, umfassend einen strukturellen Teil (25), umfassend eine erste Fläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf einer Außenseite des Gebäudes angeordnet zu werden, und umfassend eine zweite Fläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf einer Innenseite des Gebäudes angeordnet zu werden, wobei das vorgefertigte Element (1) auf mindestens einem Teil seiner zweiten Fläche mindestens eine Schicht mindestens eines Dämmmaterials (27) zur Vermeidung von Wärmebrücken einschließt, wobei das vorgefertigte Element (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es eine Vielzahl von Winkeleisen (29) umfasst, die am strukturellen Teil (25) des vorgefertigten Elements (1) befestigt sind, wobei die Winkeleisen (29) jeweils eine Platte P1, die in einen Beton, der den strukturellen Teil (25) des vorgefertigten Elements (1) bildet, eingelassen oder versenkt sind, und eine Platte P2 umfassen, von der ein Teil über das Dämmmaterial auf der zweiten Fläche des vorgefertigten Elements hinausragt und derart ausgebildet ist, dass er als Stütze für Elemente dient, die ein Bodengerüst (39, 53) bilden.
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach Anspruch 1, bei dem jedes Winkeleisen (29) durch eine Verrippung (31) verstärkt ist, so dass ein von der Verrippung (31) begrenzter Raum ein Stück (33) eines Dämmmaterials enthält.
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem jedes Winkeleisen (29) metallisch ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem jedes Winkeleisen (29) ein Befestigungssystem umfasst, das derart ausgeführt ist, dass es mit einer Platine (37) zusammenwirkt, die mit einem ein Bodengerüst (39, 53) bildenden Element verbunden ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach Anspruch 4, bei dem das Befestigungssystem eine Gewindestange (35) ist, die auf das Winkeleisen geschweißt ist, um mit der Platine (37) zusammenzuwirken, die mit einem ein Bodengerüst (39, 53) bildenden Element verbunden ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem eine Platte (55) aus einem thermisch getrennten Verbundmaterial zwischen der Platte P1 jedes Winkeleisens (29) und dem strukturellen Teil (25) des vorgefertigten Elements (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein Stück (45) aus einem Dämmmaterial unter der Platte (P2) jedes Winkeleisens (29).
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem jedes Winkeleisen (29) Eisen (49) umfasst, die an das Winkeleisen geschweißt und in den strukturellen Teil (25) des vorgefertigten Elements (1) eingelassen sind.
- Vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das vorgefertigte Element (1) einen Träger oder einen Steher bildet.
- Gebäude, umfassend einen thermisch getrennten Boden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebäude mindestens ein vorgefertigtes Element (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst, und bei dem mindestens ein ein Bodengerüst, Träger (39) oder Bodenplatten (53) bildendes Element von Winkeleisen (29) des vorgefertigten Elements (1) getragen wird.
- Gebäude nach Anspruch 10, bei dem das mindestens eine ein Bodengerüst bildende Element (39, 53) mit den Winkeleisen (29) durch mindestens eine Platine (37) des das Bodengerüst bildenden Elements zusammenwirkt, beispielsweise an Gewindestangen (35) der Winkeleisen befestigt ist.
