Claims (15)

  1. Ensemble de ferrure pour une fenêtre, une porte ou similaires, comportant une partie de cadre (10) destiné au montage sur un cadre fixe de la fenêtre, de la porte ou similaire, ainsi qu'un bras articulé (16) réalisé pour guider un battant de la fenêtre, de la porte ou similaire, qui présente une extrémité (16a) côté cadre et une extrémité (16b) côté battant,
    dans lequel
    au niveau de l'extrémité (16a) côté cadre, le bras articulé (16) est monté mobile en rotation autour d'un premier axe de rotation (21) sur une plaque de base (12) de la partie de cadre (10) par l'intermédiaire d'un palier rotatif (20), et
    au niveau de l'extrémité (16b) côté battant, il est susceptible d'être couplé au battant, et

    le dispositif de retenue (28) supporte le bras articulé (16) à l'extrémité (16a) côté cadre du bras articulé (16), et/ou en ce que la zone (36) du bras articulé (16) dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue (28) supporte le bras articulé (16) est agencée plus loin de l'extrémité (16b) côté battant du bras articulé (16) que le premier axe de rotation (21).
  3. Ensemble de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la zone (36) du bras articulé (16) dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue (28) supporte le bras articulé (16) est agencée, vue depuis le côté ouverture de l'ensemble de ferrure, derrière le premier axe de rotation (21), au moins dans une position de rotation du bras articulé (16), et/ou en ce que le dispositif de retenue (28) supporte le bras articulé (16) uniquement dans une zone (36) du bras articulé écartée du palier rotatif (20) et du premier axe de rotation (21).
  4. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras articulé (16) est réalisé sensiblement plat et comprend une face inférieure (32) tournée vers la plaque de base (12) et une face supérieure (30) détournée de la plaque de base (12), le dispositif de retenue (28) attaquant et supportant le bras articulé (16) de préférence depuis la face supérieure (30) du bras articulé (16), la plaque de base (12) supportant le bras articulé (16) de préférence depuis la face inférieure (32) du bras articulé (16).
  5. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de retenue (28) constitue, dans la zone (36) de son point d'attaque du bras articulé (16), une contre-dépouille avec le bras articulé, qui agit en direction du premier axe de rotation (21).
  6. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie de cadre (10) comprend une cornière formant coin qui comprend la plaque de base (12) et une branche secondaire (50) de la partie de cadre (10) orientée de préférence sensiblement perpendiculairement à la plaque de base (12), le dispositif de retenue (28) étant monté de préférence sur la branche secondaire (50) de la cornière formant coin.
  7. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de retenue (38) est couplé en coulissement et/ou en roulement au bras articulé (16), et/ou
    l'élément de retenue (38) est réalisé en forme allongée, de préférence sensiblement en forme de poutre, dans la direction dans laquelle il encaisse la force transmise par le bras articulé (16).
  8. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de retenue (28) est réalisé de façon indépendante du palier rotatif (20) et de la plaque de base (12).
  9. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,

    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de retenue (38) et/ou l'élément de liaison (40) comprend au moins un appendice (52) qui est agencé au niveau du second, troisième ou quatrième axe de rotation (42, 44, 46) et qui fait saillie en direction de l'axe de rotation respectif (42, 44, 46), ledit appendice constituant une surface de coulissement entre l'élément de retenue (38) ou l'élément de liaison (40) d'une part et l'autre parmi l'élément de retenue (38) et l'élément de liaison (40), le bras articulé (16) ou la partie de cadre (10) d'autre part.
  10. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de retenue (38) et l'élément de liaison (40) sont reliés l'un à l'autre de façon mobile en rotation par un tenon allongé en direction du second axe de rotation (21), le tenon présentant en particulier une bride agencée entre l'élément de retenue (38) et l'élément de liaison (40) et définissant une surface de coulissement pour l'élément de retenue et/ou pour l'élément de liaison.
  11. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de retenue (28) est réalisé de telle sorte que la paire de ciseaux en V est sensiblement fermée dans une première position de l'ensemble de ferrure qui correspond à une position fermée du battant, et/ou en ce que la paire de ciseaux en V est ouverte dans une seconde position de l'ensemble de ferrure qui correspond à une position tournée ouverte du battant, l'angle d'ouverture de la paire de ciseaux en V étant de préférence d'au moins 90 degrés, de préférence particulière d'au moins environ 180 degrés, dans la seconde position.
  12. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de retenue (38) et/ou l'élément de liaison (40) est réalisé de façon allongée, en particulier en forme de poutre, en direction du premier axe de rotation (21).
  13. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'ensemble de ferrure constitue un palier formant coin pour le battant de la fenêtre, de la porte ou similaire, le bras articulé constituant de préférence un bras de commande (16) du palier formant coin, qui commande une position de rotation du battant.
  14. Ensemble de ferrure selon la revendication 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le palier formant coin comprend un bras de débattement (14) qui commande un mouvement de débattement du battant, en particulier le bras de commande (16) formé par le bras articulé et le bras de débattement (14) étant reliés l'un à l'autre de façon mobile en rotation pour former une paire de ciseaux en X.
  15. Ensemble de ferrure selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le support situé plus loin de l'extrémité (16a) côté cadre du bras articulé (16) est formé par la plaque de base (12) de la partie de cadre (10), en particulier par une arête avant (34) de la plaque de base (12) de la partie de cadre (10).
