  • Cleaning stations or devices of the type mentioned have proven themselves in everyday practical use, as well as cleaning stations or equipment by combination of combined cleaning systems. Nevertheless, there is a need for improvement, especially for reasons of occupational safety. Thus, in practice, it has been shown that unwanted vapors and evaporation can occur, in particular with cleaning liquids used at controlled temperatures, and, depending on the composition of the cleaning liquid, harmful vapors may also be produced. In addition, the transfer of workpieces to be treated from station to station is not without problems, as it can come as a result of the transfer to uncontrolled dripping particular cleaning fluid.

Increased occupational safety is thus advantageously taken into account.
  • the worktop In order to have access to the individual cleaning stations of the cleaning system in the intended use case, the worktop is equipped with appropriate openings, the worktop has a corresponding number of openings for a respective access to the individual cleaning stations. If use of the first cleaning station is completed, so that the workpieces to be treated can be introduced into the second cleaning station in the order of use, the cover of the second cleaning station, that is to say the cover, is covered by means of the above-described hood. the second order of use of the cleaning system in order of use.
  • Breakthroughs that are not covered by the above-described hood can be formed by a cover, a flap or the like. Preferably closed on worktop level.
  • a displaceable flap device is preferred. This allows opening after putting on the hood or closing the opening before a hood removal. In this way, it is ensured that a breakthrough for the workpiece feedthrough opening is opened only when the hood is attached. When not attached hood the breakthrough is closed by the sliding flap. In this way, a system is provided as a whole, which prevents uncontrolled release of liquid, in particular cleaning liquid to the atmosphere surrounding the cleaning system, both in drop form, for example as a splash and in gaseous form, for example as evaporation and / or evaporation.

Description

The invention relates to a cleaning system for individual and / or maintenance cleaning of workpieces, with a plurality of separate and individually usable cleaning stations.

Cleaning stations for individual and / or maintenance cleaning of workpieces in general and of several such cleaning stations formed cleaning systems for individual and / or maintenance cleaning of workpieces in particular are well known in the art. As an example of such a cleaning station is called an ultrasonic cleaning device, as it is known from DE 20 2008 006 625 U1 is known.

Cleaning stations of the generic type usually have a tank, also called tub, which is filled in the intended use case with a cleaning liquid, such as a lye or an acidic solution. Workpieces to be cleaned can, for example, be introduced into the tub by means of a basket and thus immersed in the cleaning liquid received by the tub.

The cleaning of the workpieces caused by the cleaning fluid can still be assisted by mechanical stressing of the same. For this purpose, for example, ultrasound can be used, in which case an ultrasonic cleaning device is provided, as is known from the already mentioned DE 20 2008 006 625 U1 is known. Another example of the mechanical support of the cleaning is the pressure flooding. According to this method, the cleaning liquid is circulated in the tank by pumping. This creates a relative movement between the workpiece to be cleaned and the cleaning fluid.

Cleaning stations of the type described above are so-called "stand-alone" devices, i. to devices that can be freely set up as individual devices. Such devices are typically used for individual and / or maintenance work. Such devices are not suitable for automated operation, for example for mass production of large series. In this regard, rather automated systems are used.

Zu Spülzwecken kommt in aller Regel Wasser zum Einsatz, wobei im Besonderen aufbereitetes Wasser in aller Regel Verwendung findet, beispielsweise in Form von destilliertem Wasser."Stand-alone" devices of the aforementioned type are often used combined to cleaning systems. Typically, at least two such devices or stations are provided, namely a cleaning station and a rinsing station. The cleaning station serves the actual workpiece cleaning with a cleaning liquid, whereas the rinsing station serves to rid the cleaned workpiece of residues of the cleaning liquid. As a rule, water is used for rinsing purposes, in which case treated water is generally used, for example in the form of distilled water.

In the intended use, in a two-station cleaning system, i. In a two-stage cleaning system, the workpieces to be cleaned are first cleaned in the first station, the cleaning station. For this purpose, the workpieces to be cleaned, for example, immersed in a workpiece basket in the cleaning liquid. This is typically done manually. After completion of the cleaning of the then cleaned with the cleaned workpieces workpiece basket is removed from the cleaning station and passed for the purpose of flushing to the rinsing station, where it is immersed in the rinsing liquid. As soon as the rinsing process has ended, the cleaned and rinsed workpieces can then be removed from the rinsing station. Following the rinsing process, a blow-off station may optionally be provided which, for example, is equipped with a compressed-air pistol to blow off residual rinse liquid adhering to the workpieces by means of compressed air. Again, this process is typically done manually.

From the prior art is according to the US 4,466,454 A furthermore a mechanical one Transfer mechanism for transporting workpieces between several chemical processing stations of a processing plant known. For automated operation, a robot is used, by means of which, in the case of use, the individual processing stations are approached. To isolate the above the processing stations forming corrosive atmosphere of the outer environment of the processing plant, a vertically oriented air curtain is provided, which extends from a transparent hood formed in the direction of a suction slot.

The prior art is further according to the JP 2008 147303 A a substrate processing apparatus having a plurality of processing containers. By means of a gripping mechanism, the substrate to be treated, for example a wafer, can be brought into the processing containers,

Reinigungsstationen bzw. Cleaning stations or devices of the type mentioned have proven themselves in everyday practical use, as well as cleaning stations or equipment by combination of combined cleaning systems.

It is therefore an object of the invention to develop a cleaning system of the type mentioned in that the occupational safety is taken into account in particular, in particular a better individual coverage of the cleaning stations is achieved.

To solve this problem, a cleaning system according to claim 1 is proposed with the invention.

The cleaning system according to the invention has a worktop. These Worktop is designed as common for all cleaning stations worktop. It spans all cleaning stations belonging to the cleaning system. In addition, the worktop is formed continuously, which means in the sense of the invention that, except for the intended use in the worktop breakthroughs and openings no further openings, openings, gaps or the like are provided. Through which liquid, in particular cleaning fluid uncontrolled and unwanted can escape.

The term "cleaning station" in the sense of the invention means not only cleaning devices, but in general all devices which serve as a separate device for cleaning, i. also devices, for example, for rinsing or drying.

The particular feature of the invention results from the common worktop. By means of this, the individual, basically usable as "stand-alone" devices cleaning stations combined with each other to form a total cleaning system. In this case, the common worktop provides the advantage that even in the case of intended use unavoidable drips do not migrate uncontrollably and, for example, can reach the floor providing the footprint for the cleaning system. Any drips accumulate rather on the common worktop, which in a simple way either a proper disposal allows or allows a return to the tank or tub of the corresponding cleaning station. Increased occupational safety is thus advantageously taken into account.

In order to have access to the individual cleaning stations of the cleaning system in the intended use case, the worktop is equipped with appropriate openings, the worktop has a corresponding number of openings for a respective access to the individual cleaning stations. In the intended use, therefore, workpieces to be treated can be guided through an opening in the worktop into the cleaning station associated with this opening.

The worktop is trough-like according to a further feature of the invention formed and has a bottom part and a circumferentially arranged on the bottom part of the tub rim. By means of this embodiment, it is ensured that even larger dripping quantities can be absorbed by the worktop, without the risk of unwanted liquid loss, in particular of cleaning liquid.

The cleaning system according to the invention is characterized by a hood, which serves the optional coverage of one of the openings. In this case, the hood serves in particular the atmosphere protection and ensures that even in the intended use of the cleaning system under certain circumstances released evaporation and / or evaporation swaths will not unintentionally leave the atmosphere surrounding the cleaning system. By means of the hood, such swaths can rather be picked up and collected in a controlled manner and removed, for example for the purpose of further use and / or preparation. The hood may have an extraction system, for example in the form of a vacuum device.

The use of a hood of the type described above is particularly advantageous if the treatment takes place in at least one of the cleaning stations of the cleaning system under the influence of temperature, for example in a temperature-controlled to 80 ° C cleaning liquid. This is because it comes due to the influence of temperature for increased evaporation and / or evaporation.

In addition to the controlled absorption of evaporation and / or evaporation swath the hood serves the splash guard. Thus, even if the cleaning system is used as intended, it can not be avoided that unwanted spattering occurs when the workpieces to be treated are immersed in a cleaning station or when a treated work piece is removed from a cleaning station. In particular, when immersing the workpieces to be treated in a cleaning liquid, this can splash. The hood of the invention serves insofar as effective splash protection. Because through the hood occurring splashes are intercepted in the intended use case and - this is another advantage - returned in this way lost liquid. On the inside of the hood accumulating spray drips on the common for all cleaning stations from where they work in the manner previously described either returned to the respective workstation or can be properly disposed of.

It is inventively provided a hood. This hood acts in the intended use case with the breakthrough in use. If, therefore, the first cleaning station of the cleaning system in use sequence is to be used, the hood is located above the opening of the first cleaning station. The other breakthroughs of the cleaning system are not covered by a hood. If use of the first cleaning station is completed, so that the workpieces to be treated can be introduced into the second cleaning station in the order of use, the cover of the second cleaning station, that is to say the cover, is covered by means of the above-described hood. the second order of use of the cleaning system in order of use.

Breakthroughs that are not covered by the above-described hood can be formed by a cover, a flap or the like. Preferably closed on worktop level. In this context, in particular a displaceable flap device is preferred.

The hood is arranged for the purpose of selective positioning over one of the openings in the longitudinal direction of the worktop displaceable to the worktop. A user is thus allowed to selectively shift, preferably to move, the hood so that it can travel in the order of breakthrough to breakthrough, i. from cleaning station to cleaning station can be spent.

The cleaning system according to the invention is characterized by a longitudinal direction of the Countertop extending rail system which carries the hood.

The rail system is advantageous in two ways. First, it allows the already described above longitudinal displacement of the hood relative to the worktop. On the other hand, the hood or its weight is supported by the rail system and not by the individual cleaning stations of the cleaning system. The introduction of weight into the rail system is particularly advantageous in that as a result, the supporting housing parts of the cleaning stations must be designed to be less stable. Thus, it is not necessary in particular with a dimensioning of the supporting housing parts of a cleaning station to take into account additional weight introduction, for example, by a patch in the intended use case hood. As a consequence, the load-bearing housing parts of a cleaning station can be made of thinner sheet metal parts to save money. This is also advantageous for economic reasons, since for the purpose of corrosion protection, mostly high-grade steels are used for the design of a cleaning station.

The hood is arranged with the interposition of a support frame on the rail system. According to this embodiment, a rail system is provided, which receives a support frame. The support frame is provided by means of the rail system in the longitudinal direction of the worktop, i. formed movable in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning system. The support frame in turn supports the cover already described above, so that the hood also in the longitudinal direction of the worktop, i. the cleaning system is designed to be displaceable.

The hood is arranged in the height direction relative to the support frame slidably on the support frame. Accordingly, the hood can be moved up and down relative to the support frame and thus also relative to the worktop of the cleaning system.

This embodiment provides the advantage that the hood is placed in use position sealing on the countertop. It is preferred in this context that the hood carries with its edge near the edge of the worktop a seal.

For the purpose of the method of the hood from a breakthrough to another breakthrough, the hood is first to move in the height direction relative to the support frame.

As a result of such a movement, the hood is transferred from its use position in the displacement position. It is sufficient to move the hood only by a few centimeters, possibly only a few millimeters in the vertical direction in order to transfer them from the position of use in the displacement position. For the purpose of a displacement of the hood in the vertical direction can serve a simple eccentric drive in construction and in the application.

According to a further preferred embodiment it is provided that the support frame carries a loading and unloading device for the cleaning stations.

Eine solche Be- bzw. Such loading and unloading is used to retract workpieces for the purpose of loading in a cleaning station or to remove them for the purpose of unloading from the cleaning station again. Such loading or unloading takes place preferably automated by means of a corresponding motor drive. The drive can, according to a further feature of the invention, have a lifting cylinder, preferably a pneumatic lifting cylinder. By means of the lifting cylinder raising or lowering of the workpieces is achieved in relation to the worktop level.

Since the loading and unloading device is supported by the support frame, the entire weight of the loading and unloading and the weight of the recorded in the case of use workpieces on the rail system and not on the individual cleaning stations of the cleaning system with the already described advantage is dissipated. In addition, due to the arrangement of the loading and unloading device on the support frame, a coupling of the hood on the one hand and loading and unloading on the other hand, so that with a common movement in the longitudinal direction of the worktop both the hood received from the support frame and the recorded by the support frame and Entladeeinrichtung be moved as a quasi-common unit.

According to a further feature of the invention, it is provided that a loading and unloading station is coordinated with the cleaning stations. According to the invention, the rail system extends into this loading and unloading station, for which purpose the rail system at one end exceeds the worktop in the longitudinal direction.

A simple and above all automatable loading of the cleaning system is possible in this way. The workpieces to be cleaned are placed in the loading and unloading station. The support frame carried by the rail system moves together with the hood received by it and the recorded loading and unloading in the loading and unloading. By means of the loading and unloading the workpiece to be treated is taken up and moved into the volume space surrounding the hood. So that the workpiece to be cleaned is taken encapsulated. Together with the hood, the loading and unloading device moves to the first cleaning station of the cleaning system in processing order. The closed, for example by a slide valve cleaning station is opened and the workpieces to be cleaned are discharged by means of the loading and unloading in the cleaning station, where then takes place cleaning in the intended manner. The hood is before opening the Cleaning station in the height direction relative to the support frame sealingly lowered onto the worktop.

In the further processing sequence of the loading and unloading the other cleaning stations of the cleaning system can be approached in a manner similar to the above, until the cleaning is completed in the processing sequence last cleaning station and the finished finished workpieces back to the loading and unloading for the purpose unloading can be spent. According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, not only the rail system reaches into the loading and unloading station, but also the worktop carried by the other stations. In the area of loading and unloading the worktop has a breakthrough, so that by means of the loading and unloading in the loading and unloading provided and cleaned workpieces taken by the breakthrough in the worktop and in the manner already described to the individual cleaning stations the cleaning system can be spent. After completion of a proper workpiece cleaning the workpieces can be returned by means of the loading and unloading through the breakthrough of the worktop in the loading and unloading. In this case, the dimensions of all apertures within the worktop are preferably of the same size, in particular also in the region of the loading and unloading station, so that it is ensured in each case that the workpieces guided through the aperture formed in the region of the loading and unloading station are also replaced by the Breakthroughs of the other cleaning stations can be passed.

The invention is characterized in that the cleaning system is combined from individual cleaning stations, which cleaning stations can be used individually as such. Thus, it is also possible to combine old appliances according to the modular principle with one another to form a cleaning installation according to the embodiment of the invention. It is in accordance with the embodiment of the invention in particular that can be combined in a manner such that they are provided for individual operation devices thanks to the inventive design, which in particular the regulations and regulations of occupational safety is fully fair. It is advantageously added that the cleaning stations of the cleaning system according to the invention in their dimensions standardized, possibly even be standardized. This provides the added benefit of being at otherwise unchanged carrier system can be removed from an existing cleaning system individual cleaning stations and replaced by others in the course of the exchange. This provides a high level of functionality and makes it possible to easily convert cleaning systems with changing requirement profiles. This modular design is also advantageous in view of possible repairs, as defective cleaning stations can be replaced for repair purposes against properly operating cleaning stations. This advantageously makes it possible to reduce the downtime of the cleaning system that can not be avoided in the event of a repair to a minimum.

From the state of the art, fully automated and encapsulated complete systems may be known, but these are not composed of individual "stand-alone" devices, but they are tuned and designed for mass processing in series operation. Individual and / or maintenance cleaning can not be carried out with such systems. For this purpose, known from the prior art "stand-alone" devices, which adhere to the above-described disadvantages in a combination to a cleaning system, which are now overcome with the inventive design.

Fig. 1 lets in a schematic and partially sectional view one Detecting cleaning system 1 according to the invention.

The cleaning system 1 shown has a total of three cleaning stations 2. This is, for example, in the drawing level after Fig. 1 left cleaning station 2 to an ultrasonic cleaning device, in the tank 4, a cleaning liquid 5 is in the form of an alkali. At the drawing level Fig. 1 middle cleaning station 2 may be, for example, a pre-rinse station. As cleaning liquid 5 in this case water is used. The cleaning station 2, with respect to the drawing plane to Fig. 1 is formed on the right, for example, may be a dishwashing station. Also in this case comes as cleaning liquid 5 water used.

All cleaning stations 2 of the cleaning system 1 are designed as so-called "stand-alone" devices and each have their own support feet 3. Cleaning stations 2 according to the invention may also be cleaning stations 2, which - unlike shown in the figures - not just a Tank, but have several tanks.

The cleaning stations 2 each provide a tank 4 which serves to receive the cleaning liquid 5. In the intended use case, workpieces to be treated with respect to the plane of the drawing Fig. 1 introduced from above into the respective tank 4 of a cleaning station 2 and thus into the cleaning liquid 5 received by this tank. For this purpose, each tank 4 has an access opening 10.

Cleaning stations 2 of the type described above are known per se from the prior art.

The cleaning system 1 according to the invention has a continuous and common for all cleaning stations 2 worktop 6. In order to ensure a particular access to the individual cleaning stations, the worktop 6 is equipped with corresponding openings 11. It is provided that each breakthrough 11 is surrounded by a collar 9, which collar 9 engages in the respective opening 10 of the tank 4 of the associated cleaning station 2. A tight conclusion is thus ensured. It is particularly prevented that Cleaning liquid 5 in the event of an unwanted rise between the respective cleaning station 2 and the worktop 6 can pass.

The worktop 6, as in particular the illustration after Fig. 1 recognize, trough-like formed. It has a bottom part 8 and a bottom edge 8 circumferentially arranged tub edge. 7

Dies gestattet entweder eine ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung oder Rückführung der abgetropften ReinigungsflüssigkeitThe trough-like design of the worktop 6 proves to be particularly advantageous insofar as that in the intended use case of cleaning in the implementation of a cleaning station 2 to the next cleaning station 2 located workpieces 5 is collected dripping. This allows either proper disposal or recycling of the drained cleaning fluid

Fig. 2 shows an extended and preferred embodiment of the invention.

The embodiment according to Fig. 2 corresponds to that after Fig. 1 and is supplemented by a rail system 14. The rail system 14 provides supports 15 supported by supports 6. These serve to receive a support frame 13, which in turn carries a hood 12 and a loading and unloading device 21. The support frame 13 is movably supported by the rail system 14 in the longitudinal direction 17. Thus, the cover 12 carried by the support frame 13 and carried by the support frame 13 loading and unloading device 21 can be moved in the longitudinal direction 17, from cleaning station 2 to cleaning station. 2

The hood 12 is also in the height direction 18 relative to the support frame 13 movable so that they from a travel position, as in Fig. 2 shown, can be moved to a use position, in which use position the hood 12 sealingly rests on the worktop 6.

The loading and unloading device 21 has a lifting cylinder 22, which is formed from a cylinder 23 and a piston 24. In known manner, the lifting cylinder 22 is pneumatically operated and allows a movement of the piston 24 relative to the cylinder 23 in the height direction 18th

As in particular the partially cut representation after Fig. 4 it is obvious Piston 24 equipped at its opposite end of the cylinder 23 with a basket 26. The basket 26 serves the workpiece holder.

Based on the positioning of the support frame 13, as in Fig. 2 is shown, a use of the cleaning system 1 according to the invention can take place as follows.

The hood 12 is transferred from its position to its position of use. For this purpose, it is lowered in the height direction 18 until its lower edge comes to lie sealingly on the worktop 6. Then moves the loading and unloading device 21, wherein the piston 24 of the lifting cylinder 22 with respect to the drawing plane after Fig. 2 moves down. As a result, the workpiece basket 26 is immersed in the cleaning liquid 5 provided by the cleaning station 2. After completion of a proper cleaning moves the loading and unloading 21 back to its original position, as a result of the workpiece basket 26 from the cleaning station 2 in the in Fig. 2 shown position is out method. After a dwell time for the purpose of dripping and the hood 12 is spent in the height direction 18 upwards in its travel position. Then, the support frame 13 can be moved in the longitudinal direction 17 to the next cleaning station 2, where then in the same way a loading and unloading of the workpiece basket 26 can take place in the cleaning liquid 5 of this cleaning station 2.

For the purpose of movement of the support frame 13 in the longitudinal direction 17, the hood 12 is equipped with a handle 30, namely a bow handle 30. This can be taken by a user, which then allows a user-side movement in a simple manner. The handle 30 may be with respect to the plane of the drawing Fig. 4 be formed pivotable up and down. About a pivoting movement of the handle 30 may be an eccentric drive, which leads to a height adjustment of the hood 12 relative to the hood 12 supporting support frame 13.

The hood 12 may also be equipped with a lamp 28 which serves to illuminate the space enclosed by the hood 12 volume space. In order to allow a user an insight into this volume space, a window 27 is provided. Furthermore, openings 29 may be provided through which a user arms can lead, so that a direct access to the picked up by the hood workpieces is allowed. In known manner, the openings 29 inside the hood 12 are equipped with gloves for receiving the user's hands.

Eine einfache Be -bzw. As the representation after Fig. 2 can recognize, according to a particular feature of the invention may be provided that the cleaning stations 2 a loading and unloading station 31 is juxtaposed. The rail system 14 at one end exceeds the worktop 6 in the longitudinal direction 17 and extends into the region of the loading and unloading station 31. A simple Be-bzw. Discharge of the cleaning system 1 is made possible, because the support frame 13 can move with the arranged there loading and unloading device 21 for receiving or dispensing workpieces to the loading and unloading. In this case, the loading and unloading station is preferably equipped such that an assembly of the workpiece basket 26 with workpieces is possible only in such a way that an overfilling of the basket is prevented.

Like the exemplary presentation after Fig. 3 can recognize, the rail system 14 for supporting the support frame 13 via two rails 15 have. In the illustrated embodiment, these rails 15 are formed as supported by supports 16 separate rails 15, which are positioned below the peripheral rim 7 of the worktop 6. In this way, the rails 15 are formed in particular protected from cleaning fluid 5.

Of course, other embodiments of the rail system 16 are conceivable. Of importance according to the invention alone is that the rail system 14 is formed in such a way that the above-described sliding movements of the support frame 13 are permitted and that a support of the support frame, carried by the hood and carried therefrom loading and unloading device 21 primarily, preferably exclusively takes place via the rail system 14 and not via the individual cleaning stations 2. Such a configuration can also be achieved, for example, when the rail system 14 is integrated into the work surface 6 and a support of the worktop 6, not shown in the figures, takes place, the worktop 6 so not kraftachseitend resting on the individual cleaning stations 2.

Sie dienen im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel insbesondere der Anordnung der Haube 12.As the schematic representation after Fig. 3 can be seen, this is the Support frame 13 from individual struts 19. These may be arranged in the form of a truss for stability reasons. They serve in the illustrated embodiment, in particular the arrangement of the hood 12th

The support frame 13 also has trusses 20, which serve to support the loading and unloading device 21. The loading and unloading device 21 is coupled as stiff as possible to the support frame 13 for the purpose of power transmission. The hood 12, however, is relatively displaceable relative to the support frame 13 and thus also relatively displaceable relative to the loading and unloading device 21 to achieve the above-described movement.
