Claims (6)
- A washing device for cleaning components, such as machine components or the like, including a housing (2) and a hinged housing lid (4), an upper and a lower nozzle pipe (5, 9), a component container (20), which is rotatable about a vertical axis, a tank (11) in the lower region of the housing (2) and a pump (8), which supplies cleaning liquid from the tank (11) through conduits to the upper and lower nozzle pipe (5, 9), from the nozzles of which the cleaning liquid is sprayed from above and below onto the components, wherein arranged beneath the component container (12) there is an intermediate base (13), which extends over the entire interior of the housing (2) and is sealingly attached to the inner walls of the housing (2), the intermediate base (13) is provided with an inclination and, in its lowest region, has an opening (29), out of which the cleaning fluid draining away on the intermediate base (13) flows, and arranged beneath the opening (29) within the housing is a filter box (23), onto which all the cleaning liquid falls, wherein the filter box (23) is arranged above the receiving space of the tank (11), wherein further the intermediate base (13) extends obliquely from the rear side (14) of the housing (2) towards its front side (15) and has a flat base wall (16), which includes an opening (19), characterised in that the opening (19) is defined by upwardly extending edge sections (24, 25, 28) of the intermediate base (13) and is coverable by a lid (20) and that the opening (19) is formed in the front region of the housing (2), wherein a spacing remains between the side walls of the housing (2) and bent up edge sections (25) so that two flow passages (26, 27) are defined, through which the cleaning liquid flows to the front wall of the housing (2).
- A washing device as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that an edge strip extending at the front side of the device is bent obliquely downwardly in a central region (29) in order to define the opening (29) for the draining away of the cleaning liquid.
- A cleaning device as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the lid (20) may be placed on the edge section (24, 25, 28).
- A cleaning device as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the filter box (23) has an inclined base (33).
- A washing device as claimed in one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the intermediate base is provided with heat insulation.
- A washing device as claimed in one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that nozzles of the lower nozzle pipe (9) extend sealingly through the intermediate base (13).
