Definitions
- Burglar-resistant security doors offer a much greater resistance to burglary than conventional or simple doors.
- An anti-burglary design is, for example, when the safety door meets the requirements of DIN EN 1627 and can be classified in the classes RC1 to RC6, in particular RC2 to RC4.
- the actuating element arranged on the inside of the wing can in particular be a panic unlocking element which can be designed, for example, as a pivotable handle bar, displaceable push rod or as a push button of an emergency exit door.
- Security doors of the aforementioned type are characterized in that the locking of the door in a locking position can be canceled by simple operation of the located on the inside of the actuator, so that the passage is released for people.
- the locking of the door in a locking position can be canceled by simple operation of the located on the inside of the actuator, so that the passage is released for people.
- doors which, in addition to the lock, which can be unlocked by means of the actuating device, are equipped with an additional electric lock case in order to achieve increased security against unauthorized intrusion from the outside, especially in the nighttime.
- the additional electric lock is switched off, for example, via an alarm button, a push button or from a gate, if a person wants to leave the building through the security door to the outside. nevertheless At times of public traffic this additional electric lock is often permanently disabled to allow rapid and unhindered escape of people in the building in case of panic.
- the actuator is a weak point, since it is only necessary for an unauthorized intrusion into the building to create an opening in the wing of the security door from the outside, by means of suitable tools, the actuator can be actuated so that the door opens.
- a building closure with Panikentriegelungselement is known in which the Panikentriegelungselement is shielded on the inside by a safety device, for example in the form of an angled protective strip, so that an unauthorized manipulation of Panikentriegelungselements from the outside is not possible.
- a safety device for example in the form of an angled protective strip, so that an unauthorized manipulation of Panikentriegelungselements from the outside is not possible.
- the safety device is visible in transparent building closures from the outside, so that an intruder can make appropriate preparations to bypass the safety device.
- the DE 78 03 666 U 1 describes building closures in the form of a door or a window, whereby the building closure should be bulletproof. For this purpose, corresponding inserts are provided in the frame profiles.
- the wing has a casement, which is composed of vertically and horizontally extending frame profiles and having a horizontally extending latch, which framed by frame profiles and the latch upper filling element in the form of a composite glazing of one of frame profiles and the bar partially enclosed by the bolt, wherein in the bolt a deposit of hard steel is arranged, which forms at least part of the protection area.
- the fact that the actuator is fully protected in a protected area against unauthorized manipulation in the course of a burglary attempt means that any gaps in the protection area - measured at least in one direction - a dimension of 15 mm, preferably 12 mm, more preferably 10 mm, must not exceed.
- gaps of this magnitude may allow an attacker to create, for example, a bore having the diameter of the aforementioned gap gauge, it does not allow the actuator to be successfully manipulated by such a bore and the door to be opened without authorization.
- a horizontal central axis of the actuating element is understood, for example, the center line of a handle handle or the center line of a pressure bar or a handle bar.
- the actuating element which is located within the protected area, is shielded "invisibly" in such a way that a burglary attempt by manipulation of the actuating element is counteracted.
- the bolt is often referred to as a fighter or fighter profile.
- the protection area - measured from the horizontal center axis of the actuating element from - extends at least 100 mm, preferably at least 150 mm, more preferably at least 250 mm, upwards and downwards.
- the hard steel should have a minimum tensile strength of 500 N / mm 2 , preferably of 600 N / mm 2 , more preferably of 800 N / mm 2 , and / or a minimum hardness of 150 HB, preferably of 180 HB, more preferably of at least 220 HB.
- the bolt has an insert which extends over the entire width thereof.

Burglar-resistant security doors offer a much greater resistance to burglary than conventional or simple doors. An anti-burglary design is, for example, when the safety door meets the requirements of DIN EN 1627 and can be classified in the classes RC1 to RC6, in particular RC2 to RC4.
The actuating element arranged on the inside of the wing can in particular be a panic unlocking element which can be designed, for example, as a pivotable handle bar, displaceable push rod or as a push button of an emergency exit door.
Security doors of the aforementioned type are characterized in that the locking of the door in a locking position can be canceled by simple operation of the located on the inside of the actuator, so that the passage is released for people. Thus, in panic situations where rapid escape is of great importance, it is not necessary for persons located in the building to potentially time-bar the locking of the door by means of a key, code or the like before they can leave the building. Nevertheless, the access to the building with locked end part from the outside is not possible.
In addition, there are also doors which, in addition to the lock, which can be unlocked by means of the actuating device, are equipped with an additional electric lock case in order to achieve increased security against unauthorized intrusion from the outside, especially in the nighttime. The additional electric lock is switched off, for example, via an alarm button, a push button or from a gate, if a person wants to leave the building through the security door to the outside. nevertheless At times of public traffic this additional electric lock is often permanently disabled to allow rapid and unhindered escape of people in the building in case of panic.
In terms of burglar resistance, however, the actuator is a weak point, since it is only necessary for an unauthorized intrusion into the building to create an opening in the wing of the security door from the outside, by means of suitable tools, the actuator can be actuated so that the door opens.

For this reason, it is an object of the present invention, a security door of the type mentioned in such a way that the burglary protection enhancing elements of the security door are not visible.
This object is achieved in that the wing has a casement, which is composed of vertically and horizontally extending frame profiles and having a horizontally extending latch, which framed by frame profiles and the latch upper filling element in the form of a composite glazing of one of frame profiles and the bar partially enclosed by the bolt, wherein in the bolt a deposit of hard steel is arranged, which forms at least part of the protection area.
The fact that the actuator is fully protected in a protected area against unauthorized manipulation in the course of a burglary attempt, according to the present invention means that any gaps in the protection area - measured at least in one direction - a dimension of 15 mm, preferably 12 mm, more preferably 10 mm, must not exceed. Although gaps of this magnitude may allow an attacker to create, for example, a bore having the diameter of the aforementioned gap gauge, it does not allow the actuator to be successfully manipulated by such a bore and the door to be opened without authorization.
As a horizontal central axis of the actuating element is understood, for example, the center line of a handle handle or the center line of a pressure bar or a handle bar.
The actuating element, which is located within the protected area, is shielded "invisibly" in such a way that a burglary attempt by manipulation of the actuating element is counteracted. The fact that the deposits and materials used in the protection area for an unauthorized person are not recognizable, this can not prepare accordingly for a burglary and is not equipped with the necessary tools.
The bolt is often referred to as a fighter or fighter profile.
According to one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the protection area - measured from the horizontal center axis of the actuating element from - extends at least 100 mm, preferably at least 150 mm, more preferably at least 250 mm, upwards and downwards.
In order to obtain an optimal tapping protection, the hard steel should have a minimum tensile strength of 500 N / mm 2 , preferably of 600 N / mm 2 , more preferably of 800 N / mm 2 , and / or a minimum hardness of 150 HB, preferably of 180 HB, more preferably of at least 220 HB.
In addition, it may be advantageous if the bolt has an insert which extends over the entire width thereof.
In order to obtain a good burglar resistance in the field of glazing, it should have at least two panes, preferably at least three panes, more preferably four panes of polycarbonate, each connected by means of a foil or a plastic potting compound to each other or at least one further glass pane, in particular are glued.
In this case, the glazing may have a space filled with air or with gas between two panes, wherein the space is preferably bounded on both sides by a glass pane and these two panes are held by means of rotating spacers in their position to each other.
An embodiment of the invention provides that the door, in particular the wing, in particular a filling element of the wing and in particular a filling element of the wing formed by a glazing, with a detection device, preferably an alarm spider or an alarm wire, for detecting a burglary attempt is provided and that upon detection of a break-in attempt, the actuator in a home position in which the locking elements are locked, is blocked or disconnected, so that even when it is actuated, the locking elements remain locked. The disc, which is provided with the alarm spider or the alarm wire should preferably consist of safety glass, which disintegrates over a large area into a plurality of small individual pieces even with small-scale damage. For this purpose, the safety glass should be biased or at least partially biased.
With regard to the thickness of an insert and / or layer of high-carbon steel, it is advantageous if it is at least 1 mm, preferably at least 1.5 mm, more preferably at least 2 mm. However, it is also advantageous if the thickness of the insert and / or layer of high-carbon steel is at most 3.5 mm, preferably at most 3 mm, more preferably at most 2.5 mm.
A particularly good burglar resistance is achieved when the at least one insert in the frame, the frame or the control wing and an insert in the wing, preferably in the vertical frame profile overlap in a horizontal view.
In the event that bullet resistance is to be achieved in addition to burglar resistance, a combination of the insert made of a high-carbon steel with an insert made of aluminum makes sense. This combination is particularly useful when the chambers in the frame profiles have no subdivision webs and are about 10 mm deep.
When the inserts are designed as short pieces, it is particularly suitable for fixing purposes when the insert made of a high-carbon steel is inserted in a milled pocket in the aluminum insert.
A particularly good burglar resistance is also achieved when a perpendicular aligned to the door leaf level bar made of steel in a groove in a solid aluminum profile strip, which is arranged in the sash, is embedded, wherein the bar made of steel in a groove in another solid Aluminum profile strip, which is arranged in the frame, engages. The strip may consist of stainless steel or high-carbon steel, for example. The vertically aligned bar serves in particular as an optimal drilling protection, since it runs parallel to a drill used and the latter thus easily hooked. Furthermore, one can not pry open the safety door in the region of the aligned perpendicular to the door leaf level bar. The arrangement of the bar is particularly suitable for securing gaps of more than 15 mm.
