Definitions

  • the invention relates to an anti-burglary building closure for closing an opening in a building, with at least one frame frame composed of several frame and a frame enclosed by the filling filling, wherein at least one frame leg extending in the longitudinal direction Burglar-resistant protective strip from abrasion, breakage and / or deformation resistant material is provided.
  • a building closure is a flat closure element which can be designed to be openable or firmly closed and can be provided with a transparent or opaque filling.
  • Such building closures are generally known as windows and doors of all kinds.
  • the protective strip is understood as the element which provides an initial resistance to an attack from the exterior of the building closure.
  • the protective strip is a separate component and not identical to the frame leg as such.
  • the bullet-resistant building closures known from the prior art typically have so-called protective strips in the frame legs.
  • the protective strips are generally housed in an outer frame profile of the frame leg and therefore not visible from the outside.
  • Such a bullet-resistant building closure for example, in the DE 78 03 666 U1 described.
  • the protective strip is held by means located on the outer frame profile intermediate webs in its position in the frame legs. An anti-burglary effect, however, can not be achieved because the protective strip can be easily removed after damage to the outer frame profile.
  • the DE 78 03 666 U1 all features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • bullet-resistant building closures are also protected against burglary, is in the EP 1 970 523 B1 produced a solution which the protective strips with the frame legs by means of a Connects screw and thus prevent unauthorized persons manipulate the building completions and get into the building interior.
  • the protective strips are made of a carbide, stainless steel or galvanized steel profiles to protect the buildings and thus the interior of the building against bullets.
  • carbide has the disadvantage that the bore of a thread in the hard metal is very expensive, so that the attachment of a threaded bushing on the back of the protective strip by means of soldering requires a simpler work process.
  • the screw represents an additional workload and thus leads to a long production time.
  • a further disadvantage is that corrosion can occur at the connection points between the screw element and the protective strip. This corrosion leads to a visual impairment of the building closure, especially when rust-colored water leaking on the outside of the frame legs and leaves there unsightly "rust flags".
  • the present invention is based on the object to further develop a building closure of the type described above in that a better mounting option of the protective strip can be granted without restrictions on burglar resistance.
  • the underlying object is achieved in that the protective strip with a separate Connecting element is connected, wherein the connecting element is positively connected to a coupling region of the associated frame leg, that prior to assembly of the frame of the frame legs, the connecting element of the protective strip is inserted from a front end of the associated frame leg forth in the longitudinal direction in the coupling region, wherein is prevented by the positive connection thus achieved a movement of the protective strip relative to the associated frame legs in a direction perpendicular to a plane defined by the filling.
  • the form-fittingly connected to the protective strip connecting element allows quick and easy mounting of the protective strip on or in the frame legs.
  • the protective strip with the separate connecting element is inserted only in the coupling region of the frame leg and typically not screwed. Corrosion by a further fastener, such as a screw and an associated threaded hole is thus avoided.
  • a further fastener such as a screw and an associated threaded hole is thus avoided.
  • an unauthorized person is denied access to the interior of the building as it is unable to destroy or move the protective strip so as to break the connection with the building closure.
  • Even if the protective strip itself is accessible to the unauthorized person from the outside or has been made previously, the rear side of the protective strip facing the inside of the building can not readily be accessed or manipulated with the connection element and coupling region located there.
  • the frame leg is or has a hollow profile.
  • the hollow profile has at least one in the longitudinal direction of the frame leg corresponding chamber into which the associated protective strip is inserted to form the positive connection. If the protective strip is located in the hollow profile, the latter offers a privacy screen. This means that the protective strip with the connecting element is not visible from both the inside and the outside of the building closure. Furthermore, the protective strip is protected from external environmental influences, if this is arranged in the hollow profile. Also, an outer wall of the hollow profile provides a first hurdle before the protective strip is even accessible.
  • the frame legs are each composed of an inner frame profile facing an interior of the building and an outer frame profile facing away from the interior of the building and an insulating profile interconnecting these frame profiles.
  • the protective strip positively connected to the outer frame profile, which is preferably a hollow profile or forms.
  • the insulating profile provides a connection between the inner and the outer frame profile and serves as a thermal insulation between the building interior and the building exterior.
  • the protective strip is accommodated in the outer frame profile, since the protective strip, in addition to a burglar-resistant effect also provides protection against bullets.
  • the outer frame profile can either be configured in one piece as a hollow profile or form a hollow profile in two parts, wherein the two-part frame profile has an additional outer cover profile which is fastened or clipped by means of locking lugs on the outer frame profile.
  • the two-part outer frame profile has the advantage that protective strips of different thicknesses can be used in the outer frame profile by a corresponding cover profile is selected.
  • the invention further ausgestaltend is provided that form a group of frame legs in a force-transmitting manner connected to the building frame and another group of frame legs rotatably mounted in the frame sash.
  • the window frame should have the at least one protective strip, the latter preferably being arranged in the hollow profile.
  • the protective strip should preferably cover the filling enclosed by the sash frame in an edge strip.
  • the edge strip of the protective strip is intended to prevent the outer frame profile of the sash first being manipulated in an overlapping area with the filling and then the filling being removed from the sash frame.
  • the bullet resistance is guaranteed even in this critical Glasfalz Symposium.
  • the frame strip having the protective strip preferably has an undercut groove on a side facing the exterior of the building.
  • the connecting element formed with a connecting web should be arranged on a side of the protective strip facing the interior of the building.
  • the undercut groove for the connecting element to be introduced therein forms the coupling region of the outer frame profile.
  • the coupling area is not accessible from the outside of the building and can neither be damaged nor broken.
  • the positive connection between the connecting element and the outer frame profile prevents removal of the Protective strip in a direction perpendicular to the filling. Consequently, further dismantling of the building closure and intrusion into the building interior are prevented.
  • the connecting web is cup-shaped in cross-section or T-shaped or double T-shaped or L-shaped or Z-shaped. These shapes correspond to the respective groove in the outer frame profile and thus allow a positive connection between the outer frame profile and the connecting element of the protective strip in the coupling region.
  • An embodiment of the invention provides that the protective strip, at least with its facing away from the interior of the building viewing surface, preferably also with two adjacent to the viewing surface, preferably at right angles aligned side surfaces, each a conclusion of the respective frame leg to the exterior of the building forms.

  • the protective strip must not be released from the connecting element.
  • the protective strip and the connecting element are first connected to one another and then surface-treated, in particular galvanized.
  • the material of the protective strip has a tensile strength of at least 250 N / mm 2 and / or a hardness of at least 150 HB and / or preferably made of aluminum, bronze, steel, hard steel or sintered carbide.
  • the surface of the protective element comprising the connecting element or provided with it is surface-treated, in particular provided with corrosion protection, preferably hot-dip galvanized or galvanized.
  • a surface treatment is essential.
  • adjacent frame legs in particular provided with the protective strips hollow profiles are gegehrt in a connection area and that adjacent protective strips in the connection area butt together, wherein a hollow profile associated protective strip engages with a triangular portion of an end portion in the connecting portion in the hollow profile of the adjacent frame leg.

Description

Einleitungintroduction

The invention relates to an anti-burglary building closure for closing an opening in a building, with at least one frame frame composed of several frame and a frame enclosed by the filling filling, wherein at least one frame leg extending in the longitudinal direction Burglar-resistant protective strip from abrasion, breakage and / or deformation resistant material is provided.

For the purposes of the present application, a building closure is a flat closure element which can be designed to be openable or firmly closed and can be provided with a transparent or opaque filling. Such building closures are generally known as windows and doors of all kinds.

Furthermore, in the context of the present application, the protective strip is understood as the element which provides an initial resistance to an attack from the exterior of the building closure. The protective strip is a separate component and not identical to the frame leg as such.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

The bullet-resistant building closures known from the prior art typically have so-called protective strips in the frame legs. For optical reasons, the protective strips are generally housed in an outer frame profile of the frame leg and therefore not visible from the outside. Such a bullet-resistant building closure, for example, in the DE 78 03 666 U1 described. The protective strip is held by means located on the outer frame profile intermediate webs in its position in the frame legs. An anti-burglary effect, however, can not be achieved because the protective strip can be easily removed after damage to the outer frame profile. Further, the DE 78 03 666 U1 all features of the preamble of claim 1. Thus bullet-resistant building closures are also protected against burglary, is in the EP 1 970 523 B1 produced a solution which the protective strips with the frame legs by means of a Connects screw and thus prevent unauthorized persons manipulate the building completions and get into the building interior.

By means of an outgoing from a building interior screw connection of the protective strip is connected to the inner frame legs. Although an unauthorized person can relatively easily manipulate the outer frame profile and gain access to the exterior of the protective strip, the protective strip can not be easily removed. Even a levering out by means of, for example, hammer and chisel, is not possible by the screw connection between the protective strip and the frame legs, as this is hidden inaccessible by the protective strip.

The production of a building completion of this kind is very expensive. Normally, the protective strips are made of a carbide, stainless steel or galvanized steel profiles to protect the buildings and thus the interior of the building against bullets. However, carbide has the disadvantage that the bore of a thread in the hard metal is very expensive, so that the attachment of a threaded bushing on the back of the protective strip by means of soldering requires a simpler work process. To attach the protective strip in the frame leg this must be secured over its length by means of several screws, the screw represents an additional workload and thus leads to a long production time.

A further disadvantage is that corrosion can occur at the connection points between the screw element and the protective strip. This corrosion leads to a visual impairment of the building closure, especially when rust-colored water leaking on the outside of the frame legs and leaves there unsightly "rust flags".

Aufgabetask

The present invention is based on the object to further develop a building closure of the type described above in that a better mounting option of the protective strip can be granted without restrictions on burglar resistance.

Starting from a device of the type described above, the underlying object is achieved in that the protective strip with a separate Connecting element is connected, wherein the connecting element is positively connected to a coupling region of the associated frame leg, that prior to assembly of the frame of the frame legs, the connecting element of the protective strip is inserted from a front end of the associated frame leg forth in the longitudinal direction in the coupling region, wherein is prevented by the positive connection thus achieved a movement of the protective strip relative to the associated frame legs in a direction perpendicular to a plane defined by the filling.

The form-fittingly connected to the protective strip connecting element allows quick and easy mounting of the protective strip on or in the frame legs. The protective strip with the separate connecting element is inserted only in the coupling region of the frame leg and typically not screwed. Corrosion by a further fastener, such as a screw and an associated threaded hole is thus avoided. However, an unauthorized person is denied access to the interior of the building as it is unable to destroy or move the protective strip so as to break the connection with the building closure. Even if the protective strip itself is accessible to the unauthorized person from the outside or has been made previously, the rear side of the protective strip facing the inside of the building can not readily be accessed or manipulated with the connection element and coupling region located there.

To accommodate the protective strip, it is advantageous if the frame leg is or has a hollow profile. The hollow profile has at least one in the longitudinal direction of the frame leg corresponding chamber into which the associated protective strip is inserted to form the positive connection.

It is particularly advantageous if the frame legs are each composed of an inner frame profile facing an interior of the building and an outer frame profile facing away from the interior of the building and an insulating profile interconnecting these frame profiles. Preferably, the protective strip positively connected to the outer frame profile, which is preferably a hollow profile or forms. The insulating profile provides a connection between the inner and the outer frame profile and serves as a thermal insulation between the building interior and the building exterior. The protective strip is accommodated in the outer frame profile, since the protective strip, in addition to a burglar-resistant effect also provides protection against bullets. The outer frame profile can either be configured in one piece as a hollow profile or form a hollow profile in two parts, wherein the two-part frame profile has an additional outer cover profile which is fastened or clipped by means of locking lugs on the outer frame profile. The two-part outer frame profile has the advantage that protective strips of different thicknesses can be used in the outer frame profile by a corresponding cover profile is selected.

The invention further ausgestaltend is provided that form a group of frame legs in a force-transmitting manner connected to the building frame and another group of frame legs rotatably mounted in the frame sash. Preferably, the window frame should have the at least one protective strip, the latter preferably being arranged in the hollow profile. The protective strip should preferably cover the filling enclosed by the sash frame in an edge strip. As a result, can be dispensed with a protective strip in the sash. The edge strip of the protective strip is intended to prevent the outer frame profile of the sash first being manipulated in an overlapping area with the filling and then the filling being removed from the sash frame. In addition, the bullet resistance is guaranteed even in this critical Glasfalzbereich.

It is also proposed that the frame strip having the protective strip preferably has an undercut groove on a side facing the exterior of the building. An adapted in a cross section of the groove connecting web, which is formed by the connecting element, to engage positively in the groove. Preferably, the connecting element formed with a connecting web should be arranged on a side of the protective strip facing the interior of the building. The undercut groove for the connecting element to be introduced therein forms the coupling region of the outer frame profile. The coupling area is not accessible from the outside of the building and can neither be damaged nor broken. The positive connection between the connecting element and the outer frame profile prevents removal of the Protective strip in a direction perpendicular to the filling. Consequently, further dismantling of the building closure and intrusion into the building interior are prevented.

Preferably, the connecting web is cup-shaped in cross-section or T-shaped or double T-shaped or L-shaped or Z-shaped. These shapes correspond to the respective groove in the outer frame profile and thus allow a positive connection between the outer frame profile and the connecting element of the protective strip in the coupling region.

An embodiment of the invention provides that the protective strip, at least with its facing away from the interior of the building viewing surface, preferably also with two adjacent to the viewing surface, preferably at right angles aligned side surfaces, each a conclusion of the respective frame leg to the exterior of the building forms. Such a design is particularly possible and useful if the protective strip of a visually appealing and corrosion-resistant material such. As stainless steel, bronze or brass.

Preferably, the connecting element extends substantially over the entire length of the protective strip. Alternatively, a plurality of connecting elements designed as short pieces are arranged linearly one behind the other over the length of the protective strip. A connection or contact surface between the connecting element and the protective strip is at least so great that detachment of the protective strip by means of external force effects, as can be exercised by means of the tools approved during tests, is not possible.

According to the invention it is further provided that the connecting element positively or materially connected to the protective strip, preferably screwed or riveted to the protective strip or welded or soldered. As a result, the protective strip must not be released from the connecting element. In order to prevent corrosion in the region between the protective strip and the connecting element, the protective strip and the connecting element are first connected to one another and then surface-treated, in particular galvanized.

In addition, particularly good results in terms of their burglar resistance as well as their bullet resistance are achieved in the building closures according to the invention, if the material of the protective strip has a tensile strength of at least 250 N / mm 2 and / or a hardness of at least 150 HB and / or preferably made of aluminum, bronze, steel, hard steel or sintered carbide.

In this case, it is particularly advantageous if the surface of the protective element comprising the connecting element or provided with it is surface-treated, in particular provided with corrosion protection, preferably hot-dip galvanized or galvanized. In particular, if the protective strip is not arranged in the hollow profile, but exposed to environmental influences, a surface treatment is essential.

Finally, for example, in rectangular frame of four frame legs with 45 ° mitres still provided that adjacent frame legs, in particular provided with the protective strips hollow profiles are gegehrt in a connection area and that adjacent protective strips in the connection area butt together, wherein a hollow profile associated protective strip engages with a triangular portion of an end portion in the connecting portion in the hollow profile of the adjacent frame leg. Typically, in this case, adjacent protective strips mean that a vertical protective strip abuts a horizontal protective strip. The triangular area of the protective strip, which is located in a horizontal frame leg, projects into the adjacent vertical frame leg.

Innerhalb der horizontalen Rahmenschenkel stößt der zusätzliche Schutzstreifen an den oberen und unteren horizontalen Schutzstreifen an.In the event that the building closure is designed in the form of a two-leaf window, an additional vertical protective strip is inserted into a rung. This protective strip protrudes at an upper and a lower end of the rung and consequently protrudes into the hollow profiles of the horizontal frame legs. Within the horizontal frame legs, the additional protective strip abuts the upper and lower horizontal protective strips.

In FIG. 1 is a horizontal section through a building completion 101 according to the invention shown, wherein the building completion 101 is configured in the form of a window. The building closure 101 has a window frame 102 , which is connected to the building in a force-transmitting manner, and a wing frame 103 rotatably mounted in the window frame 102 . Rotatably mounted is the sash 103 in the sense of present invention, when tilted about at least one arbitrarily oriented axis of rotation, rotate, fold and / or can swing.

The casement 103 and the frame 102 are each composed of two horizontally and two vertically arranged frame legs together, wherein the casement 103 surrounds a filling 4, for example in the form of a laminated safety glass. The filling 4 consists of several alternating glass layers 5 and film layers 6 . For insulation is located between two glass layers 5, a space between the panes 7 with a gas filling. In a closed state of the building closure 101 , the sash 103 is in direct contact with the frame 102 via seals.

It can be seen that both the frame 102 and the sash 103 each consist of an inner frame section 8, 9 and an outer frame section 110 , 111 , which are each connected by Dämmprofilen 12 , 13 with each other. The outer frame profile 110 of the frame 102 is a hollow profile 14 , for example made of aluminum, in which a protective strip 115 is inserted into its outer chamber. The protective strip 115 protects the building completion 101 against bullets and causes a good burglar resistance. Despite some resistance, it is possible for an unauthorized person to sever the hollow section 14 . A separate connecting element 116 , which is positively connected to the protective strip 115 , prevents the protective strip 115 can be removed without much resistance from the possibly over large sections of its length destroyed hollow section 14 .

The separate connection element 116 is according to FIG. 1 from a cross-sectionally cup-shaped profile and is connected by means of two fillet welds 17 by welding form-fitting with the protective strip 115 . The connecting element 116 corresponds to a coupling region 18 which has a groove 19 which is undercut in cross-section in the outer frame profile 110 of the window frame 102 . The connecting element 116 connected to the protective strip 115 is pushed into the coupling region 18 of the respective frame leg before assembly of the window frame 102 . Subsequently, the frame legs are assembled to the frame 102 .

In contrast to the frame legs, the protective strips have no mitres at the opposite ends. Consequently, the adjacent protective strips, which are located in all four frame legs of the window frame, abut each other. For example, it is possible that the two horizontal frame legs of the frame have protective strips which protrude with a triangular portion of a respective end portion of the horizontal frame legs and are inserted into the associated vertical frame legs. As a result, the protective strips in the vertical frame legs are butted against the horizontal protective strips.

Between the protective strips of the horizontal frame legs and the vertical frame legs is a joint. In order to prevent bullet holes at the joint, the joint is concealed by an outer insert 20 in the form of a short piece arranged in each case only in the corner region.

In the miter area is a corner angle 22 , which holds the respective frame legs together. By means of at least two grub screws 23 , the corner angle 22 is fixed in a groove on the outer frame profile 111 of the sash 103 .

If the outer frame profile 110 of the frame 102 is destroyed in this embodiment, the protective strip 115 is indeed visible, but this can not be removed. Levering out with tools is not possible because the applied forces are too large. Even with the help of an angle grinder, the disassembly of the protective strip 115 is not possible because the connecting element 116 extends over the entire length of the protective strip 115 or in the case of short piece connecting elements 116, a precise position of the connecting elements 116 is not visible.

The protective strip 115 covers the outer frame profile 111 of the sash 103 and part of the filling 4 in an edge strip 121 . Accordingly, it is possible to dispense with a further protective strip in the casement 103 .

It should be noted that in all the listed embodiments, the connecting elements 116, 216, 316, 416, 516 are first materially joined (welding, soldering) to the protective strip 115, 215, 315, 415, 515, 144, 244 and then a Coating (eg galvanizing) of both connected parts takes place in order to avoid corrosion.

The FIG. 1a represents a building completion 101 according to FIG. 1 in which the FIG. 1a in the sense of the FIG. 1 differs that the outer frame profile 110 of the frame 102 is not formed in one piece and thus closed, but in two parts is. The protective strip 115 is covered by a cover profile 45 , which is fastened by means of locking lugs 46 on the outer frame profile 110 .

This in FIG. 2 illustrated embodiment largely corresponds to the embodiment in FIG. 1 However, the outer frame profile 110 of the frame 102 has an outer groove 24 , wherein this groove 24 has been attached for optical reasons. As a result of this groove 24 is located in the Gehrungsbereichen of the frame legs is not a continuous pad 20, but two inserts 25, 26 present.

A further embodiment according to FIG. 3 differs from the embodiment according to FIG. 1 in the sense that comprises the connection between the protective strip 115 and the connecting member 116 no fillet welds 17, but spot welds 27th

An embodiment of the building completion 101 according to FIG. 4 differs in that the connecting element 216 is not made of a cup-shaped profile, but of two interconnected flat steel 28, 29 . A flat steel 29 protruding further from a rear side of the protective strip 115 has a greater width than a flat steel 28 lying between the flat steel 29 and the protective strip 115 , the two flat steel strips 28, 29 being connected to one another by fillet welds 17 . Furthermore, the connecting element 216 is attached by means of further fillet welds 17 on the protective strip 115 , which consists for example of steel or stainless steel. After the protective strip 115 has been inserted with the connecting element 216 located thereon in the frame legs, engages the deeper flat steel 29 behind the cross-sectional undercut groove 19 in the frame profile 110 and thus prevents movement of the protective strip 115 relative to the associated frame legs in a direction perpendicular to a plane defined by the filling 4 is possible.

In FIG. 5 It can be seen that the distance between the groove 19 and the protective strip 115 is greater than that in the preceding embodiments. A greater distance may arise due to different cross sections of the frame profiles used. In order nevertheless to connect the protective strip 115 to the outer frame profile 110 of the window frame 102 , instead of two flat steels 28, 29 , a flat steel 30 with a rectangular steel hollow profile 31 connected thereto is used as the connecting element 316 . Both the positive connection between the flat steel 30 and the hollow steel profile 31 and the positive connection between the hollow steel profile 31 and the protective strip 115 are made of fillet welds 17th

If the frame limb of the frame 202 is not in direct contact with the building, but is arranged as a rung 32 between two fillings 4 and the associated sash 203 , the protective strip 215 is in the building closure 201 according to FIG FIG. 6 preferably wider than the protective strips 115 in the previous embodiments. The protective strip 215 covers the wing frames 211 in each case in an edge strip 221 . On the protective strip 215 there are two connecting elements 416 , which respectively correspond to an undercut groove 19 in the outer frame profile 210 of the window frame 202 . Both connecting elements 416 are Z-shaped, mirror-symmetrically arranged to one another and fastened by means of a respective fillet weld 17 on the protective strip 215 . In the outer frame profile 210 of the frame 202 are two grooves 24 , which are attached for visual reasons. This has the consequence that no continuous insert 20 , but three shorter inserts 33, 34, 35 are present in the miter region of the frame legs. In an embodiment not shown here, the shorter inserts 33, 34, 35 can be dispensed with.

In the previous embodiments, the protective strips 115, 215 with the connecting element 116, 216, 316, 416 located thereon were inserted into the hollow profile 14 for optical reasons. In the in FIG. 7 listed building completion 301 can be seen that no hollow section 14 is present. The protective strip 315 is visible from the outside of the building, accordingly dispensing with the additional insert in the miter area. By means of the connecting element 516, which is composed of a flat steel 36 and a flat bar 30 (both solid profiles), the protective strip 315 is connected to the outer frame section 310 of the frame 302nd The protective strip 315 also covers the wing frame 303 in an edge strip 121 in this exemplary embodiment.

In FIG. 8 a horizontal section is represented by a building completion 401 in a lock area in the form of a door, wherein the door is opened to the outside in contrast to the previously mentioned embodiments, as is the case for example in escape or emergency exit doors. By changing the opening direction of the protective strip 415 , which is located in the frame 402 , no longer obscures the outer frame profile 411 of the sash 403 . Consequently, according to FIG. 8 a second protective strip 144 is mounted in the outer frame profile 411 of the sash 403 . The construction and the attachment of the two protective strips 415, 144 correspond to those of the first embodiment in FIG FIG. 1 , Between the frame 402 and the sash 403 is a gap 38 , said gap 38 is a possible Bullet risk. In order to reduce this risk, another protective strip 37 is located in the outer frame profile 410 of the frame 402 , this protective strip 37 being arranged behind the protective strips 415, 144 viewed from the outside of the building. Both in the sash 403 and in the frame 402 are deposits 48, 49 in the miter area.

Another building closure 501 according to FIG. 9 forms a two-leaf door with a center stop 39 , wherein the door opens to the building inside. The two-leaf door is composed of a wing 41 and a control wing 40 together. The wing 41 has the protective strip 515 , wherein the control wing 40 has the protective strip 244 .

Auch in diesem Gebäudeabschluss 501 befindet sich vom Gebäudeäußeren betrachtet der weitere Schutzstreifen 37 hinter den beiden Schutzstreifen 515, 244.Both protective strips 515, 244 are, as in the embodiment in FIG FIG. 1 , By means of connecting members 116 to the outer frame section 42 of the practicable wing 41 and the outer frame section 43 of the actuator blade 40 form-fitting manner with each other. Also in this building closure 501 is viewed from the outside of the building, the further protective strip 37 behind the two protective strips 515, 244th

The FIG. 10 shows a horizontal section through another building closure 601 in the form of a door, wherein only the area of the hinge side is shown. The protective strip 615 is fastened in a form-fitting manner in the coupling region 18 of the outer frame profile 510 of the window frame 502 by means of a connecting element 616 . The connecting element 616 consists in this embodiment of several in the longitudinal direction of the frame leg successively arranged strips pieces 47 and another protective strip 50th The protective strip 615 , the further protective strip 50 and the strip pieces 47 are selectively welded into a block and galvanized. Subsequently, these are inserted into the outer frame profile 510 . The cover profile 45 is placed or clipped onto the outer frame profile 510 . In the outer frame profile 511 of the sash 503 , a second protective strip 344 is arranged, which by means of a connecting element 116 according to FIG. 1 is connected to the outer frame profile 511 of the sash 503 .
