Die Befestigung des Schutzstreifens 23 erfolgt somit nicht lediglich an den beiden Stegen 38 des aus vergleichsweise weichem Aluminiummaterial bestehenden äußeren Rahmenprofils 4, sondern zusätzlich noch an dem wesentlich stabileren Verstärkungsprofil 43, das sich in einem Spaltbereich S zwischen der Laibung L eines angrenzenden Gebäudeteils 52 und dem äußeren Rahmenprofil 4 befindet und daher gegen Herausreißen gesichert ist. Claims (5)

  1. A structural closure (1, 1') in a burglary-resistant embodiment, comprising a frame structure, which is formed from frame elements (2), and at least one filling (7), which is bordered by the frame elements (2), which rotate about the front sides (8) thereof, wherein the frame elements (2) are in each case made up of an inner frame profile (3, 3'), which faces the inner side of the structural closure, and an outer frame profile (4, 4'), which faces the outer side of the structural closure and which is connected to said inner frame profile (3, 3') by means of at least one connecting element (5, 5', 5"), wherein the outer frame profiles (4) are in each case provided with a burglary-resistant protective strip (23) made of a material, which is resistant against abrasion, breakage and deformation, or the outer frame profiles (4') themselves consist of a material, which is resistant against abrasion, breakage and deformation and form a burglary-resistant protective strip (23'), wherein the protective strips (23, 23') are in each case connected to the assigned inner and/or outer frame profile (3, 3', 4) by means of a fastening element (25, 25', 34), wherein the fastening elements (25, 25', 34) are arranged so as not to be accessible from the outer side of the structural closure (1, 1'), which is provided with the protective strips (23, 23'), in such a manner that said fastening elements (25, 25', 34) do not provide a contact possibility for the disassembly, for example an actuation by rotation or destruction of the fastening elements (25, 25', 34) and are connected
    - to a reinforcement profile (43), which runs within or outside of the assigned inner frame profile (3) parallel thereto and/or
    - to the inner frame profile (3, 3')
    characterized in that the fastening element (25, 25', 34) is a bolt-shaped element, preferably a screw, in particular a machine screw and that a head (10) of the bolt-shaped element is arranged on or in the inner frame profile (3, 3') or the reinforcement profile (43), and a thread section (24) of the bolt-shaped element is screwed into a threaded hole (22) in the protective strip (23, 23') or the reinforcement profile (43) or into a coupling element (32, 32'), which is arranged on the back side of the protective strip (23, 23').
  2. The structural closure (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that an end section of the threaded hole (22), which is open towards the outer side of the structural closure (1), is closed in the protective strip (23) by means of a closing body (30), which is fitted by means of a press fit and which is flush with the outer side (31) of the protective strip (23).
  3. The structural closure (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the coupling element (32, 32') is welded or soldered to the back side of the protective strip (23, 23'), wherein the cross section of the protective strip (23, 23') is rectangular.
  4. The structural closure (1') according to one of claims 1 or 3, characterized in that the protective strip (23) encompasses on its back side at least one coupling element (41), which is preferably connected thereto in one piece and which runs approximately at a right angle to the plane, which is formed by the protective strip (23) and which projects into a chamber (37), which is formed by the outer frame profile (4) or into a gap area (S) at the front side (8) of the filling (7), wherein the outer frame profile (4) encompasses at least one slit (42), through which the at least one coupling element (41) penetrates, and the coupling elements (41) are in each case connected to the assigned inner and/or outer frame profile (3, 4) by means of a fastening element (25).
  5. The structural closure (1, 1') according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the protective strip (23, 23', 23") encompasses at least a thickness of 6 mm, preferably of 8 mm, preferably of 10 mm, preferably of 12 mm, more preferably of 15 mm and consists of metal, preferably steel, hard steel or hard metal or bronze or of aluminum comprising a tensile strength of greater than 250 N/mm2.
