Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Schutz einer Einheit zur Verarbeitung (2) eines Bandträgers (3), um einen Stau des Trägers (3) innerhalb der Einheit (2) zu begrenzen, wobei die Einheit (2) den Träger (3) im Stillstand verarbeitet, in einer Maschine zur Verpackungsproduktion (1), umfassend die aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte, die bestehen in:- Erfassen des Fehlens des Austritts des verarbeiteten Trägers (6) am Ausgang der Einheit (2);- Anhalten eines Motors (22) einer Einführungsanordnung (14), um einen Eintritt des Trägers (3) in die Einheit (2) zu verhindern; wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte auch bestehen in:- Anhalten eines Motors (17) einer empfindlichen Steuerung (11); und gleichzeitiges Anhalten der Maschine (1).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zusätzlichen Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, eine Wartezeit zwischen dem Schritt, der darin besteht, den Motor (22) der Einführungsanordnung (14) anzuhalten, und dem Schritt zu berechnen, der darin besteht, den Motor (17) der empfindlichen Steuerung (11) anzuhalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zusätzlichen Schritt umfasst, der gleichzeitig wie der Schritt, der darin besteht, den Motor (22) der Einführungsanordnung (14) anzuhalten, und vor dem Schritt angeordnet ist, der darin besteht, den Motor (17) der empfindlichen Steuerung (11) anzuhalten, wobei er darin besteht, einen Motor (18) einer Schleifensteuerung (13) anzuhalten und die Schleifensteuerung (13) in einer Parkposition zu platzieren.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zusätzlichen Schritt umfasst, der nach dem Schritt, der darin besteht, den Motor (22) der Einführungsanordnung (14) anzuhalten, und vor dem Schritt angeordnet ist, der darin besteht, den Motor (17) der empfindlichen Steuerung (11) anzuhalten, wobei er darin besteht, den Träger (3) zu den Sammelmitteln (32) zu führen.
- Maschine zur Verpackungsproduktion, umfassend- eine Einheit zur Verarbeitung (2) eines Trägers (3), die geeignet ist, den Träger (3) im Stillstand zu verarbeiten, und- eine Station (4) zum Zuführen des Trägers (3) zu der Einheit (2), wobei sie eine empfindliche Steuerung (11) und eine Einführungsanordnung (14) besitzt,- Mittel zum Erfassen eines Staus (23) und zum Senden eines Stausignals (24), das einem Stau des Trägers (3) innerhalb der Einheit (2) entspricht, wobei sie am Ausgang der Einheit (2) positioniert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst- Mittel (26) zum Weiterverarbeiten des Stausignals (24), die geeignet sind, Haltesignale (27, 28, 31) zu erzeugen, die für die Einführungsanordnung (14), die empfindliche Steuerung (11) bzw. die Maschine (1) bestimmt sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit eine Plattenschneidpresse (2) ist.
